Strategic location, the room is really nice, a 5 stars for room ambience and setting.

The mini fridge in the room not functioning. Called to complain but no one came to attend.

Located in strategic place for tourist to move around kuching city.

Check in was pretty fast with assistance from Dennis. Appreciate his kind arrangement and bringing the 2nd room key for us. My cousins enjoy it very much.

The hotel location and the service quality of the staff is good but the toilet facilities needs some improvements. Some of the tiles are old and stained. The soundproofing could also be better. Conversations from the other rooms can be clearly heard.

Stayed overnight and my company did an event here.
The banquet staff are not cooperative and always reply with irritated tones on any additional request. They should have explained properly if they cannot entertained our request.

Bad. Parking fee need to pay. I spent RM13 for two nights staying here.

Great hotel. Can be busy and noisy in evening but quite at night. Very large well equiped rooms. Huge pool and spacious gym.

Great location. Lovely service from the staff. They have a really nice restaurant, especially for dumplings. Downside is their total non response to emails, terrible for this age. Left two shirts there, still trying to recover

A recommended address for a business trip to Kuching. Very spacious room. Great view of the city.

Great hotel, great breakfast, great location. But beer price is rediculasly high. We order 1 gusiness tout and 1 corona. The bill came to about 92 inclusive of taxes. Thats almost S$30.
Is there a high markup? If yes, then you have made a wrong decision.

Clean room but they is a lounge at lobby which allows people to smoke

Spacious rooms with sufficient amenities/appliances, helpful and friendly staff, big and clean pool, decent gym with jacuzzi, sauna and spa. However light fixtures in rooms and corridors are not properly maintained, breakfast spread lacks variety, electrical sockets in rooms are too far from the beds, not having a doorbell is inconvenient and finally.. there was a swarm of ants on the desk in my friend's room. Would rate much higher if not for these issues.

Nice city view.. always my no.1 choice hotel.. Pullman Kuching and Pullman Miri Waterfront. And very friendly staff here..

Great hotel! The mall below it is just the most stupidest mall in kuching, whoever owns the mall must have skipped school all the time.

Coffee house staff always smile and greet us,breakfast food is wonderful we really enjoy our breakfast here good job.
