1st experience visiting Sarawak. Nice place to stay. nearby the famous riversite.Stay for 2 pax but only been given breakfast for 1 pax. Not been informed at the reception counter / during the booking confirmation.

Great room but horrible staffs. They dont smile if you are locals. No sense of urgency, no effort to make guest feel welcomed. Maybe the staffs here are underpaid But seriously this hotel has lost its magic. The food are so lousy.

This is my first time stay in this hotel. location is good. Hotel facilities look old, the staffs are friendly. Thanks to the front desk staff for allowing me check in earlier (i travelled with my old folks), front desk staff is friendly, first day we have to pay car park, they advised us to park our car in front of the hotel and we have booked. Overall, the service is good.

Spacious and comfortable room. But the food is less than the taste of the peninsula. Housekeeping services are also made in style only. Beds are not packed neatly. Pillows are not restructured. However the restaurant staff are friendly.

supposed to be check in at 3pm,we waited almost one hour due to ongoing cleaning duty. and suddenly they changed the room for us. they should change the room for us directly without letting us to wait at the lobby for a long time. The swimming pool is kinda yellowish.

It was midnight while I was sleeping, the hotel staff called my room to wake me up asking am I sleeping or smoking??? As they received complaint mentioning someone is smoking, but not sure which room is that!!! Is this the best way to call the room at midnight while the guest is sleeping????????

1. I booked online for single room with king size bed. But when I checked in, I was given a different room. Reason being, no more available rooms with king size bed. I had to send the confirmation email to your staff for me to get the correct room.
2. My credit card was charged incorrectly (RM363.23 vs actual RM336.23). Although you cancelled the wrong charge, it shouldn't happen in the first place.

Super bad, very very bad experience, we booked 4 rooms half a month ago, check in at 12 o'clock in the afternoon, queued for half an hour, the counter only opened two, when we arrived, we said no name There is no room. I want to come back to check in 3pm. After that, we can only give 3 more in 3pm, and the other one has to wait. I have waited until 5 o'clock to have a room. By the time I approached 6pm, the counter kept calling and harassing one of my colleagues asking him to move out that the room had been booked. And directly terminate his room card, can you ask the staff to handle things like this? It was not until we went to the counter to complain that the right to use his room card was restored. Is this a service attitude for a 5 star hotel? Otherwise I will not give a star. Bad hotel! ! ! ! !

Stayed again at the Pullman in Feb 2019. Standards...

Stayed again at the Pullman in Feb 2019. Standards have still not improved. There's no water boiler in the room, although there's coffee/tea in the cabinet. Such a major oversight.

And maybe this is a pet peeve of mine - but the lights in the room are white. Doesn't make it feel cosy. Feels harsh instead.

Overall Pullman Kuching friendly services, pool gym sauna jaguzzi all in the pretty condition, similarly your meal and drink rate is higher

I will suggest my friends to stay if can get the appropriate rate only

I have done the web check in, but at the time until the room is not ready. left to eat almost 1 hour back to the hotel the room is still not ready ... too bad even though the hotel and location are good.
