The situation regarding PSA finance is dreadful. Extremely hard to get someone on the phone, the ones who pick up the phone are temp workers with 0 knowledge. Apparently their office has been moved from Rotterdam to Amsterdam due to management wanting to save a few Euros's but by doing that they killed their customer service. Shame on you Peugeot for letting this happen. 100% unprofessional.

I would prefer to give -5 stars. Customer service is unreachable and when you finally have them on the phone they are mega rude. No, they have never heard of customer friendliness here at PSA. I don't understand that big brands are going to work with them. I don't think they are even conducting research, and for both parties it is just about waddling out as much money as possible and providing the least possible service. The many bad reviews say enough. I hope someone wakes up. Both at PSA and at Citroen, peugot or the fleets that have joined forces with these people. Really a BUT company with ditto employees

as an addition; even if Citroen NL sends a number of (with very high priority) emails to them, they don't even respond to them! that this company may perform work at all is really a mystery to me

In the meantime I had contact with the KASSA program to turn this into an item. The many bad reviews say enough!

Difficult to get in touch. Telephone queues are very long, mails AND registered letters supposedly do not arrive. When you finally speak to an employee, they are rude and unhelpful. Too bad I did not look for more information about this company beforehand, given all the bad reviews that are now coming up.

Just received my confirmation of my request for a lease contract .. but I am already very dissatisfied. My application was canceled after 2 days by Broekhuizen finances. PSA did not realize that I have nothing to do with Broekhuizen. Never even heard of it. One week later they contact me, purely because my dealer went after it. How is it possible that a competing dealer can stop my application? In addition, they have lost my data and they do not respond to anything in their communication. The other reviews here say it all, but with this: Customer-friendly, poor communication, a drama. Are there already people who have lodged a complaint with the Disputes Committee? Awful company. Fleet management is never available. Customer service only available after 30 minutes. Staff knows nothing, makes mistakes and is very unhelpful. After a damage I had to call every day for 2 weeks and not even a step further. Have more stress from them like the accident itself.

Disorderly, incompetent and difficult to reach.
If contracts are lost, they have to 'ask a colleague' every once in a while and apparently have a system that cannot be used, because it is 'automatic'.

Apparently we are (unfortunately) not the only one...

Apparently we are (unfortunately) not the only one with a very bad experience (s) with private lease with PSA.
Because of Corona and working from home, we hardly make any kilometers. PSA even refuses to participate in this crisis or to be flexible. Buying off the lease contract is very expensive.
Not a good advertisement!

PSA in a nutshell:
Very poorly (or not) accessible, rigid, not cooperative.

Sit out and quickly go to another lease company !!

Please take all these reviews into account when entering into a new lease contract and read the fine print!

contact them from April. until now none of their heard no letter no mail nothing. But suddenly all at once write off. while I literally called them 20 times and the dealer also 4 times. now trying to get them to overload the phone line. never been treated so badly by customer service !!!!

Preferably zero stars !!! Not available, 2 months finally calling someone on the line. Very customer unfriendly, wait for transfer codes after the end of the contract. Still have 3000 customers and I am not the only one, we are lagging behind.

As a customer you obviously do not want this answer, but a commitment when you receive papers. Quote "Well then let's wait even longer for the papers"

I'm still waiting for Frans Bauer. I have to be in banana splits or something. This is not normal how this company deals with customers. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY !!!!!!

A lease car from 2015-2018, a new one in 2018. All contacts are made by email and are answered quickly.

been waiting for 3 weeks for contract transfer forms.
Now it appears after 3 weeks that it can only go to 1 degree family, so thrown away for 3 weeks and still own the car. Going abroad in 3 weeks, so the car cannot be taken.
Service is bad at most, hours on hold on the phone, e-mail contact is not or hardly responded to.
Save your time and don't do business with this company.

Preferably indicated 0 stars. This is a really awful company. I always make my payments properly, but if I have a question, nobody gives home. Not via e-mail, not via the customer portal and not by telephone. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!! Do not partner with this company.

Enough has already been written about accessibility, customer-friendliness and administrative chaos. But I don't read much about the bad conditions. The interest is high and repayment is fined! And if that is not bad enough, interim repayments only cause the monthly direct debits to be stopped temporarily. This therefore only leads to a deferment and not to a shorter duration. So you actually just pay in advance, this is taxed extra and because your repayment duration does not get shorter, psa is the big profit here. This is nowhere to be found in the terms and conditions and repeated complaints (by telephone, e-mail) were only answered after "financial intermediary interference" by our system.

I too was unsolicited with this company after purchasing an Opel. Required through the seller that they ensure that the financing is transferred elsewhere. This has now happened and I am at a customer-friendly company with much better conditions and a lower interest rate.
Are you ashamed of PSA. And also large car companies, break the ties with these amateurs if you love your customers!

If every customer experiences this as I get in the reviews, it can never be long before customers walk away. As a company, you should tackle this as one of the first things. How can you offer a product or service and let it be associated with such a customer service. To be ashamed of yourself PSA

I ended up at PSA through a Peugeot dealer with Private Lease. Like a few others, I am not inclined to post a review, but beware if you do business here. Poorly accessible and service level is 0! Very rude employees and you have a separate department for every thing. Never had a good feeling when I hang up and that my complaint was only answered 4 months after time, but not resolved. Very unprofessional to start a discussion with your client. This company can still learn a lot. I hope that customers move to a different society.

Now they come with the story that there is a backlog, while it is paid, evidence is present but still give a negative registration at BKR.
Again complaint filed now already 4 days ago, someone talked through the chat. He went to sort it out.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Already ONE year working on changing the name (WHICH THEY ARE LIABLE FOR, SINCE THEY HAVE FILLED IT INTO THEIR SYSTEM). As if the year '' waiting time '' is not enough headache, they ask another 400 for the change of the name, while, again, this was really their own fault. It is better to buy a unicycle than ever to finance something through PSA Finance Nederland B.V ..........

Warning: never let anything close via PSA !!

They simply deduct amounts from your account without any calculation / explanation. If you then call customer service or e-mail, you will not receive a response. When you finally speak to someone after weeks of calling and e-mailing, you get a call center employee on the phone who also has no idea how the calculations are made and who repeats what you can already read on the invoice. It is bizarre that Citroen NL does business with this.

2.5 weeks ago I sent in damage forms, but the papers are still not processed in the system, so the whole process is delayed.

Update: Today, September 30, the connection was disconnected after having been put on hold for exactly 2 hours.

No star represents the best for the service of this company. Nowadays you have to download your invoices yourself via an app or a link that both do not work. And they are not or very poorly reachable. Attempt number 2 to get someone on the line. The 1st time more than 30 minutes on hold without anyone being able to speak, watch or attempt 2 what is seen in the previous reviews ... Yes after 45 minutes of patience I have a nice lady on the line. They have switched to a different system and therefore there is a backlog and enormous pressure. The email address on the invoice of the previous month also doesn't work anymore because it has changed. Handy if they might communicate this in advance. The business phone number has also been removed from the rotation so that you cannot get to speak to anyone ... Now I hope they will have time to process my mail within a reasonable time .. fingers crossed!

Scandalous company. Contacted the company by phone on January 11, 2019 to ask what the current state of affairs is with regard to my financing. After passing some private data, got the desired information.

Given my finances, I could not immediately pay the outstanding amount, but probably after paying the next installment, I was asked to send the details with the outstanding amount by post to my current address after paying this installment.

The current amount (ie the outstanding amount for paying the next installment) is then sent to my old home address.

Today we had contact with the company again by telephone and are now told that they can no longer pass it on by telephone, because they are in administrative backlog. Because of this I cannot pay off my financing and I am forced to pay a new one again, so just pay the next installment with the result that I lose more money than necessary.

It is not possible to file a complaint about this, because there is no complaints department and it is not possible to speak to a manager, because they are not there according to the employee I am on the phone.

Foul to burden customers with unnecessary costs and not to provide them with the correct information and also to send privacy-sensitive information to the wrong residential address.

An absolute must not to arrange financial affairs with this company!

Very bad company! I had to wait 3 months before the new contracts were finally completed for a new bus, the old ones were returned in February and the new ones were taken away, but because the contracts were not completed, the old car could not be safeguarded and I had 3 months, Installments, Insurance and Road Tax pays for a car I didn't own! Even during the handing in of the contracts with completed SEPA authorization form for agreement monthly depreciation, do they come with a message after 3 months 'Yes it is almost round, we only need your bank account number?' How? where did the authorization form go then ?.

Peugeot bought from Davo Bergschenhoek, helped very well, part paid for myself and borrowed part from Psa, had email contact, had quick responses and overviews, now have paid off quickly, within 2 days letter with repayment and closing financing, also immediately deregistered from BKR, I must say gone perfect and excellent customer service. Hope for everyone that this will be the case in the future.

Unfortunately I cannot place less than 1 star. A lot of hassle with this company, fines are received while the car is no longer registered. Mail / telephone and other requests will not be responded to. Very annoying if you are held liable for things that you have not done.

If in the future I want to lease a car again, I will first check whether there is cooperation with PSA, then I will definitely not do it anymore.

NO PSA MORE FOR ME.
