I would prefer to give -5 stars. Customer service is unreachable and when you finally have them on the phone they are mega rude. No, they have never heard of customer friendliness here at PSA. I don't understand that big brands are going to work with them. I don't think they are even conducting research, and for both parties it is just about waddling out as much money as possible and providing the least possible service. The many bad reviews say enough. I hope someone wakes up. Both at PSA and at Citroen, peugot or the fleets that have joined forces with these people. Really a BUT company with ditto employees

as an addition; even if Citroen NL sends a number of (with very high priority) emails to them, they don't even respond to them! that this company may perform work at all is really a mystery to me

In the meantime I had contact with the KASSA program to turn this into an item. The many bad reviews say enough!
