Asked to contact them at the beginning of January, they still have to do so
Now they come with the story that there is a backlog, while it is paid, evidence is present but still give a negative registration at BKR.
Again complaint filed now already 4 days ago, someone talked through the chat. He went to sort it out.
Apparently it takes a long time
