Just received my confirmation of my request for a lease contract .. but I am already very dissatisfied. My application was canceled after 2 days by Broekhuizen finances. PSA did not realize that I have nothing to do with Broekhuizen. Never even heard of it. One week later they contact me, purely because my dealer went after it. How is it possible that a competing dealer can stop my application? In addition, they have lost my data and they do not respond to anything in their communication. The other reviews here say it all, but with this: Customer-friendly, poor communication, a drama. Are there already people who have lodged a complaint with the Disputes Committee? Maybe something can be done to prevent future victims ...
