Scandalous company. Contacted the company by phone...

Scandalous company. Contacted the company by phone on January 11, 2019 to ask what the current state of affairs is with regard to my financing. After passing some private data, got the desired information.

Given my finances, I could not immediately pay the outstanding amount, but probably after paying the next installment, I was asked to send the details with the outstanding amount by post to my current address after paying this installment.

The current amount (ie the outstanding amount for paying the next installment) is then sent to my old home address.

Today we had contact with the company again by telephone and are now told that they can no longer pass it on by telephone, because they are in administrative backlog. Because of this I cannot pay off my financing and I am forced to pay a new one again, so just pay the next installment with the result that I lose more money than necessary.

It is not possible to file a complaint about this, because there is no complaints department and it is not possible to speak to a manager, because they are not there according to the employee I am on the phone.

Foul to burden customers with unnecessary costs and not to provide them with the correct information and also to send privacy-sensitive information to the wrong residential address.

An absolute must not to arrange financial affairs with this company!
