Awful company. Fleet management is never available...

Awful company. Fleet management is never available. Customer service only available after 30 minutes. Staff knows nothing, makes mistakes and is very unhelpful. After a damage I had to call every day for 2 weeks and not even a step further. Have more stress from them like the accident itself.
