For the third time in a week, I have been waiting ...

For the third time in a week, I have been waiting more than 50 minutes (!!!!).
2.5 weeks ago I sent in damage forms, but the papers are still not processed in the system, so the whole process is delayed.

Update: Today, September 30, the connection was disconnected after having been put on hold for exactly 2 hours.
Really incredible.
