Financing was easy with the lead at Prestman, Tracy he was also extremely helpful and positive for the whole car buying experience.
Tracey was the man. He went above and beyond to make sure that we got the van we wanted. And we did! Top of the line and drives like a dream! The little concerns we did have were treated as if I was their number one customer, and this was my first car with them. I think they have a customer for life - why not save thousands versus typical used cars?
My husband and I drove up to prestman auto from St George not having any idea what we wanted as our new family vehicle. I found Prestman Auto through CarGurus and found a Focus ST that was for sale. The price looked low and for such a great car!! Later when I called I found out through Trevor that the car had been wrecked. He explained to me that is what there business is and has been doing for a long time. He was able to explain to me exactly what had happened to the car; how and what they fixed, that it had no structural damage, nor had the crash damaged the overall integrity of the car. He wasn't the pushy hover-over-you salesman, but he was persistent in helping me know exactly what I needed to know and still knew quite a bit about the business. Also, he was personable just an overall just good guy. I did end up buying the car and I really like it! The one and only thing I didn't like is that they can't haggle on many of their prices, but they do try to post the price as low as they can get it. But overall I liked my experience with Prestman Auto.
Prestman Auto provides excellent service both in sales and in their service department. My car needed major repairs after a collision, and Prestman Service went above and beyond to repair my car to look as if it had never been in an accident. The service manager is friendly, professional, and will do anything he can to ensure that you have the best experience possible. I recommend this business to all my friends!
Debbie Francis helped me with my 2013 Ford Fusion Titanium. Tons of features for a really decent price. I noticed a few issues with the car, but fortunately Prestman Auto offered to fix it as soon as the parts came in. Now the car looks like new! I appreciate the effort made to achieve customer satisfaction.

This experience a very low pressure and very pleasant. Alex was by far the sweetest and most personable sales person with whom I've dealt.
I was stoked to drive off in my dream car until 3 months later I started having issues with the transmission. Last week I took it into my nearest Subaru dealership like I was told to do when I bought the warranty. Turns out I need a new transmission in my car that has only 37,000 miles. When the dealership called to tell me about the issues they also couldn t find my warranty with the company I had paperwork for, Prestman Auto hadn t processed the paperwork. I had to make multiple calls to figure it out and was delayed another day. The next day I make some more calls and they got the paperwork sorted out but now the warranty company was telling me I had to take my car to Presman s or I would have to pay the difference of what they were willing to pay for labor and parts which was about $5,000. I call Prestman s to see if they could get me in and they said get the car up here and they will work it in. When I get to SLC they say they won t be able to look at it until the 4th (a week away) and that they would call me then. With all this hassle I was just so excited that I was promised by Tracy when I purchased the warranty that if I did have issues I would take my car in and drive off in a rental car, it would be a breeze. Turns out the warranty company really only pays $25 per day for every 6 hours of labor, so not even covering the time I m still without a car while it sits there waiting to be looked at, this also doesn t even take into account that I m under 25 and have an extra fee. So not only is am I paying for a car that I can t even drive but I m out transportation all together because a rental car is completely out of the budget. While talking to the warranty guy on the phone he also said some of the hoses they needed to replace were covered and I would have to pay an additional few hundred for those and the Transmission fluid, not really the "covers everything" warranty that Tracy pitched to me. This has been a frustrating process to say the least and I never did get a call today about my car like I was told I would, with no timeline of when I can even expect to get it back. If you buy from Prestman Auto you can expect to find your dream car for a decent price and have improper expectations set for you along with disappointment at every turn.
I had a wonderful experience at Prestman Auto!! The team is very helpful and attentive! Jack was assisting me in my searching and was very professional and knowledgeable! I would definitely reccomend him and this establishment to anyone looking to buy a car! I can t say enough positive things about my time spent here!!

I went to a different dealership in that same outfit and there were 5 salespeople standing around talking and no one approached me, so I left. I'm not sure what happened. Maybe they were judging or profiling me.
I walked into Prestman and Jaron approached me with a big smile and was very very friendly. Andy, the sales manager was great...turned out that the Finance manager and I were from the same hood, from the Bay Area. I felt great driving home the only Range Rover they had that night.

Great experience :) Trevor Durfey was our sales rep and he truly showed not only professionalism, but a deep caring attitude toward helping us find what we were looking for. The process of finding the right car is always tedious, and when children are involved in this process it could make it worse. I personally liked the fact that Trevor made sure my daughter was comfortable. She definitely was! Also, Trevor was very patient while we tested several cars until we found "the one" haha He literally grabbed like 10 keys for us. With every attempt he maintained a positive attitude, always asking the right questions to help us narrow down our options. I would definitely recommend him to others especially because with him, one doesn't get that sales pressure, nor sales pitch one would regularly get from a car salesman. Personally, I think this has been by far my best car shopping experience ever!
ok its not often that i would take the time to write a review specually for a car dealer ship. it has always been my belife that they are equivalent to a street con artist. i will have to say that with this dealerdhip it was not the case. i spent 20 min looking at there inventory and when i was ready to ask some questions, it was the only point they were there. they answered my questions and there was no preshure to buy at any time. i was able to drive the car and did not feel like they were policing me. my salsman was Travis Cheesman. i would recomend him but even with that everyone in the shop was nice to chat with. i am from out of state and they worked with me to get everything together quickly and the biggest part was they saved me a lot of money on the car of my dreams... thanks to a great team and a great atmosphere they will be my new, go to place of buying a car.. two thumbs up to them.

Absolutely amazing customer service. After reading reviews online, we decided to drive all the way from Twin Falls, ID to purchase a vehicle from prestman auto. Jack and Tracy were so helpful and pateint with us. Due to the 3.5 hour drive we didn't arrive until about 6:30pm and they close at 7 but Jack and Tracy stayed late to help us drive off the lot with the car we wanted. I really appreciate everything they did. Super friendly, no pressure atmosphere, free beverages, and (my favorite part) a dog! Yep, a big friendly golden retriever to play fetch with while you wait for rates and stuff! Would easily make the drive again next time I need a vehicle (which hopefully isn't for a while now)

This was our first time buying a car with a branded title. I had been shopping around for a long time trying to find a Honda Odyssey that was affordable and reliable. We came close once but turns out the dealer was not honest and the frame had been damaged. But Prestman Auto was completly transparent and honest about all their cars. Which was evedent when I had the van looked at by the Honda dealership which said it looked great and it was a great buy. Christopher who we worked with was amazing and very helpful. I really did ask a lot and always making sure every small detail was perfect and he was more than willing to help me with all that I needed. He even had a speaker ordered in for me when we found one wasn't working as it should. I will update how that process works out.

We recently purchased a 2014 Lexus from Prestman Auto and I LOVE my new car -- bright red and beautiful. Debbie Francis was so helpful and friendly it was truly an enjoyable experience. She hugged me goodbye when we left and I felt as though I had made a new friend.
In the past I disliked even going to a dealership to look at cars. In my opinion, when we drove onto the car lot the "vultures" appeared. I do not like doing business that way.
At Prestman we drove a couple of cars (without a salesman in the back seat I might add) and picked out the one we liked. We told Debbie we would like to take it to a body shop in Lehi to have it inspected and she said they encouraged that. We took the car back, and reclined in the massage chairs while our paperwork was completed; that was accomplished quickly and efficiently. We were very happy with our entire experience!

Very interesting place, haven't bought yet but very impressed with low pressure and great information on each of the cars I have driven. They are branded title, Carlos and Dub have been very up front and easy to work with. Waiting for a Ridgeline in the 15-18k range, I have time to wait and they call me anytime a new one comes in.
Great place to go for a branded title vehicle, in fact it is probably the safest way to get one, because they do in-house inspections plus BlueStar reports. Warranties available, relaxed atmosphere, and non-pushy salesman. Shoutout to Brad for helping us find our first Subaru Crosstrek!

Because Prestman Auto listings show up no matter what you search, it was easy to find their price point attractive. I was tempted to drive 500 miles to pick up a vehicle from them but Mario kept beating around the bush. I would ask questions, Mario would disappear. Then get back to me and tell me the needed something else for approval. Then he would ask for something else and would say he was still waiting for approval. I called and reached out to another sales rep who said he would call me back, his name was Dan. He never called back. Evidently they have no interest in selling a car but I finally called my own credit union to see what the hang up was only to find out that salvaged titles are not easily financed. Mario kept treating me like I was desperate, which was laughable and irritating.
But additionally ABSOLUTELY google the vehicles VIN. I could never get Mario to tell me what kind of situatuon placed the vehicles with a salvage title. Hail damage is one thing, completely totaled with the radiator hanging out and total front end damage is another.
Wouldnt trust these guys, they get you in at a lower price point but their customer service sucks and seem like they want to omit details just to push a deal.
This whole week I spent in communication with this dealership was a waste of time.

!!!!!!!UPDATE!!!!! After purchase, I noticed a major mechanical issue with the car. I got in touch with the service manager, Alec. In my opinion, what separates a good business from an average or poor business is the attention to customers after the sale. Let me tell you, despite a very minor issue with communication, Alec handled the issue, had the mechanical issue repaired, detailed the car, and I drove off the lot the second time feeling even better than the day I bought the Tahoe. So, since I hate reading lengthy reviews, I will keep this short. I was a bit apprehensive about purchasing a rebuilt title vehicle. Prestman stands behind the vehicles they sell. Despite buying a car with a major mechanical issue, I would not hesitate to purchase another rebuilt title vehicle as long as it is from this place.
Original review: Great car, great price, great salesman. i had an issue with a tiny squeak prior to purchasing the Tahoe. Tracy had service solve the issue right away. It was a pleasure doing business here. Would recommend giving Tracy a call.

This was by far the best car buying experience EVER!! The facility was so hip and laid back with a family fun feel. Devin Gardner heard what I wanted and gave me all my options. His excitement for my new purchase made this experience so great and pressure free. He showed me every gadget on my new vehicle and walked me through step by step making sure I was set for the road. We loved this place and got an amazing deal. Tracy was awesome and fun. And the no-haggle pricing takes so much of the pressure off the experience, so that was great too.
Why only 3 stars? We had a horrible experience with Dave the finance manager. He passive-aggressively made me feel like a chump when I declined the add-ons, and he also didn't go through the sales fees with me, only quickly pointing me to the final total, so I didn't notice they add on a $380 "Destination Fee" in addition to their dealership fee of $300. (Make sure you add the $680 to their list price when you're comparing to other places!) Dave said he would refund us half the Destination Fee while making me feel like I'm a jerk for not looking at the contract carefully enough and then complaining. The check was supposed to be in the mail right away, and two months and 5 calls to Prestman later, we finally got the check in the mail. I think Dave just conveniently didn't tell the administrative person to cut the check since we finally got it only after I talked to her personally.
So, all in all, Prestman is amazing, but they should get a new finance manager.
I drove from out ot state to purchase my vehicle with Prestman Auto. I had been shopping around for a newer model Subaru Forester XT and was almost sold on a 2015 model with 62K miles before I saw an ad for a 2017 model with only 8K miles for the same price (actually $500 less) at Prestman Auto. At first, I was slightly concerned with purchasing a branded title vehicle, but these guys do amazing repairs and the vehicle goes through a rigorous inspection process before getting back on the road. I even had the vehicle inspected on my own and was given the thumbs up to make the purchase. The people at Prestman were a pleasure to work with as well. My salesman, Bobby, did an excellent job fielding all my concerns, gained my confidence, and made sure I had a positive experience. The dealership itself is very state of the art and is something to see for yourself. I would definitely recommend Prestman Auto to anyone looking to save a significant amount of money on a newer model low mileage vehicle, and they offer a very broad selection of highly desirable vehicles to choose from. I'm very pleased with my decision to travel from out of state to make my purchase with them. If you want to save thousands of dollars on a good as new vehicle, then definitely shop with Prestman Auto...I know I'm glad I did!

I recently had my vehicle in for service at Prestman. They're busy and the wait for an appointment seemed long but understandable for a smaller dealership serving two locations. While in for service they unfortunately hit a few bumps that delayed completing my vehicles repairs. Sean and Daniel understood my frustration and put the customer first and took exceptional care of us. They both went above and beyond for us! Their desire to take care of their customer will keep my business for the future!

Prestman has a great selection on the lot and is very willing to let you test drive multiple vehicles until you find one you like. I worked with Tracy Ball and he was very forward, informative, and personable. This is my first car at this dealership, so I can't yet attest to the aftercare service, but based on purchasing, I feel comfortable recommending the cars and Tracy to anybody looking to buy a new vehicle.
We bought our car here and brought it back 2 years later when it was shaking at high speeds. Their service was friendly and they helped to troubleshoot the problem.
UPDATE: If I could give them 0 stars I would. They gave us the run around for 2 weeks when we needed repairs that were covered by the warranty we purchased through them (we were required to get repairs completed by their service department as part of the warranty). Finally after daily calls, multiple times a day, to more than 5 different people to get a resolution, or an appointment, or some response, they sent us to another shop they chose to complete the work. That shop had our car for 2 weeks, when the repair was supposed to take two days, and did over $1,900 worth of additional work not covered by the warranty that we DIDN'T AUTHORIZE. Talk about a frustrating situation. If you buy a car here don't get the warranty!!!!! Better yet, just don't buy a car here.
This is the first branded title car I've ever purchased. There are pros and cons with such a vehicle (deeply discounted price / no manufacturers warranty, etc) but do your homework and understand the process before going this route.
Trevor Durfey was the guy that helped me out, and he was a professional from start to finish. I live in MT so the deal was made sight-unseen (which is also a first for me), but Trevor guided me through the process, sent tons of information about the vehicle and the reason for the 'branded title' designation. I also hired a 3rd party inspection which showed that the vehicle was repaired correctly with care and precision, a credit to the mechanics at Prestman.
Many dealerships will aggressively push extended warranty programs and finance options, and while Prestman offers them, I felt no pressure one way or the other. The "final price" sticker is exactly that -- final and best price offered. Those that like to haggle will find no wiggle room (which some people like, others not so much). I didn't mind it, and as we didn't have a trade-in we skipped right over the offers & counter offers. As with any dealership, there will be some paperwork fees on top of the final price, just make sure you know and understand them before making a deal -- that's just common sense for any auto dealership you work with.
We found a company that delivered the vehicle right to our door and now that we've had it for a while, we have nothing but good things to say about Prestman and the vehicle we purchased. Trevor is in my contact list, and we'll give him a call next time we're in the market.
I would recommend Prestman Auto to anyone in the market of a vehicle. My experience shopping for a vehicle was quick and easy. I was in the market for a reliable SUV and I found the perfect vehicle. Toyota 4Runner was my choice. Prestman Auto had a number of 4Runners available. The location in Salt Lake was easy to locate. The inside of the dealership is sleak. All staff personnel were friendly. I give them a 5 stars!!!
I was very pleasantly surprised by this place. I have never bought a car that had been in an accident but after hearing how they get here cars and what they do to fix them up I was convinced. I worked with Matt Bishop and he was excellent. Never pushed us and always just wanted what was best for us. I am very happy with working with them and would recommend anyone that is thinking of going this route to at least go talk to them.

Matt is a great guy! Really down to earth! Doesn t feed you full of anything other then what they can or can t do. Financing was good. The overall process not like any other dealer. And really went to bat for me and my family to get a car to work. I will be back again to buy our next vehicle!

I am very skeptical of car dealerships and I was only reassured of why that is. Initially I was impressed with what seemed to be genuine customer service. Unfortunately that quickly changed once I had purchased my vehicle. I had a few issues that were below the service I would expect from a third party seller. The car was filthy even though I was told it would be detailed before my transaction. The brakes were noisy at test drive and I asked for those to be fixed, they weren t. The empty gas light came on 5minutes from the dealership. My maintenance light came on after 2weeks of owning my vehicle. I truly feel I have been deceived. I did give Prestman an opportunity to make me feel reassured of my buying experience but the follow through was poor. They repeatedly say they want their customers to feel like family, I would be appalled if a family member sold me a vehicle in the manner Prestman did.

Prestman Auto was great to work with. We found our car on their website and contacted Jason B. who was very helpful, he answered my questions. When we went to test drive, we found the car clean and ready to go. Jason gave us space so we could really check it out on our test drive. Jason and staff were receptive and great to work with on taking car of a few minor items that needed attention with the car. Jason was great, following up with us a couple weeks later. I will check them out the next time I am looking for a car.

Drove an hour to test drive after confirming with Matt that the car was ready for test driving. When I arrived at my SCHEDULED time, they took 15 minutes to "find the keys" then they told me it was just finished with inspection (scheduled at the same time I was scheduled to drive it). Turns out the car isn't safe to drive. I took time off work, drove and hour(one way) and set an appointment. When I told them that they can't do that, they all shrugged and watched me walk out the door without offering any kind of real apology.
I worked with Josh and got great service. He was super knowledgeable, no pressure, and overall great to work with. I'd recommend seeing him if you need a vehicle.
Upon arriving at Prestman Auto we were kindly greeted by Tracy Ball. He explained what they do at Prestman (we didn't know about branded titles) and started walking us around the lot. I was unsure of what car I wanted and Tracy was patient and described several of the different makes and models that they currently had. There was never any pressure, even after I had picked a wonderful car but was having a few doubts. I knew he wanted me to be 100% sure. When the day to purchase came around Tracy came in on his day off to take care of me. He even (at the request of my friend) found a big red bow to put on my new car! Dave White did a wonderful job with the financing and paperwork. All in all I would go back to Prestman Auto for my next car and I would send all my friends and family there. My previous insurance company sucked and i had to fly out of there to work, he quickly referred me to his insurance agent that got me an even better rate then my insurance agent would of, and got me all squared away so I could drive out of there in my new Jeep. Great experience with my car purchase. Travis made the car buying process so much more enjoyable than I am use to. He knew everything about the car, didn t pressure me, just guided me through the process and made everything a breeze while being thorough. The other employees walking around were very friendly. If your not happy with a normal dealership then go to Prestman Auto. This is fun place to buy a car and a step above the rest. Our Salesman was Clifton Kelly and he really let us take our time without any pressure.

I purchased my truck from Bob, and two of my friends have purchased vehicles from him. The same experience every time. Honest and very upfront about the whole process. After running out credit and giving us his offer, I said ok let me talk to my husband.
He knew I was at work and was trying to make the deal in between clients.

I bought a Cadillac cts coupe for jay and was the best car buying experience of my life. I have always been hesitant buying a savage/branded title but there is a warranty!! takes away all risk. I will never buy another car from anyone else. Jay is a comedian on the side other than selling cars very fun to be around ZERO pressure to buy. if you don't like the vehicle you test drive he will find one that fits you perfectly. If I could give 100 stars I would. CORY

What else can I say, we have just purchased our 5th (!) vehicle from Prestman Auto. We could go anywhere, but the atmosphere, fair pricing and awesome service just can't be beat by any dealership. The sales staff is friendly and helpful, there's definitely no pressure to buy here - the cars practically sell themselves.
One thing that I've always enjoyed is the employees at Prestman; they are genuinely happy to be there, and that's always a good sign that you're dealing with fair and honest people.
Tracy Ball has helped us on 4 of our last purchases, and I find myself checking their website once or twice a month in the event my tastes/needs ever change. Our most recent purchase was spurred by a quick text message from me to Tracy, that said essentially "I want this!"
I'm a car guy, and I don't even bother to crawl under the vehicles any more. I know they're in top shape, and if there's anything you don't like (a scuff from a car door, a dim bulb, etc.) Carl and the rest of the mechanical team will make it right, no questions asked.
Prestman Auto is truly a diamond in the rough of the State St. car dealers - I mean, they have Ferraris on the showroom floor!
Don't hesitate to check this place out, even if you're not in the market today. Their website is always up to date, they have a notifications system that actually works, and if just walking around some of the cleanest cars in the Valley doesn't do it for you, they have great coffee and comfy couches in the showroom!
EDIT: They ve added massage chairs to the showroom, but everything else great about this place remains. We ve just bought our 6th vehicle from Prestman Auto and couldn t be happier. Buying this one (a Yukon Denali at $20k less than book) went down like this:
1. Looked at website for 20 minutes, drove down the next day.
2. Drove two vehicles, about 30 minutes total time spent. Made a decision, and asked Nate and Tracy to make it happen. They took photos of our trade, that s it.
3. Went out to lunch, received a call to come pick up the truck 2 hours later.
4. Picked up a clean vehicle after spending 30 minutes total time waiting and signing docs.
So just to recap; we spent less than 1 hour in a chair and signing papers. Our trade, which we were upside down on (thanks Karl Malone, for selling us an expensive truck with a useless warranty), was gone in less than 20 minutes, with a fair trade-in value. Tracy arranged the most beneficial financing, and 2 days later we e-signed our banking docs while sitting on the patio at Snowbird.
I feel almost guilty that we put so little effort and time into getting such a great vehicle, but that s not going to stop us from enjoying our new truck!
Loved my experience buying my car here. Cheapest price I found for what I was looking for and Jeremy was awesome. Jeremy let my husband and I test drive the car on our own, was super informative, and not pushy at all.
What a great find! I feel so fortunate that I stumbled upon Prestman Auto in Lindon. Each team member I worked with- sales consultant (Josh), financial guru (Travis) and manager (didn t catch his name) took great care to answer my questions and address my concerns. I drove out of the lot with a great vehicle for a great price and am thrilled with the service I received. They were even patient with my kids!
