Upon arriving at Prestman Auto we were kindly greeted by Tracy Ball. He explained what they do at Prestman (we didn't know about branded titles) and started walking us around the lot. I was unsure of what car I wanted and Tracy was patient and described several of the different makes and models that they currently had. There was never any pressure, even after I had picked a wonderful car but was having a few doubts. I knew he wanted me to be 100% sure. When the day to purchase came around Tracy came in on his day off to take care of me. He even (at the request of my friend) found a big red bow to put on my new car! Dave White did a wonderful job with the financing and paperwork. All in all I would go back to Prestman Auto for my next car and I would send all my friends and family there. Thank you Tracy for such an amazing experience!
