So I ve worked for a lot of dealerships and I ve never seen owners actually engage with their employees. Its been 2 months, and out of the customers I ve had if there were any issues management was completely understanding and fair. What s nice is at this store we don t waste our customers time running back and forth negotiating and it seems like our customers really appreciate it. If you re looking for a car I would suggest at least coming in to see what I have in my inventory. My customers are able to get a nicer newer vehicle with low miles for the lowest price out there. If you re looking for the best value out there give me a shout.

Edit: After a year and a half of owning my first purchase from Prestman, I went back for a VIP trade in deal they were running. In just one day of working with Matt, Nate, and Tracy I was able to upgrade way beyond what I thought I was capable of affording. I recommend everyone and their mothers buy from Prestman next time they're in the market for a new car.

Started out they had just the truck I wanted. That's how I found them. The buying experience with Travis was great. Even after I was going to pay cash for the truck, Dave said I could finance it at such a low rate that I did that to put the money somewhere better used. The truck did have some minor issues because of the branded title thing but they resolved them quickly and for the price it's easy worth it. I would gladly go back for another vehicle.

Purchased a ford explorer last March (2017) sales guy was great ASSURED me that all repairs are done to safety standards and some 200 point inspection. In May 2017 power steering went out. Was told car was "as is" basically sucks to be me... ok, fine I didnt pay for the extended warranty $2k later. And lessons. Learned.... fast forward to March 2018. Took car in due to leaking antifreeze. Found out NONE of the repairs were done correctly and car was Clearly unsafe to drive. Short list of problems: frame bent, engine being held on with 2 bolts, wrong radiator installed ( thus the leak). Bumper and head lights zip tied in..... DO NOT BUY FROM PRESTMAN. THEY ARE CROOKS WHO DONT CARE IF THEY SELL U A SAFE CAR!!!! at minimum take ur car somewhere and have it checked out before you buy from them!!
Easy and cheap to get into our new/used car. Fun and friendly staff, we feel like they have really taken care of us. We did not get a used car lot vibe when we came here. I would definitely recommend coming here to look for a car. Ask for Tracy or Alec, they are great guys!

I was working with them out of state for a mazdaspeed3. They were pretty responsive and it was easy with my pre-approval. Nate and Derrick was easy to work with but there was one salesman who was not friendly or negotiable at all. I also don't appreciate that they took my check when i got there before even being able to see the car. They said they detailed the car but it was barely touched. Still dirty inside and out. They did not disclose to me that the car was missing one of the floor mats and the second key fob as well as there being a blow-off valve. Other than the quite a few chips not made visible in any pictures and videos, the car was in great condition. I had to spend two hours *actually* detailing the car as it was still dirty and thick dust in-between places. They also said they replaced the serpentine belt but that's not true because i replaced it and have an old cracked belt in my trunk as proof. Overall, the experience was easy but they should have been more involved in the process and disclosure; the car looks great, runs great and sounds great and i love my 2013 white speed3!

***WARNING***AVOID THIS PLACE... Tracy their finance manager treated us in a very condescending manner, to say the leasts. He created seemingly non-existent fees which he then took out and threatened to add again if we did not purchase the $2,500 warranty. We were at the end of a long day, we wanted to be done, and we were pressured into an agreement to buy the service package, because Tracy made it sound like the car would likely break down as soon as we drove it off the lot, and without the service package, we would be sunk. Looking back now, that should have sent up red flags also. But, as noted, it was late in the day and we were tired . They charge over 4K in fees on top of the price of the car. We emailed Bill Pearson the general manager, we called and tried to make an appointment with him without success. And he hasn't replied to our emails either. We visited with Tracy again, within the 3 days, to cancel the warranty and they would not honor their contract and refused to cancel it and give us our $2,500.00 back. Even though its written that you have three days to cancel.
Tracy interrupted us several times as we tried to discuss the numbers among ourselves. He was a little better at listening to my husband but every time I spoke he would mock me and interrupt me. I guess you are only important if you are a white male for this people? Just don't expect good treatment from this misogynistic racist if you are latina. The sales people are kind but not worth the headache and humiliation. There is plenty of car dealerships out there. AVOID!!!!

Just purchased my third vehicle with them. Overall, a great experience. Andy was great to work with, and we got a great vehicle at an awesome price.
Couple concerns. Didn't appreciate being given a quick lie regarding the history of the vehicle, when inquiring on my first visit. However, the carfax/bluestar made it easy to understand the impact as it was sold by copart and there were still cached images.
Also, didn't appreciate that a $200 BluRay remote, all floor mats ($300) and the $300 extra key we're missing but not pointed out to me as I found out after detailing was completed.

One of the better dealers that I've dealt with. Purchased two cars with them, but not all cars that I looked at were gems, some were slapped together during repair very poorly. Although I haven't been happy with the extended warranty and the upholstery warranty. DON'T BUY THE WARRANTY without understanding that you can pretty much only have it serviced by Prestman, whom sells the warranty, (kinda fishy) unless you have the car serviced well out of Prestman's area - 50 mile radius from either location.
Great cars for great prices. While all of the titles are "branded" (basically rebuilt titles) they offer warranties that still make the car cost less than buying the same car with a clean title.
There is no pressure when buying a car here, they like you to leave a review on Google and will bring it up but that's not an issue in my opinion since the pressure isn't to spend $20k on a car you aren't sure about.
I'll be buying all of my cars here from now on.

Add to that, it being a branded title and you have to have a large degree of trust...I am glad I put my trust in these men and this company. I love my car!

Carlos was very helpful in getting me into the car I wanted. He has great customer service and sales skills. He took the time to let me test drive multiple cars and help me look at all my options. As well as explaining everything in detail as needed. Overall they have been very helpful with anything needed. For example, buffering out some things for free and changing a connector. Top notch customer service and salesmen.

Friendly, responsive, accommodating, and professional. I bought branded with a full warranty, knowing my vehicle is fully protected. Knowing my rebuilt title is fully covered unlike other competitors offering limited warranty s brings a new level of comfort and piece of mind.
Vehicle pricing is slightly higher than other competitors however with a full warranty i am driving a vehicle with less miles. It was great working with the staff who offers multiple finance institutions and low rates.
I went to this dealer on three different occasions to test drive cars. The first time the sales team was too busy to help so I left and decided to call in next time. The second time I called ahead on a particular car listed as a 4WD Ford Explorer on KSL. When I arrived I went through my wants and needs with their sales rep, Dub. In particular I told him my #1 need is four wheel or all wheel drive, and I do not want to look at any two wheel drive SUV's. He then proceeded to tell me the car I called on was only two wheel and he apologized (bait and switch). He proceeded to listen to nothing I said, and sent me out to drive a two wheel drive only SUV. My third trip I called ahead to make sure a particular car was there, and I would be able to test drive. I was informed it was there and it would be waiting for us when we arrived. When I arrived we waited 30 minutes and when they pulled it up it was a different vehicle than I called about, again! I spent the remainder of the 5 hours that day test driving other vehicles and dealing with the receptionist (who was fantastic) because she was the only person there to help us. We actually ended up finding a vehicle we were ready to purchase and after waiting another 30 minutes for Dub were informed that he was sorry, but the vehicle we were driving was a two wheel drive only SUV, but he thought it was AWD. It was my own fault for continuing to go back to take this dealers crap, I am only writing this review to hopefully warn others of the shady things, and just plain lack of customer service skills this dealership exhibits. The prices there are too good to be true...seriously...look deeper when/if you are looking at cars here. What is on the surface is not what is really going on, and their customer service is terrible (except for their receptionist). While I was there talking to other customers I was hearing the same issues.

Over the years - my husband and I have purchased more than 30+ cars and have decided that purchasing branded title vehicles is the best way to get a premium car without paying a premium price. With our most recent purchase from Prestman Auto, we have owned a total of six branded title vehicles. Working with Prestman was, by far, the BEST car buying experience we've ever had (which is saying a lot - since we tend to purchase a new car about once a year.) Trevor was very knowledgeable about the Cadillac we purchased and wanted only to make sure we found just the right car for our needs (never any pressure.) I have since recommended Prestman to many of my friends and will continue to do so.

I Have been to a lot of car dealerships and dealt with a salesmen and Alec Flitton and Tracy Ball where some of the very best I have worked with. At no point did I feel like I was being swindled or over sold on the car. They were super down to earth and very good to work with. Usually you can expect a little shadiness from a strictly used car dealership but that isn't the case here, they were completely open and honest about the car and they offered the best trade-in value for our old car. I really feel like we were put first and you can tell by the smiles on all the employee's faces (service guys included) that they enjoy working there. Honestly I was super impressed with the service and my wife agrees. We will definitely be dealing with them again for our next car/truck.

Super Thrilled with this dealership, and have every intentions of buying here when we can. I went in looking to buy a car, i've never bought one before. But they had a car i liked. Well it was awesome, after talking with my sales guy Collin he was super helpful. He took the time to explain to us what we were going to need to get into a car. Took the time to show us the different options or choices we had. Even though by the looks of it, i dont have any choices of cars right now. I needed some money for the loan since i've never had one before. It was superhelpful he didnt even have to, i cant wait to go back when the time comes.
Not worth the savings! I bought a 2011 Ford Expedition EL 3 years ago, and I wanted to wait and do a review once we had a chance to own the vehicle for a sufficient amount of time to know what the problems are that should ve been fixed during rebuild, and which ones are normal wear and tear. Also, I feel a little deceived on what a branded title really is. Anyway, I saved about $5k on the vehicle verses a clean title, but realize now that we ve burned through that and then some on unnecessary repairs and it is just not worth the hassle of owning a branded title vehicle. Here is a list of the problems: steering column needs to be replaced as the bolt threads are stripped, steering wheel is pressed on and becomes loose every 6 months $1,000 repair. Gas spews out of the tank when filling up at the gas station (could be a variety of problems with the evap system or tank itself) ~$600 repair. Radiator fan has two settings, low and high, only high worked when purchased causing the radiator to fail prematurely, $1,400 repair. Tires were bald when purchased $1,000 repair. Sunroof rails are broken, $2,000 repair. Front dash blend door motor bad, $650 repair. Transmission has a hard downshift, estimated $3k to $5k repair. Automatic windshield sensor bad, $500 repair. Condensation in the headlight, $500 repair. Tears in passenger seat ($???). Those are just the things I m aware of because I m positive there are more. Add all those up and it s easily $10k to $12k in repairs. The rebuild of this vehicle was shoddy at best.
These are issues that you might see on a vehicle that is nearing 200k miles, not 90k. I will never purchase another branded title vehicle ever.
This dealership is amazing. Everything is posted online for easy viewing and researching and when you actually go in the employees are all easy going and not the least bit pushy. Everyone we worked with was extremely helpful and made us feel comfortable. The price was unbeatable as well and the repair work done to the vehicle was first rate. I'd recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a branded title vehicle. And I'd recommend looking into it even if you weren't initially looking for a branded title.

Sales staff were professional, timely and polite. I was assisted within a more than reasonable timeframe and Derick was courteous and easy to speak to. I went with pretty high expectations and was not disappointed. Now, give me a few months with my new car and I'll let you know how things are going!
Do Not Buy Here! 10 years of being in the Auto industry working at several dealerships from highend exotic shops to local family owned dealerships, I have never in my entire career have seen such lack of communication and dishonesty. At first they appear to be friendly and willing to take care of you. Once you buy from Prestman Auto they forget you even exist. Took 15 days too late from the day of purchase to get communication back and forth, and still no willingness to get things taken care of. I am extremely disappointed with the transaction over all. Yes the cars are nice to a certain extent however beware of the inspection report they seem to charge you. Recommend you get the vehicle inspected before you give them a dime. Now I have to spend an extra $2000+ to get the vehicle reconditioned to pass UDOT regulations. Also make sure you give them a 20 days + pay off because a ten day pay off for your trade will not get paid on Time. I wished I would have kept my trade. My post is not to bash on Prestman Auto, they do somethings right I have to give them some credit but the overall experience after the purchase has been soo disappointing. My sales person was a rock star, he kept me entertained long enough to not realize to ask the right questions. (One simple phone call returned days after the purchase could have fixed the situation and wouldn t of had to be put in this situation). Buying a vehicle is an experience that exudes extreme confidence from the dealership and requires excellent customer service. Not here not ever. My experience keeps me wondering if they pay for reviews. 5 star banners inside the dealership is nothing but misleading advertisement. I do not recommend this place, pay the extra money and get a vehicle from a reputable dealership in town.

I must admit the idea of buying branded vehicle made me a bit apprehensive at first,but we're grateful we decided to buy from Prestman Auto. We had a great experience and truly value their style of conducting business. First, my wife and I were allowed to walk through the lot and look at all the vehicles without being hassled by any sales people. This is great and allowed us to compile a list of cars we wanted to drive, next all the prices were clearly listed on the vehicle (i never trust a dealership that doesn't list their prices).The sales person ( Trevor Durfey) was very considerate and forthright in explaining the details of how Prestman can offer such nice vehicles for such affordable prices. He explained all the pros and cons of buying a branded vehicles ( i.e financing, insurance, resale, car history etc.) and was very helpful in our decision to buy a new car. Another aspect of the experience that I enjoyed was that we were allowed to test drive the vehicles without a sales person tagging along. the overall experience was great and I would definitely recommend Prestman auto to anyone looking to buy a nice vehicle at a great rate.

Hey helped us understand the process for branded titles and it was so nice to not have to haggle over the price! So glad we called within 2 hours of our car being listed online as there were multiple buyers wanting the same car. Oh and they have massage chairs in the waiting area so I'm actually more relaxed now than when we got here!

I just recently purchased a Focus ST from the Salt Lake location, and I had a great experience. If you go there, ask for Matt Bishop. Truly one of the best, if not the best, car salesmen you can find. He was very patient (many times working after hours to let us look at the car again, take another test drive, and even buy the car) and he helped us look at a few different cars, inspect them, and then compare them to one another. He was great at keeping contact with me, giving me updates on vehicle repairs and/or options, all while looking into the history reports, and trying to help us get the best bang for our buck, which he did.

Very disappointed with the service, we bought an 2018 Chevrolet half ton truck and purchased an additional 3000.00 of coverage to cover any issues with the vehicle. It has been over 20 days since the vehicle was purchased and we have been left going back and forth trying to get the vehicle fixed. The A.C unit was installed improperly and never charged . We noticed this within the first few days and called. The sales and the service group both guaranteed that they would take care of us. So far neither has happened. There has been empty promises and has made with little follow through.

They sell you a car but then they can't stand behind fixing it they keep your car all day give you the runaround tell you story after Story can't duplicate the problem when the problem so obvious it's unreal not happy 20K on a car not happy
I just bought a 2015 Ford F 150 from Prestman Auto and I Love it! They are so easy to work with and they try to make the car buying experience a breeze. I have bought 3 cars from them and will continue to come back! Maurissa who is one of the sales agents there has helped me twice with the purchase of a new vehicle has looked after my needs and has tried to resolve any problems or concerns that I had. She is low pressure and just wanted the best fit for me. If you want to save money on your new car buy from Prestman Auto!

I bought a 2007 Civic from them. Over the phone they told me that it had never been damaged, only stolen. When I got there, they told me it had some "minor" front end damage which had all been repaired. I noticed engine coolant leaking right there in front of the salesman. I pointed it out and they repaired a broken hose. I should've known better. Drove it away and soon after discovered a crushed catylitic converter ($1,000 repair). They essentially told me to eat rocks and die. If I could convince the world to avoid this place like the plague, I would.
Carlos was great to work with. He sat with us and went over cars on the lot then we drove a couple of them. We decided not to purchase a car at this time, but when we do we will definitely come back!

Tracy told me my car had a salvaged title due to a rear-end collision, when in fact it was due to being flooded. He also lied to me 3 times when I asked directly about the price of their extended warranty. "It's about $1500." It ended up being $2000, which is a fixed price so he knew exactly what it would cost.
So far the car runs fine, but given the above information, I wouldn't have purchased it.
