I expected more and better service, they confirmed...

I expected more and better service, they confirmed the room with Kingsize bed and to our surprise they gave us a double bed room and when asking for a clarification at the reception they answered "that's what there is" just because we didn't buy the vacation package they already offered We went unnoticed and the supposed concierge assigned to us after the failure they had to not convince us to buy their packages magically disappeared and passed by when at first we almost had a mat to receive us. In particular there was a great lack of customer service, the food was always the same in the 4 days we were there did not change even the taste water. They have a great lack of meaning about the ecology, the last night we were a turtle spawned on the beach of the hotel due to high tide the eggs were scattered on the beach and did NOTHING to collect them or call the authority to start the due care protocol.

Bad food, pool with too cold water, at least when I was there in February. Construction of a part of the hotel which causes discomfort. And the all-inclusive is too expensive because I use this service in other resorts.

Hotel staff very friendly, in this time they are building another tower, the food is very rich, the beach is very nice clear sea and clean sand, it is something loose, it is not compact like in other beaches but on the side of the stones you can See great variety of fish.

The Barman of the pool (Juan) attends little mother, very well done Juan! For your services I would return.

This has been the worst hotel I have stayed at in ...

This has been the worst hotel I have stayed at in my entire life. We had raw sewage coming up our drains (sinks and shower). Both my husband and I got sick, the hotel refused to move us to a different room, finally halfway through the trip they moved us to another room. This room was infested with bedbugs. I complained to management. Nothing was done, I asked to be put in a new hotel, was told no asked for my money back was told no. I have attached photos of the bugs, my bites on my legs and how we had to put towels around the bathroom doors to keep the smell of the sewage out of the sleeping area.

If you are considering this hotel for your vacatio...

If you are considering this hotel for your vacation I beg you to reconsider. I am optimistic and do my best to overlook negative reviews m. I thought this was for sure a great deal. I was absolutely wrong. This place is AWFUL.

We got out of our taxi where we were immediately greeted by a timeshare sales person, Irene. These sales associates INSIST that you sit at their desk and hear their pitch before you can head to your room. They beg you to go through their 90 minute meeting to learn about their "program." I said no over and over and over again. I explained that we were on vacation we didn't want to waste time in a meeting. She went on to tell me they needed a deposit. FOR WHAT?? I told you we were not interested. She went to get the manager who came back and gave us the same sales pitch over again and explained that the sales associate would get a bonus if we went to the meeting. Basically a pity party. At that point I had to get ugly and just walk away.

We finally get up to our room... we paid $150 extra for a junior sweet, jacuzzi room. We walked in to the basic room and realized it was not what we paid for, so we went back down to the front desk and explained that we reserved and paid for a jacuzzi room. She told me they don't have those rooms anymore, that they are under construction.... with no remorse. It was as if she didn't understand why there was an issue. I told her I paid extra for that room and I either need a discount for the room they were trying to put us in or an upgrade. I understand remodeling, but why were we not emailed ahead of time or at the very least informed at check in that the room we reserved would be unavailable....? She asked me to wait while she goes and talks to her manager. THIRTY minutes later she comes back out and says they can put us on the 9th floor in an upgraded double queen room... There were only 2 of us and we originally paid for a king, but at that point we just needed a room.

Additionally, there are not near enough chairs at the pool or on the beach. It seemed everyone would go out as soon as the pool opened and lay their towels on chairs to reserve them for the day. When we went out around 10am there were hardly any people; however, every chair had stuff on it in order to reserve it.

The breakfast is COVERED in bees. Not a few--hundreds of bees swarming!!!! It was nerve wrecking to grab the handles to serve a plate because there are so many bees. I went to get yogurt and there were dead bees laying on top of the yogurt. Seriously gross.

Our room key would deactivate randomly.

The elevator had a water leak coming through the roof.

The beach is beautiful. Upgraded rooms are nice. But the customer service is just awful. If you are planning on staying here, please please please reconsider!!!

The hotel is beautiful the incredible view, I put 3 stars why the service at the pool bar, and in the restaurant the very bad Veranda rude tmbn the hotel has as a rule that in restaurants it is not allowed to gather tables, I mean If you come with a large family, they feel separated and do not care if you do not want it that way, there were spoiled vegetables, from there on the outside the sea is super clean and beautiful and the reception is very warm, for Royal members according to activities like kayak and surff boards and when we asked them we were told that there was no permission

Excellent hotel The service is excellent and above all the attention of the staff is second to none. To rest and enjoy the sea is excellent. The only bad thing is that it is very removed from the center of vallarta and therefore the uber are more expensive and not all take the service and more if it is weekday weekend not a problem there. Taxis charge a lot and the urban transport takes a long time to arrive. The hotel should have a transport that will take you to certain hrs to the center or nearby and have a service schedule. It would be nice if you had this option for those who do not arrive by car

Were do I start first when we got here they could not find are reservations. The food was Terrible and my wife was waking up with bug bites all over her arms and legs and the kids club was closed almost every day the beach was really small we had asked for a trash bag and was told that we could not have one there was even a day where they didn t clean are room the food is not kid friendly at all the beds are a hard as a rock there are no English channels on tv it was Vary disappointing we paid 3,500 and god the worse service I have ever gotten we will not be going back.

They still need a lot to put the hotel at 100% but the staff does everything possible to please us as guests, I hope that next year I will be finished all the renovations that are being done, the attention of all the staff is wonderful , especially those of the restaurant the fisherman, the waiters are always aware of what one needs, if I return.
