Business ethics and customer approach are at a very low level. The company uses a whole range of tricks and legal tips to get as much as possible from the customer in addition to what is in the subscription. In addition, consultants are misleading when purchasing services, even if they are asked about details, then it turns out that according to some record there is different (at the stage of the problem, not at the stage of signing the contract). I am not able to say whether this is the deliberate use of half-truths by consultants or mere ignorance. On the other hand, I have never had to submit so many complaints during the contract period - they all concerned services that were either unlimited or subscribed or should not concern me at all. I strongly advise against. At another operator I have been around for 20 years and there have never been problems (I have never complained), it is a little more expensive, but I can't complain. To Play, I was caught by an offer that was more favorable than the competition offer - only seemingly.

I had company phones with them. One day late with a fee and they blocked all 4 calls and reported them for recovery. On the second day the debt collector calls me that he will download. Paranoia. I sent confirmation to Play and the debt collector that the invoice was paid with 1 day of delay, and he told me that he had an order from Play and that he cares about my confirmation. It took 10 days to unlock the phones, a month they were rocking with the cancellation of the debt collector. They either have a mess or lazy employees or treat customers like air. I no longer have any services with them and when I have more. For other operators, even 2 weeks late, I was late with payment and no one blocked my phones. Never again.

All major mobile operators offer a similar standard of services, but the devil is in the details, and more specifically in the approach to the client. 1. I did not express the so-called marketing consents, for which the operator charges an appropriate fee (or does not add it to the invoice - one goes). I received messages with offers for half a year. Calling the hotline, writing to BOK did not work. Even a young lady, who is a conventionally called consultant, tried to tell me that the promotion offer sent was not a marketing activity ...
2. Play loves to send invoices between 2:30 and 5:30 at night. An attempt to explain that this is - to put it mildly - total rudeness, because the signal of the arrival of the message just wakes up the man, it flows down the consultants like a duck. One, even laughing, suggested to me that I should either turn down the phone or change my e-mail address. I also laughed - in the end it's a joke, bad, because it's bad, but apparently others do not know. But it turned out that the guy is serious. I admire myself that I made a relatively gentle suggestion that he would get away from my private settings, because it is not his business. Another "genius" explained it with an algorithm. An attempt to explain that this algorithm is someone's work has not been able to penetrate the consultant's mind. So: the client is guilty that he has a good night's sleep, and Play is nice, even if this algorithm is determined by someone deprived of even a bit of empathy that I will not mention a bit of culture.
3. Finally, telephones for consultants. You have to be extremely greedy for money to make calls to Play customers payable. I recommend competition - at least in one of the networks the connection with a consultant is free.
To sum up: I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!! Well, unless someone likes to mortify when waking up in the middle of the night, and also pay for conversations with incompetent consultants.

I recommend it when you have a large balance on your account and you have nothing to do with the money! Do you want to shine over your friends an excess of gigabytes on the Internet on your phone? Go to Play24 and activate the 10gb package - no disabling guarantee! Better, because trying to do so we double the demand!

However, if you prefer to show in person that you have a surplus and want (or not, it does not matter - the result will be the same) transfer them to your play account, then I invite you to the point! The nice lady made me such a wonderful cancellation that she doubled my (unwanted) packet of generous 10 GB of internet.

Seriously, this application and the Play24 system in general is an IT pathology - you can only order and cancellation is not an option. Maybe some patch would be useful to you? And no, what for, you can still make a mistake in this app and in customer service!

P.S. Telephone for customer service 1.85 PLN - nice. Especially when I called and you answered and you hung up - second call 1.85. Embarrassing kind, embarrassing. I think it's time to smile at the market and ask for a telecommunications alternative.

They ignored this fact and issued invoices. They did not respond to my complaint submitted via the play service 24. I recently found out that the court without informing me issued a judgment in absentia for bailiffs. I signed the contract, at some point some of my coverage was cut off, so I applied for breaking the contract without a contractual penalty - they charged me over PLN 400 and they wanted to push a compensation of PLN 50, so PLN 50 in exchange for paying a contractual penalty because of their fault, but no embarrassment to this day I can terminate this contract and pay a subscription with coverage only via wifi plus zero honesty, please read, Mr. President!
Incredible, plunderers - the market will calmly eliminate such behavior

I'm glad that after two years I got divorced with this telecam, who prefers to invest in pesudo stars and pump millions of pln-s in the pot for them and advertising than in customer service on a decent level as well as the quality of services suited to our times. I will not elaborate. I let myself be fooled two years ago and I'm glad that it's over :) I have been offered worse conditions for the extension of the contract than for the new deer ... Bottom and seaweed. Now, PLN 22, and I paid 80 for them, for horror, which I was naive. Goodbye, Provincial and other clowns. Goodbye Pleju .... :))

The worst experience with an operator in my life. Along with the assignment of the contract they changed my SIM card. After 9 days, the card is still inactive. Despite 3 visits to the point of sale and a dozen or so telephones for the hotline, I am bouncing off the invisible wall. In a way, I'm starting to feel like the hero of Kafka's drama. As a business I have been cut off from contact with clients. I can't make transfers because they are authorized via sms. I can't even park the car because I use the mobiparking service. I have no words to express my deep disappointment with the PLAY brand. Total disregard for the client and no desire to help. I strongly advise against this operator. I sent them immediate termination. I look forward to salvation when I can transfer my number elsewhere. Because it will work on Play I have already lost hope. On February 13, I ended my internet contract at play. The next day they turned off my internet. Due to my ignorance that the contract must be terminated (when signing the contract the employee did not deign to inform), I thought that the matter was settled.
After 3 months they called me that I have not been paying for the internet since March, so I have turned it off from June. I went to the point to terminate the contract. Still, they charged me PLN 240 to pay. I submitted a complaint twice, despite the fact that the system shows that I have repeatedly reported during the 2 years of the contract that I have no internet and the lack of data used since March, they insist on rejecting their complaint.
PEOPLE DON'T BE STRUGGLED AND I REALLY RECOMMEND STAYING AWAY FROM THIS NETWORK.

The seller does not inform that after exceeding 50GB the internet slows down to 1MB although in the customer panel I have the service "Unlimited internet on your smartphone forever (Promotion) Internet without any data limit in any technology" This is a limited internet! because it's limited by the speed Play limits. The total ignorance of the content contained in the complaints is outrageous. Inability to enforce my arguments is a bit frightening and embarrassing.
To sum up the great disappointment, which results in the termination of one contract and not the extension of another subscription that is just ending. I wonder if it's really worth it?

I have been at Play for almost the beginning of my activity (2008). The PLAY network operator offers reasonable conditions for extension, I have never had a problem with a subscription in this network, unlike Orange, Play I currently have a subscription without a phone 400 minutes to all and 1GB internet (high speed internet and stable on Play and Plus coverage, Orange terribly slow (despite 3G) for PLN 39, I don't need anything else, coverage of 3 networks - Play Plus and Orange, so I have coverage almost everywhere. Satisfactory call quality, cheap and very good contact with the company thanks to the profile on FB or with Marcin Gruszka together with Play4u1 and 2 who help when someone from the service fails.
To sum up, pay the bills on time and understand what they say to you from the sales department, because I get the impression that some people were very uphill to school, that they can't understand what is being said to them.

I regret that I let the cheaters stretch. Avoid in a wide arc.

It turned out that the plot has no coverage because domestic data roaming does not apply to SIM internet cards. The complaint is, of course, rejected. 24 months I pay a subscription for something that was known in advance that I will not take advantage.

And in the attached screen with speedtest, LTE and 3G speeds in Play, made in Saska K pa, 3 km from the center of Warsaw, on a regular voice card, so domestic roaming should work. enada

Advertises that you get 30gig data with a 50zl recharge.
They fail to inform you that this requires activating a special code. So your 50zl is eaten up by their rip off 12zl/mb in 5 seconds flat.
To top that off once your balance drops to 0, you have no ability to ring customer service.

RIP off. Deceptive company. Would not reccomend for any visitors to Poland.

Complaint - processing time over three weeks, which made it impossible to withdraw from the contract with a 14-day deadline.
The person considering the complaint does not hear assurances about adding up the data transfer limit in the roaming subscription.

It's a shame you can't give 0 stars. Everything that unsatisfied customers write is true. When I extended my contract, my subscription was raised. I didn't notice, and nobody warned me. When I extended my contract for the second time, it was a real circus. Because I am an elderly person from a small town, I handle everything by phone and via the Internet. Of course, I got a smartphone (for the first time), but no one on the helpline asked (because for what) what SIM card do I have. It turned out to be too big. It wasn't so nice on the hotline: "You have to go to the salon". So I had to ask a friend to take me to the city where the salon is. It turned out that there is a SYSTEM FAILURE. And that really because I arranged the hotline, they do not have to give me this card that I should get a courier because they (read the salon) have nothing to do with inline <sic>. Some massacre !!! So I'm calling +500 again, the nice lady was indignant at the man from the living room and added that unfortunately I can't get the card through the courier. It would not be chryji if the fool from info asked "What trunk does a sim card have, big, small?" When I returned to the living room he exchanged my card so that he did not copy my phone book and put it wrong. The phone didn't work and I didn't know why. What do you think they told me on the hotline ?? Yes, to the salon please. ONE GREAT BAJZEL would not write more explicitly !!! I do not recommend !!!
