The worst experience with an operator in my life. Along with the assignment of the contract they changed my SIM card. After 9 days, the card is still inactive. Despite 3 visits to the point of sale and a dozen or so telephones for the hotline, I am bouncing off the invisible wall. In a way, I'm starting to feel like the hero of Kafka's drama. As a business I have been cut off from contact with clients. I can't make transfers because they are authorized via sms. I can't even park the car because I use the mobiparking service. I have no words to express my deep disappointment with the PLAY brand. Total disregard for the client and no desire to help. I strongly advise against this operator. I sent them immediate termination. I look forward to salvation when I can transfer my number elsewhere. Because it will work on Play I have already lost hope.
