This company operates under the trade name Play network. They sell phones with top-up. The problem is that when selling e.g. a pre-paid telephone, the contract stipulates that it should be topped up with at least PLN 20 to extend it for a month. There is no such denomination on sale, you can only choose PLN 10 or 25. If the customer wants to fulfill the contract he is forced to buy a card or top-up with a denomination greater than PLN 20, i.e. for example 25 or 30, -. Only because they did not put on sale top-up for the amount for which they propose. The only alternative to top up your account via the internet.

One star because you can't go below. I am (I will be fortunately only until July) a client of this company for quite a few years. I have 5 phone numbers there (the whole family). Recently, I was called by a consultant, the EMPLOYEE of this company, offering to extend the contract for another two years. She presented me with an offer for these 5 numbers. Subscription of PLN 160 per month, plus 2 Xiaomi phones and a band. After the first conversation, I said that I had to think about it and made an appointment at another time. The lady called and once again presented me the above-mentioned offer. Then, making sure about the subscription amount several times, I agreed to these conditions (conversations were recorded). In a few days a courier arrived with an annex and telephones. And now a SURPRISE. I received the first invoice for 210 zlotys (instead of 160 zlotys by phone. Of course, I called the "customer service" office and submitted a complaint. After a few days I received a return call and NOTE HERE BEST: the lady informed me that "COMPLAINT IS HOW THE MOST PRINCIPLE AND I AM RIGHT, BUT THERE ARE NO SUCH OFFER AND I WILL PAY 210 PLN OR I WILL RETURN THE PHONES AND STAYS ON OLD RULES !!!!!!! she said that everyone probably could be wrong and that I would make up my mind and make a decision. Of course I will not leave this case and inform the Consumer Ombudsman and the Office of Electronic Communications about it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company.

The whole Play company is a joke, ignorance of consumer rights, no admission of guilt. Not fulfilling subscriber services. In addition, impudent billing for customer service calls to resolve an error resulting from a Play network error. I have to pay PLN 221 (previously PLN 471) for the fact that the components have not been loaded and I have been charged a fee for using the services. From September 6 to today, September 9, they can't solve the error, even though the time is 30 days. They offer no compensation and, in addition, hotline service is very rude. For almost 3 weeks I could not use my phone number. Then they launched a replacement number that lasted a few days, and then was blocked again, and so from August 6 to 9/09 I couldn't use the phone. I will not mention other matters related to telecommunications and the connection of various accounts. I do not recommend signing a contract with this company. The largest telephone network is lacking. You have to work all the time for a reputation. I refer the case to a lawyer and refer it to court because I see no other way to resolve the above situation.

Good morning, I would like to draw your attention to misleading the customer, ignoring complaints. When renewing an agreement concerning two numbers in the authorized salon of your network, an employee / consultant receiving information that we do not allow growth, increase the amount of the subscriber proposed to extend the contract with one new telephone in the amount of x, additionally reported that the amount of the phone installment is included in the amount w / w subscription. He also announced that the Internet card we received with the first contract will be zero and there are as many as 150 GB of internet to use. We prolonged the contract on terms that the consultant suggested to us. The spell was broken after receiving the first Fv, which already had the amount of Y subscription higher by the amount Z than the agreed amount during the renewal of the contract. The first step is some mistake, and so a telephone helpline (of course, a paid connection). The consultant accepts the application provides for the matter to be settled within two days, the time is passing. An equal week has no information. Re-call to BOK information confidently to Fv have been added the activation costs, which activation if it was an extension of the contract !!!!! In addition, another information that the matter handed over and the time of consideration is up to 14 days, and the term Fv close. Summing up, you can not trust representatives and their assurances about the amount of the subscriber or even record proposals to extend the contract! I moved the number to plus I got a much better offer than in play. 5G ready and this funny firemka writes to me sms or certainly I want to change the operator because I can still change my mind. I have been in the plus month for several months, the internet works quickly and smoothly, calls and coverage also without any problem and most importantly the battery in the phone withstands more time without charging because the phone does not have to search and change transmitters.
