Chronic lack of access to services.
Complaints are always resolved, but not the problems I report.

Apparently they use roaming of other operators (except Plus) in practice it looks like I started using T-mobile and I have two the same devices lying next to each other in Play''s zero range and in T-mobile it means maybe they have signed contracts but operator own numbers have priority. Sellers say that you can withdraw from the contract even when you can't - that is, deliberately and intentionally misleading.
I regret that I let the cheaters stretch. Avoid in a wide arc.
