On February 13, I ended my internet contract at play. The next day they turned off my internet. Due to my ignorance that the contract must be terminated (when signing the contract the employee did not deign to inform), I thought that the matter was settled.
After 3 months they called me that I have not been paying for the internet since March, so I have turned it off from June. I went to the point to terminate the contract. Still, they charged me PLN 240 to pay. I submitted a complaint twice, despite the fact that the system shows that I have repeatedly reported during the 2 years of the contract that I have no internet and the lack of data used since March, they insist on rejecting their complaint.
PEOPLE DON'T BE STRUGGLED AND I REALLY RECOMMEND STAYING AWAY FROM THIS NETWORK.
