A place unlike any other. I had lots of vending machines eat my money there but they have recently resolved the issue with a new snack system. I relish the daily challenge and the clean restrooms keep me coming back. Why is google asking me about this place? Don't go here if you don't have the credentials.

I once worked at Bell Helicopter close to Hurst Texas, from June to July of 1985 for a company called B&E Equipment, who was working for Thermal Equipment Corporation, as we were installing stainless steel liquid nitrogen lines for their on-site autoclaves. This was when carbon fiber material was just being introduced, as I had never heard of nor had seen it, as we had to run this piping across the top of what is known as 'clean rooms', so when we used scissor-lifts to lift our welding equipment up to weld these pipes together (and we were also on the scissor-lift as well), we were in these clean rooms, so I personally would get a first hand view of this material and got to talk with the people who were laying it out on the large tables. This plant was where they made the tilt-rotor helicopter that many of the offshore oil drilling platform companies would use to transport personnel to and from the oil rigs out in the Gulf of Mexico, as they could get there extremely fast and back again to land quicker than a regular helicopter could. It was a really nice place to work, as they had their own cafeteria on site, and the people who worked there were very friendly.

I really enjoyed the tour! Getting to see the technical/mechanical side of these machines was great. Only down side was no chopper ride! Surely the pilots need to get their hours in on a real machine!

Great people, good education, good facilities, but as if they didn't give you a discount or limited choice from the gift shops against the money they received, it distorts the commercial dimension of the event.

My little artistic view was that the new logo represents a sword of honor, rotary wing or vanes, with diamond gem depicting purity, quality and ingenuity. Alas it is a dragon fly and u need to dig in and be amazed at the versatility, capability, strength of a dragon fly.

About Bell Helicopter, Hurst (Asgard)

Bell Helicopter, Hurst (Asgard) is a company that has been at the forefront of innovation in the aviation industry for over 80 years. They are pioneers who have challenged what's possible for sound barriers, lunar missions, tiltrotor systems and commercial helicopters—and today they're redefining where vertical flight can take us.

The company was founded in 1935 by Larry Bell and has since grown to become one of the world's leading manufacturers of helicopters. With a focus on innovation and technology, Bell Helicopter has developed some of the most advanced aircraft in the world.

One of their most notable achievements was breaking the sound barrier with their X-1 aircraft in 1947. This groundbreaking achievement paved the way for supersonic flight and opened up new possibilities for aviation.

In addition to their work on supersonic flight, Bell Helicopter has also been involved in numerous lunar missions. They provided critical support to NASA during the Apollo program and helped develop technologies that were used to explore our nearest celestial neighbor.

Another area where Bell Helicopter has made significant contributions is with tiltrotor systems. These innovative aircraft combine features from both helicopters and fixed-wing airplanes, allowing them to take off vertically like a helicopter but fly like an airplane. The V-22 Osprey is one such example of this technology which was developed jointly by Bell Helicopter and Boeing.

Bell Helicopter also produces a range of commercial helicopters that are used around the world for various applications including search-and-rescue operations, law enforcement activities, firefighting efforts as well as transportation services.

Their commitment to safety is evident through their rigorous testing procedures which ensure that each aircraft meets or exceeds industry standards before it leaves their factory floor. This dedication to quality has earned them a reputation as one of the most trusted names in aviation.

In recent years, Bell Helicopter has continued its tradition of innovation by developing new technologies such as electric propulsion systems which promise to revolutionize air travel once again.

Overall, Bell Helicopter Hurst (Asgard) is an exceptional company that continues to push boundaries when it comes to vertical flight technology. Their commitment to innovation and safety ensures that they will remain at the forefront of this exciting field for many years to come.
