It's a shame you can't give 0 stars. Everything that unsatisfied customers write is true. When I extended my contract, my subscription was raised. I didn't notice, and nobody warned me. When I extended my contract for the second time, it was a real circus. Because I am an elderly person from a small town, I handle everything by phone and via the Internet. Of course, I got a smartphone (for the first time), but no one on the helpline asked (because for what) what SIM card do I have. It turned out to be too big. It wasn't so nice on the hotline: "You have to go to the salon". So I had to ask a friend to take me to the city where the salon is. It turned out that there is a SYSTEM FAILURE. And that really because I arranged the hotline, they do not have to give me this card that I should get a courier because they (read the salon) have nothing to do with inline <sic>. Some massacre !!! So I'm calling +500 again, the nice lady was indignant at the man from the living room and added that unfortunately I can't get the card through the courier. It would not be chryji if the fool from info asked "What trunk does a sim card have, big, small?" When I returned to the living room he exchanged my card so that he did not copy my phone book and put it wrong. The phone didn't work and I didn't know why. What do you think they told me on the hotline ?? Yes, to the salon please. ONE GREAT BAJZEL would not write more explicitly !!! I do not recommend !!!
