Total disregard of the client, i.e. why I left after a few years with Play
All major mobile operators offer a similar standard of services, but the devil is in the details, and more specifically in the approach to the client. Apart from the sweet and even icing contact at the time the contract is concluded, the stairs start to start and I get the impression that the company just wants the invoices to be paid on time. I will limit myself only to basic matters, because the number of sins is very long ...
1. I did not express the so-called marketing consents, for which the operator charges an appropriate fee (or does not add it to the invoice - one goes). I received messages with offers for half a year. Calling the hotline, writing to BOK did not work. Even a young lady, who is a conventionally called consultant, tried to tell me that the promotion offer sent was not a marketing activity ...
2. Play loves to send invoices between 2:30 and 5:30 at night. An attempt to explain that this is - to put it mildly - total rudeness, because the signal of the arrival of the message just wakes up the man, it flows down the consultants like a duck. One, even laughing, suggested to me that I should either turn down the phone or change my e-mail address. I also laughed - in the end it's a joke, bad, because it's bad, but apparently others do not know. But it turned out that the guy is serious. I admire myself that I made a relatively gentle suggestion that he would get away from my private settings, because it is not his business. Another "genius" explained it with an algorithm. An attempt to explain that this algorithm is someone's work has not been able to penetrate the consultant's mind. So: the client is guilty that he has a good night's sleep, and Play is nice, even if this algorithm is determined by someone deprived of even a bit of empathy that I will not mention a bit of culture.
3. Finally, telephones for consultants. You have to be extremely greedy for money to make calls to Play customers payable. I recommend competition - at least in one of the networks the connection with a consultant is free.
To sum up: I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!! Well, unless someone likes to mortify when waking up in the middle of the night, and also pay for conversations with incompetent consultants.
