Was told this was a nice hotel to have a party but that's not true!!! Do not have a party at this hotel they will kick you out.... it's no smoking or pay $500
When you cook the alarm will go off very sensitive and they will come up to the room to make sure your not smoking!!! If you want a nice quite place off the strip this would be a good place! No parking only 2 cars per room!!!

Always a great visit. 1st off they have the best Valet only... what makes it the best .. the valet has been the same staff for years. Always professional and nice I would say this is about the only place in town that I know I could leave anything in my vehicle and it would still be there when I got back! That says a lot about how they treat their employees It also says a lot about how they treat other staff loyal employees say everything about any business of any kind. I'm here for business at least once a week at the Platinum for the past six seven years I see the same faces that I have always seen everyone is courteous everything is always spectacularly spotless clean with fresh smell the front desk is always kept beautiful and nice extremely professional over at the bar everyone is the same way courteous unbelievable customer service they all offer to help or if you need anything even though you're a regular, and they know exactly what you're here for they still offer their service... you don't see that nowadays. Rarely.. anybody staying in Las Vegas should definitely check out the Platinum Hotel beautiful indoor outdoor pool it's just an all-around gorgeous well kept well-designed all the way down to the plumbing a hundred percent first class all the way

This hotel would have been nice had they not stolen my night gown (which was very sentimental). Yes , I came there with one and left without it. Searched all over and when I finally called housekeeping to report it missing, the manager acted as though he didn't understand me (language barrier) so I called the front desk and spoke with Jasmine who claimed to be interested/understanding but never called me back as she promised. I ended up leaving a Message for the hotel manager, Mary Orlando, but she didn't return my call either until I called back a left a nasty message. Anyway, I still don't know what happened because she claimed she was checking with their service that washed the towels to see if my gown was inadvertently picked up with the towels except she never called me back either. They must have a thief among them. My gown hadJamaica written on it so it must have been appealing to one of the Jamaican housekeepers I saw because who else would want to take a night gown? It was
a sentimental item so needless to say I was heartbroken by this random act of petty theft. Stay away from this place if you want to return home with all the items you took there. Also there was a fowl smell coming from the kitchen sink. It was so annoying.

Loved the Platinum. Huge quiet rooms. No smoking or gambling. Perfect place that's far enough away from the strip and craziness when you still need to be nearby for business. Stayed here just over a week. Small gym, but was free, unlike other larger hotels

Please never stay here. This has been the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel in Vegas and I have stayed at many hotels. Housekeeping is horrible. Nothing works, no TV, internet down, air/heat in room is awful. The staff just says yes it's down and offers nothing. I would recommend to never ever stay here, EVER!

Very nice large rooms. Clean and classy hotel. 4 stars because valet staff proved a bit rude at times. But overall good experience.

The good: big rooms, located 10 min walk from strip, great vallet parking. The bed: the way from the strip et night time is a litle scerry,part of the desk reseption ppl are not nice, THEYL CHARG more when youll get ther then pobloshed, i usked about that and got answer: "this is almost weekend so we can do it"..

I forgot the manager s name but he was absolutely awesome! I think his name started with a J but again great service!

Nice hotel, good location, huge rooms but a bit cold at night.

Hotel was clean with a professional look, though there was not much in terms of good food (Pub 365 is your best bet)

Off the strip. Not as classy on the outside but acceptable on the inside. FREE PARKING!

It felt like a home away from home. Great view of the Vegas strip from the hotel room, and the room pretty much looked like a 1 bedroom apartment! It even had a bigger and better refrigerator than I have at home!

The hotel is nice, albeit a bit dated. There is no casino but several within walking distance. My room did did not have temperature control and I constantly woke up sweating. The light in the shower also didnt work so had to shower in the dark. I also had a colleague who had the opposite experience and said her room was freezing and wouldn't warm up. Maid service didnt show until later in the evening so my room wasnt made or toiletries replenished. All in all a great sized room but desperately needing updates to the room decor and the amenities

It's a great hotel with all the amenities and more. There is no casino and no smoking on the property. Each suite has a kitchen (fridge, stove,microwave, sink), balcony with a view, living room, bedroom and a spa tub. I upgraded my room to include an extra bed and surprising had a washer/dryer, fire place plus more space(1400ft). The pool had indoor/outdoor split and a hot tub. They had happy hour down in Stir where complementary wine was served daily. Just a five minute walk from the Vegas strip. Very peaceful and relaxing. Complementary valet as well. Friendly staff and above service.

Friendly and helpful staff. Luxurious rooms and great facilities. Definitely our favorite place to stay when we are in Las Vegas.

Lots of space to spread out in a large condo with full kitchen, living room, huge bedroom, and fabulous bath.
I ordered room service one evening and was pleased with the food and the delivery time.

Wasnt expecting alot from this hotel due to it being located about a block from the strip but wow was i wrong. the staff was friendly and hotel was very nice looking. we walked into our room and we actually ended up getting a suite. full kitchen, living room with pullout couch, balcony with table, big bedroom, bathroom with full shower and a jacuzzi tub, and even a washer and dryer. the kitchen was fully equipped with plates, utensils, pots pans, etc. We had an amazing time there. I highly recommend it. Oh btw, the parking is valet parking only. but you just tip. which is great. Great location definitely coming back!

Decent hotel. It's nice having a kitchen. Room was clean. The toilet kept bubbling, which was kinda strange but not a deal breaker.

The Platinum Hotel & Spa was fantastic! My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were much larger than expected and very clean too. The shower was very large and I swear the bath can fit like 6 people! We were even able to do laundry during our stay here. It is slightly annoying that there is not self park option, it is only valet parking. But the service is speedy and efficient. We never got an opportunity to use the pool or other amenities during our stay, but I'd imagine they were great also. I highly recommend the The Platinum Hotel & Spa to all.

We had a great stay at the Platinum Hotel, it started on arrival with the valet parking. The gentleman who parked our car and brought up our bags was very nice and had some good tips where to go. We arrived a little earlier than planned and when we called they couldnt tell us over the phone if the room was available for early check-in but when we arrived it was no problem at all. (If it wasnt ready yet they would store our bags and car if we'd liked.) The outside pool was simple but very nice with plenty of sunbeds (comfortable ones), umbrellas and shade. The location was good as well. A 5 minute walk to the strip, even at night it wasn't too bad to walk. Theres also a 7 - eleven really close by which is nice.

2nd time here. Clean rooms, full kitchens with utensils, cookware, and a fridge with ice and water dispenser. Nice pool and friendly staff, and very close to the strip! Definitely recommended!

Stayed for 3 nights the room was great and had a view of the last Vegas strip. There was a kitchen complete with dishes. A full sized fridge, stove,oven and a small dishwasher. Staff were all amazing and quick to take care of anything I needed. There was complimentary wine for an hour each day. My only complaints are that the bed was very uncomfortable and there wasn't a shuttle for the last Vegas strip. Great overall experience!

Great place to stay at, just off the strip. Nice big rooms, that have full kitchen. Highly recommend it.

Platinum is a quiet, non-smoking hotel and it doesn't have a Casino in it. The walk to the strip is quite short and there are affordable restaurants, bars, and convenience stores nearby.

Its mainly a great place to rent a room ive enjoyed my stay there twice but this last time i bokked a double queen a month in advance but when i arrived they told me they were all booked and gave me just 9ne king bed not fun with my wife and four kids but other than that a great place to stay

The only problem is that the hotel is a bit far from the center

Came to stay during EDC. Drove 21hours to find out my room wasn't ready when I arrived. Had to wait till 6PM to get into a room I'd already payed for. Staff didnt seem to care. Other than that once we got in room was nice and clean. No other issues.

The rooms are nice but food options are limited. It's a good idea to bring your own food to prepare since there is a full kitchen in the suites.

Hotel is well located. Even walking is quick to the Las Vegas Strip.
The hotel makes a very good impression, rooms are clean and comfortable, the outdoor pool makes something.
The service is good too. Cars are parked and the service is very helpful. The only negative point, you should know: at the end of the stay will be charged a service fee, no matter how much tip you have already distributed.

Have been staying at Platinum for a few years now; Love staying at platinum the location is great(not too far off the strip), has a kitchen, pull out couch and everything needed for a comfortable stay!

I've been to a bunch of conferences in Vegas over the years and keep coming back here. Much better prices than hotels on the strip and more square footage in my hotel room than my apartment back home!

Always a pleasure to stay. Only complaint is is housekeeping. I was making breakfast and needed a additional pan and it took them 45 minutes to bring, which by that time I was already done cooking. Need to a better job at that. Overall, nice stay.

We stayed here for two nights of our honeymoon roadtrip and we were so impressed! Our room was lovely, and we had so many great amenities. Having a full kitchen in Vegas is just fantastic! Some things are a little dated, but everything was clean, worked well and was convenient. Plus, the price was SO RIGHT. We will absolutely come again!

Absolutely amazing, wonderful people and beautiful room. Our Jacuzzi didn't work in our room, so they upgraded us to a new room for free!! It was beautiful, and the view was amazing. The room was bigger than my two bedroom apartment, my husband and I fit in the Jacuzzi with room to spare. We had a fireplace in the living area and a full sized kitchen. We sat on the balcony and ate breakfast and dinner. Extremely nice, will definitely go back!!!

The hotel is very calm and great. It's well close to the strip, Las Vegas Blvd. I highly recommend it. Good prices too.

I booked a suite from expedia for my anniversary because the pictures looked good, they had a balcony with strip view. We got there, horrible view of the strip, you could not smoke on the balcony (smoking in all casino's are ok) the room just looked like an apartment, the king bed did not look comfortable at all, so we decided to leave and find a better place to stay. They told us it was $100 for an early cancellation fee. That was fine with us. After we got back we found out that they charged us $179 for one night plus the $100. I called and complained they said that they can't do anything about the first night stay because we booked it through expedia which was only supposed to be $166 including taxes and fees. But the guy was nice enough and weived the $100 fee. Then a week later I checked my bank account and noticed that they charged my account $12, so I called again, now I'm waiting for the manager to call me back. I'm going to cancel my card when they refund my money back. Ridicules is all I can say about this place.

This place is great, great staff, great pool, great location. I really enjoyed my stay and so did my family.

The Platinum hotel is conveniently located just off the strip and easier to get to than many hotels. The rooms are gorgeous and large. The staff treats guests like royalty. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a nice stay here. The rooms are very comfortable and the pool is cool.

A great place to stay in Vegas. It's off the strip and it doesn't have a casino, so it's a lot quieter and less busy than other hotels. That means no long check-in lines, no lining up for a poolside chair, no noise when you're trying to sleep, etc.

Also, every room has a kitchen so you can save a lot by making some of your own meals.

As a bonus, the bus stops right outside the hotel and will get you to the strip in 2 minutes. If you want to walk, it'll take you about 10 minutes.

Good rate, good location. Rooms are nice and clean, the rooftop though, is only open for special private events. It is advertised on websites as if it is readily accessible for guests which is not the case. But overall good experience.

Off the strip so this place is quite. The service and the rooms are fantastic.

Valet parking was very rude. The valet was already asking for money right after we got off our car.

Had my wedding there. They went above and beyond with everything. It is almost all inclusive. The vendors they provide are amazing. Food was great. Dessert was amazing. Bartender and DJ were nice. The photographer they provided was super sweet and did far more than I expected. Venue was beautiful with unbeatable view. So happy.

It's very nice. It doesn't have a casino but it's close to Ellis Island. The rooms have kitchens. It has an indoor pool.

Deluxe suite is amazing - huge 1 bedroom apartment with 2 queen beds and great view. Super clean and smells fresh, unlike most of the famous places around here

Loved that it was non smoking. Bed was great. All the staff we had contact with was friendly and helpful.

The Platinum Hotel is very nice. Security is very strict there. The pool area is nice. The room was very nice.

They agreed to one rate in writing, then charged me over double plus a deposit of 150 pet day plus a postage charge not listed on their website. The hotel maxed out my credit card, has not refunded the double charge, gives no date when it will be reversed or when I will get the deposit hold taken off. I travel almost weekly internationally and currently can't book flight tickets because if the additional charges. The room was not very clean. They also charged a conversion rate from Euro to use which is ridiculous after I paid on euro not usd, in live in Europe. The place is a rip off, staff and management disorganized. Nope

Having a wedding here sept. 5th! Can't wait to return!

Nothing bad to say about this place, the whole experience was a wonderful vibe from the valet, checking in, and the housekeeping, room was very clean, the strip view was amazing, the balcony was nice to chill and have a glass of wine, the room looked exactly like it did online, which i enjoyed the king princess suite with the strip view and the balcony, full kitchen was a plus, room fitted me my wife and two sons ages 11 and 13 perfectly, will stay again will recommend!

Very nice hotel. We had a suite which was very roomy. Included a jacuzzi tub. We picked this hotel because it is pet friendly. The have a small enclosed area for you to relieve your pets. Downer is the toilet, which constantly clogged. The need to work on upgrading their in-house sewage disposal. Pressure is way too low.

The hotel room was great, I wish there was a little closer to the strip, but the front desk was very helpful. We would stay again.

Great hotel with good location: 6 minutes from the Strip and 10 minutes from CP. Clean spacious rooms (better said apartments with all the trimmings). Friendly staff and good parking. Recommended!
