Beautiful hotel. Excellent service from every staff member I interacted with.

This hotel has some of the most amazing views of the city and some of the finest service I've ever received. It's a True luxury hotel. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept In and I can't wait to go back.

Went to the spa, it was an incredible experience. Staff was friendly and professional

Food was amazing! Sophisticated food presentation, great flavors and the perfect ambience for any event. Upscale and pricy. Worth the experience and the restaurant staff is very pleasant and professional. I needed my iPad charged for my little one and the manager was very accommodating. They made the best Moscow Mule's ever and the Passion fruit alcoholic beverage was the perfect blend of sweet, tart and strong. The fried fish was artistic and mind blowing. Their outdoor is awesome too. Great views! Can't wait to visit again!

A mythical place of great taste and elegance. I recommend a mojito with a view of the sunset.

It is rare that I give an unequivocal 5 star rating to anything, however this hotel absolutely deserves it. When a hotel sets an expectation, I expect it to live up to that and Hotel Mandarin does. We stayed here for the Miami Marathon and Half Marathon weekend. Exquisite hotel with excellent service. Everyone was very helpful and attentive. I cannot wait to visit again!

Fabulous place. Perfect location, great service, lovely at night. It is expensive, but top notch at everything they do.

The hotel is very. Very trendy and modern. They have a nice bar situated in the lobby with a fantastic view of the harbour and nice city skyline. The staff of the bar seem young though and not too focused on work.

There is a very lovely restaurant also located just outside of the lobby that overlooks the harbour. I dont recall the name right now but the food there is fantastic and the bartender we had was very good. We went in for their brunch special that has 2 options but both include all you can eat buffet and all you can drink (selective) beverages (alcohol). They also had a live dj playing as well that was awesome foe setting the mood. As the day went on and more people began to come in the atmosphere seemed to have more energy and the dj picked up on it and did very well to compliment it!

Excellent view from the room. Large bathroom and very nice room. In general very good, but for price it is much more expensive than similar hotels in the area. Does not include parking or breakfast service. The rooms do not have a coffee maker or microwave.

What a great addition to Downtown and to Broadway! I love everything about this newly refurbished beauty of a building. Two restaurants! A roof top pool! Bars! A cool lobby! Outdoor patio!

The downstairs restaurant is has more of a cool diner vibe and is open for all meals; the rooftop restaurant is more upscale and only open for dinner. It has a Mediterranean vibe.

Didn't see the rooms, but for a place to stop for a drink or a meal (and great views), it's a win!

Great hotel for a conference and great stay for a visit to Miami. Spacious rooms, great amenities, delicious food.

The food wasn't very good and for lunch, there wasn't many options.

I went here with my family when we had a vacation in Miami. I've seen a good reviews with the hotel and I found it so true. But the best in here was the spa. It was a stress relieving. It was actually superb. I was able to enjoy my vacation because of this hotel.

Beautiful location right on Biscayne bay and very nice accommodations

La mar restaurant was taking long for everything even for the tab and it was just me and my spouse.

Ive stayed here only once but have dinner here twice .
They excel at service. the rooms are very clean and very comfortable with huge balconies and bathrooms to die for

This hotel has so much potential it s simply beautiful but their outdoor furniture needs an update if I m paying so much per night I expect to see beautiful things everywhere I look

It's an oasis in Miami. Great service you feel safe. South Beach can be hectic and dangerous this is by far my first choice for a weekend in Miami.
The rooms have a nice view of the harbor entrance and Biscayne bay.
The food is great.

Great hotel, amazing views, comfy room, very friendly staff, delicious breakfast. Good downtown location close to the port and Bayside Marketplace. The only downside is that the pool is a bit small for a hotel that size, especially on the weekends, it gets very crowded, but also fun if you like poolside cocktails and music. Would definitely recommend.

The price is 5 stars but the service not so much.
Missing bed sheets . Silverware took 1 hour to arrive after request. Bathtub is a joke for a so called 5 stars hotel. Private beach is not a beach...it's just a sand pad. Not going back ever.

I had a reservation at La Mar which is part of Mandarin Oriental, Miami. Staff was very pleasant and genuinely wanted me to have a good time. The food and drinks were delicious. I had the Lujoso for appetizer, Parihuela Soup for main course, and Piscojito for drinks. So much flavor in everything! Ambience and atmosphere were terrific, I sat outdoors. The place looks clean and new.

Great happy hour at MO Bar every night from 5-8pm. Try the Brickell Key champagne cocktail. Tasteful live music on Friday and Saturday nights.

It is a good hotel, but the quality is lower than other Mandarins.
The biggest problem is the hotel which is far from ocean drive and is not suitable for the night play

Lovely hotel, but I prefer the ritz Carleton chain. Rooms are a little small and outdated for a said luxury hotel. But one thing very positive is the attitude of the staff I have never seen staff as attentive and helpful as at this Mandarin.

Victoria Chase and Gabriella Chappas are overly awesome! Had an amazing experience at the hotel. The ENTIRE staff, from the moment you step out the car exceeds expectations from a customer service perspective.

I absolutely loved this hotel. From the moment I walked in. The shops were entirely to expensive. Well I guess it was Miami. However, the view from our room was incredible. The tub and shower was amazing. As far as the bed. (I prefer the bed at the Trump hotel. It was what I imagine a cloud would feel like). Their was live music, that I enjoyed with my not so good cocktail. I would most definitely stay there again.

Stayed here for over a week (to be exact 8 nights) while my husband was having a heart surgery at the nearby Florida Hospital. (this hotel offers special room rates for Florida Hospital patients, Nick thanks for that!).

Nice hotel. Beware of the time if you have appointments there. Food service is slow. They move people in there like cattle in the spa. Valet only.

I attended a congress, the hotel is a luxury and the view of the bay is beautiful!

Five star accommodations, but nowhere close to five star service. Spent several hours waiting for a room to be ready - checked in ~1pm, room became available ~4pm - after paying for an upgrade to a room that would supposedly be available sooner. There are other hotels in this price range within a handful of blocks, so don't waste your time here.

The rooms are incredible! They're well kept and very clean. The food is amazing.

Excellent place to rest and relax. Good cleaning in the room, we were attended by the housekeeping Carmen, she is a wonderful lady! We feel very comfortable and comfortable!

If I could give zero stars, I would. They don t answer the phone and after calling back several times, getting voice mail and finally the operator - no one calls you back. Must be nice to be so independent!!

Everything was perfect. And look at this view! The staff is superb: professional, friendly, helpful. The valet gets your car so very quickly, and will park it right in front if you're going to be just a little bit. So helpful! The spa is wonderful -- the only thing is that it kind of feels like a bit of a cellar as it at the bottom floor of the hotel. But just wonderful!

The Mandarin Miami is simply the best! Starting with the courteous valet and bell staff to the complementary tea at check-in, the excellence starts immediately. The rooms, beds, views are top notch. This hotel exemplifies the Mandarin Oriental brand.

I come back each year not only for the outstanding view but also the excellent customer service that my family is provided. Christina at the front desk was amazing at finding us the perfect upgrade. Jorge R is always so friendly and accommodating when we see him in the hallway. We will be back Year after Year.

The entire staff is wonderful and kind and helpful. We loved our stay and enjoyed this time of year in Miami. The view from all the rooms on the bay side are exceptional. Jose, the bartender at the hotel made the most amazing cocktails with flair. He obviously loves and cares about his job. Freddy, also made us feel very comfortable when at the pool having lunch. We are grateful for this time spent away from Tennessee.
