The rooms are like a small apartment with a full kitchen. The rooms were clean and spacious. The tub was huge and a really nice shower. The employees were all very nice ready to help you all the time.

Outstanding service. Beautiful and quiet rooms. Wonderful room service food. Walking distance to the strip. If you are traveling for business, it's the perfect spot to get work done in your room without disturbances. But when you are ready to have some fun, it is close enough to the action. I will definitely stay here again.

Customer service is not the priority. At the conference they didn't change the water, they didn't clean the bathrooms, they didn't check the conference rooms. In short, they are not attentive to their customers.

Our friends were married at the Platinum hotel last night. The hotel was lovely and despite the cold and wind the staff was very accommodating with heating lamps surrounding our outdoor dance floor. The event was smooth and everyone was friendly. I would definitely recommend the location to others.

Ok so I really never rate anything but I must say if your doing vegas stay here it is right off the strip which gives you a great view of everything. I went for my 5 wedding anniversary the staff were great all of them expecially a security guard when I was locked out my room I was having a rough day when my key stopped working. They upgraded my room and sent me chocolate covered strawberries for my anniversary.it was like home away from home without the kids.

The Platinum Hotel Sign me up! I first tried the Platinum in 2008 normally I would not splurge $180/ night for a hotel, but I was feeling stress and my bud offered to drive to Vegas for a one night trip.
The Platinum is a few blocks off of the strip, close but not quite walking distance. This hotel is valet parking only and has no casino. This suite is set up like apartment in a city or a time share. It comes with two beds, 2 tvs, a jacuzzi, living room and full kitchen plus his and hers bathrobes. Very clean and nice not super fancy compared to Venetian or other luxury hotels. Great view of the strip!
Highly recommend. Great for a large group and maybe a hotel party. I think you only allowed a limited amount of guest, but shh it will fun. Full kitchen with appliances and setting. Bring food to cook and chill your alcohol.

The rooms are big, has everything you need in a home away from home. Dish washer, dishes, washer and dryer, large refrigerator. Stand was friendly and helpful. 1.5 blocks away from the strip and Bellagio.

Very nice hotel with very helpful and courteous staff. The parking is valet only and they were good but a pain to come and go as u please as the tips rack up $20-30 a day. Other than that it was a quiet relaxing stay

I like this hotel! It was way cheaper then staying on the strip but it's a 10 minute walk to the flaming/linq area. The lobby is a little small but it's nice. The suites are pretty big, way more spacious than a typical hotel room. My friend stayed at the Luxor and said our room was waaaay nicer than his!

amazing hotel, staff are great, the rooms are just to die for amd they have a beautiful hot tub in each room, the only part that let the hotel down was the breakfast took over an hour for it to come.

Room wasn't clean enough, I had to ask for bed sheets and blankets that should already be in the room (sleep 4 and only one bed ready), valet parking was complicated and inconvenience. This is my second time at this hotel and the experience could be much better, I don't see myself booking this hotel again. One more thing, I called the hotel a day after being left to ask for some charges on my credit card, they put me on hold for 34 minutes, and hang up on me. Horrible experience for a $201 (the cheapest) room per night!

This hotel is a rare find in Las Vegas. It is not a gaming hotel and all of the rooms are suites. It is not on The Strip, but that helps it distinguish itself further. Its amenities are not the flashiest, but for the money you pay, you receive a more family-focused hotel. I didn't have a chance to try out the spay, but the on-site lounge and restaurant are supurb. The stay are all friendly and courteous, as well.

Nice big room and quiet hotel just a second off the strip. Huge rooms, with separate bedroom big bathroom with separate bathtub and shower. Large kitchen and living room area as well with a balcony. Very comfortable and clean. Nice staff and again close walk to the strip! Nice work out facility.

If you want a deal on a suite close to the Strip, stay at the Platinum, ok?

I wasn't initially going to, until a chance Hotels Tonight (check out the app and use promo code LSONG2 for $25 off your first hotel) offer put it in just the right price range. After my incredibly disappointing stay the previous night, it wasn't going to take much to impress me.

I was overwhelmed. In a good way.

At the front door the staff greeted me, got us into a room 3 hours before check in, and as we waited in the attractive lobby I nibbled on a fresh cookie and drank fruit water. Heaven, after the 15 minute walk from the strip (directly behind Bally's). The Platinum isn't exactly on the strip. It's not a casino. You can't smoke. But it's close enough that anyone can walk there if they're not obese. Or a smoker.

Our room was large, lush, and complete with a wonderful bathroom with Jacuzzi for two and full kitchen. Ice, water, and warm blankets and pure sheets. At night, we had a view of the strip from the fourth floor.

It was like coming home after Boy and I stayed up late gaming and watching shows. It was a haven. If only the bed was a little bit taller, it would have been perfect.

But that's just me.

Oh, be sure to check out the pool, and the spa if you fancy a facial or massage.

Come to Vegas, see Cirque du Soleil's Ka, and stay at the Platinum, and your trip might be as good as mine. Might.

What a great hotel for the price. If I could I would give it 10 stars. Huge rooms, large FlattTV, fully equipped kitchen, balcony, two sinks, everything is there! Staff super friendly. Parking is free with park service (except for a tip)
