Very large rooms with full kitchen. Bathroom is large and a lot of closet space. Rooms are also very clean and great location for access to the strip. Only rated a 4 because service was limited in these Covid times but highly recommended
It's very spacious and quiet, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and when we have problem turning on AC, they send someone to fix it right the way. And there are plenty of art displayed in the room. Oh, did I mention that the suit is so huge, around 1000 square feet, including a Full kitchen with fridge, cooktop, dish washer, utilities, soup pot.....a quiet bedroom, a spacious living room, a big bathroom with huge jacuzzi tub with 10 jet....... If I really want to be picky, it's the size of the Tv,, only 37 inches.!
I really enjoyed my stay here, the rooms are really big. There is everything you need in there and the service is great. If you need an affordable hotel this is definitely the way to go. It's not super crowded like some of the other hotels cuz they don't have a casino in there which I enjoyed 100%.
This is a nice place. We stayed in an individually owned suite. Only reason I could not give 5 stars was that the front desk clerk did. It know the rules. He charged us an additional $100 deposit even though he was supposed to only charge us $250. And of course they also changed their rules after we booked our stay. We couldn't even get them to send us a skillet up to use during our stay because it was individually owned suite and not one that the hotel owned. Pool was not available. And there is something all over the side if my truck that was not there before I got to the hotel. Their only solution, it should easy off with soap and water.
This would be perfect for someone flying in. But to drive in, they don't seem to care much about your vehicle.
Arrived here randomly and was so impressed by the vast size. There's a full kitchen, rooms are large, staff was extremely accomodating from the moment you pull up to valet. There's complimentary wine tasting offered as well. Bonus a lovely balcony too. I unfortunately, was dealing with a sore throat after walking around the strip@7am... dancing at Drai's for after hours. Highly recommend this gem though, great for larger groups too.
What a wonderful gem of a place. 5 minutes from the strip, having your very own kitchenette, an indoor/outdoor swimming pool, excellent start and hospitality, and no casino here?! From a family vacation to Las Vegas, what more can you ask for!!

when we arrived this gentleman said that it was better to return our borrowed car right away so that we had more time the next day so said so done all excellent he said that we went through the hotel with a car the next day to the airport now you feel it already NOT so had a taxi to come and were therefore almost late for our flight
the gentleman who should have done that just said he was alone and did nothing else so people offer them the above don't do

Got woke up at 5am for a room check by the property manager and a maintenance worker to see if my room had "water damage". Very very inconvenient and unappreciated. I Will never stay here again.
Very poor service, bad front desk and specially we were here for a event , and they brought fish to everyone except vegetarian, I told them I have allergist reaction to fish and she said are you vegetarian? I said no but I ll take vegetarian and she said they don t ha e anything, so basically after sitting all day in class and hungry and NO food , very poor , in so sorry stayed here in general.

Our stay at the Platinum Hotel was very enjoyable. The pool is rooftop which helps eliminate the noises from the street. Our room was equipped with a full kitchen and laundry, which made our stay easier as we were traveling across country and enjoyed the ability to have meals in the room instead of going to restaurants. The Spa and Lounge were closed during our stay due to Covid. It was nice to stay somewhere without the traffic of the casinos but to be within walking distance of the fun and glitz.
I would recommend the Platinum Hotel for anyone traveling to Las Vegas.
I have stayed at the platinum hotel a couple times now and every time it is a pleasant experience. If you want all of the luxuries of a great hotel in Las Vegas but you do not want all of the crowd this is the hotel for you. The staff is always friendly, the rooms are always clean and the service is exceptional. I will say that they do need to upgrade a few things. The tile in the kitchen needs to be replaced with a better quality verses the $0.49 home store bargan tile. The need to put bigger TV's in the rooms. In the living space I believe it's only 32" screen TV and in the bedroom it's like a 20th inch screen. It would appear that both of these TV's are probably 10 plus years old. But other than that everything of the platinum was awesome.
Beautiful hotel ,huge rooms ,comfy beds, enormous bathroom,. I picked up some guy at a bar and went back here to his room with him. I had a awesome visit!

Stayed there for 3 nights and had my wedding reception there as well. Excellent customer service, the suite was awesome. Not too far for the strip to walk to. Highly reccomend it.

The location is little bit off the strip but easy to walk. It is easy to walk to LINGQ. Very family friendly and spacious kitchen and bathroom. The room was really nice except for the view. We expected warmer temp for the pool even though it was heated we could not use it in Dec.

Visited Vegas Dec 2016 /Jan 2017 with my husband. Had an amazing time!. The hotel is amazing and the staff are the best. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were nice and clean and I loved the fact that they are all suites. I am not gambler or a smoker so this hotel was ideal didn't have to deal with he noises or the smells. It is not on the strip, but within walking distance, so I didn't need to be I the action 24/7 but if you wanted to visit the strip you could be there in no time. Already looking forward to a return trip. Thanks Platinum.
Clean, big, no casino..I have a kid and it was very quiet the kitchen is super equipped and the hotel is close to the stripp and the airport
I fell in love w/this place, I'll never stay anywhere else when coming to Vegas! It's far enough from the strip to get away from the craziness, but close enough to walk there. Front desk was great as well. Only slight negative is there's no self park, valet only, but other than that, everything was superb. Can't wait til my next stay here! :)
I assisted with a wedding at the Platinum on October 9th, 2016. It was such a great experience. Hava and Kim on the Catering team were always very quick to respond to emails and were so accommodating. On the actual wedding day, everything went so smoothly. At check in, they got us into the suite early and the front desk manager was right there to greet us and congratulate the bride. The banquet manager, Haseeb, was attentive and always there when we needed something. The bartender, Leimana, was friendly and fun and everyone loved him. The specialty drinks were a hit! I can't say enough good things about the Platinum. The value was good, the view was gorgeous and the staff was just on point. Highly recommend booking this venue!
Seemed like a nice hotel, was there for a wedding reception. So I didn't have interaction with worker's.
Very nice hotel in a great location. Large rooms with a full kitchen. Great view of the strip. Only a few minor complaints. The TVs are way too small for the size of the room. The towels are rough. And lastly, one of the bathroom doors in our room had a hole punched in the wall that should have been caught before we checked in. Overall, I would stay here again and recommend it.

From the moment of check in everyone was very rude. Valet guy was incredible rude when I drove up. The 2 young ladies at the check in desk also very rude. I wish when I was looking at the room they would have told me all the rules that they have. There was no parking for my guest that I had. There was a total of 3 of us staying in the room and we all drove from seperate places. They told us that we would have to find a parking somewhere else off the property. We definately will never be staying there again. You pay 300+ to stay in a room and you still have to park at tuscany suites and walk with luggage to their property. Do not recommend staying here.

This place is great! This is our new spot for Vegas. Our room was huge, with a great view, and tons of amenities. There are only 2 reasons to stay somewhere else... 1. You want to stay in a casino or less than a block from one. 2. You're going to be in your room so little or you're going to be so drunk that you're not going to remember the room anyway.
The hotel room was far nicer than our residence. Nice view, big balcony, huge room, awesome.
We were there mid August, but I'd just take a cool shower and walk to the strip, midday, I was perfectly comfortable.
The staff was also very nice.

This is a very enjoyable hotel. Including a pool a big tub with jets to be comfortable in the privacy of my own room. The front counter representatives were very respectful and attentive to our every needs as well. As of late I have no bad things to say about this hotel.
This is our second time staying here. This is my 1st choice over any other place here in Vegas. It's walking distance from the strip and very family-friendly non gaming hotel. Full kitchen and washer/dryer in suites too.

While the place looks nice and is conveniently located a couple blocks from the Strip, I have several qualms which are huge negatives for me that greatly outweigh the good aspects (all listed below):
1) The internet is awful. During anytime that isn't 5 am - 7 am, the internet is very slow and lagging. Loading videos or even simple webpages is very frustrating and online gaming is downright impossible.
2) The TV service isn't very good. It lags and freezes, so you're lucky to get a solid 5 minutes without losing some video and audio for several seconds.
3) I don't know about other rooms, but my room had a problem with the drain trap in the kitchen sink - it would gurgle up a horrendous smell that makes one gag. I sent multiple requests to fix it, but all they did was pour stuff down the drain - obviously not the solution.
4) The water filter in the fridge must need to be replaced, because eventually the water started to taste awful. I sent in two requests to have them look into it, but I don't think anything changed. For the rest of my stay I went to the gym to get water from the cooler.
There are several pluses though:
1) The bathrooms are amazing. In fact, I want to remodel my shower after theirs, because it's super luxurious.
2) The pool is quite nice, though I wish it was deeper. It's on the 5th floor, so you can see several iconic buildings on the Strip while you're swimming.
3) The restaurant, Kil@wat, has a $15 breakfast buffet that is super delicious.
4) The kitchens aren't fully stocked, but you can request any cooking things you might need.
Good space to the rooms...Really more than you need. It was nice having a washer and dryer unit too, especially since I was there for a tournament.

This hotel was very nice and quiet. Not a casino. Situated within walking distance to most attractions and around the corner from the strip. Full kitchen, washer, dryer, great views, clean, and comfortable.
I must say I am very impressed with the bartender that works there. His name is Corbin Breyers. He was so a tentative The whole time that I was there with my daughter. Great customer service as well as good conversation as always a plus and will make me come back for more.
He remembered exactly what I ordered off the menu as well as what drinks I like to drink. That was extremely impressive to me considering how busy it was each night that we came down from our room to unwind from our busy day with the softball tournament. He made the atmosphere so enjoy and a relaxing experience.
Small and hard to find. I was drive pass the hotel twice and also at the time we were there it was a big construction site in front of hotel which make traffic worsened and a lot of dust. However the hotel is good. Security was good. All the front person was nice. Amenities in the room was great and almost everythings we need we can even cook the dinner. 20 min walk from center of strip area wasn't bad but they still have shuttle bus.

I did not stay in the hotel. The lobby was nice yet small. The staff was pleasant. The hotel is not on the strip but I would assume the short walk out ride you walk saves you alone of money. No idea what the rooms look like. Having said that, the spa is extremely enjoyable, well proceed, very relaxing, with an expert and very qualified staff.
The ceiling was dirty with what looked liked sprayed ketchup. The bed had long jet black hairs between the sheets and the matress pad. The pool was cloudy and the water was thick!!!!
Really impressed. Staff were nice, valet was efficient and polite. We were given a suite and it was HUGE! Had a sofa, fireplace, large balcony overlooking some of the strip, TVs in the lounge and bedroom, big jacuzzi bath, separate shower, 2 sinks, kitchen had a coffee machine (which could have done with a clean), dishwasher, fridge/freezer, iron/board, washing machine and dryer with washing powder - all in the room!
What could have been better...
TV remote didn't work in bedroom, place was cleaned but carpet and sofa had some wear and stains.
Gym was very small, not much equipment do you could be waiting a while to use strength training equipment. Get in early.

Very quiet and nice hotel. Love the location, is 5 minutes walking distance from the strip. Room was very clean and most importantly very big - kitchen, small living room, bedroom and huge bathroom. The room had a balcony but the view was awful, this is the only thing that we didn t like.

Everyone is really friendly but there's a long wait time for service and picking up your vehicle
They keep trying to charge my card 2 weeks after staying there. Lied about how much fees were. They also wouldn t let me or my Friends go up to our room after 5 pm unless we had a key card. Everyone I have talked to has hung up on me. The list goes on. Worst hotel. NEVER STAY THERE
Okay place, rought around the edges, the room smelled very moldy, looked at the air filter which was nasty! Was replaced, but overall dated looking rooms, with holes in the towels.
Pricey and the receptionist, Chrissy, was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. She misinformed my entire group about room availability and rates. I travel professionally and I must say this has been the worst experience with a Las Vegas hotel that I have had. I suggest that you follow the same advice that Chrissy gave my party, "Try staying at the Westin."
We had a great time here. The suite was very spacious and well equipped. The kids loved it, and the pool was great. Thanks to all at the hotel for making our stay so enjoyable.

Stayed here for work. The suites with en kitchens are very nice and roomy. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Internet access is good and the fitness center is well kept but could use more heavy lifting equipment as right now its mostly cardio equipment
