Platinum Hotel & Spa Review

Good value with a big room. Only thing was that there was loud construction above our room without notice. It woke me up from my sleep.

The room was amazing but I not once had housekeeping come up and get new sheets or towels. I had to call and ask for towels everyday.

I like this place, but enough to give it a 5 star rating.
Families can stay here without a problem hands down - no drunks, no smoke, and no casino machines - great and quiet.
I (we) did had a problem with our room - the AC was not cold enough, the fridge sprung a leak (maintenance was called and fixed) and the rooms were not done or cleaned while we were there. Great area!

Would I recommend or stay there again - Yes and yes again!

It is next to Tuscany Resort where you will find the best cafe - Marilyn's!!

Walked in told only had one night reservation. But we booked two nights was told had to pay for next night now or could get two nights. Decided to go somewhere else the next night. Go to check out and being told we had a two night stay and would be charged $100 fee. The guy we checked in with night before told us the wrong thing and seemed shady about how he was trying to get more money out of us. Hotel has apt of homeless people camped around it. Does not match the picture online.

We got here for edc excited to be here and trying to follow all the rules to keep it that way. Next day we went out, came back and were told we each needed a key to get in, we were never told. Next out friends arrived and we were told we could park 2 vehicles in valet for the room, but apparently not. They were so unorganized for an event they've know for years was coming yet here we are disappointed with the service. Beware

Really nice hotel. 15 min walk from the Strip and really good value. The room was clean, modern and very spacious. The staff were very helpful

Stayed in the suite. Good price for what you get. The concierge/desk were always friendly and helpful. Staff went above and beyond with our needs. Kitchen is nice but it's as limited as you can get. We improvised a lot and brought a bunch of stuff. But it was an overall great weekend

Located just a block off the strip. It's actually more centrally located than some hotels on the strip (especially those on either end). Rooms/suites are modern and spacious complete with a full kitchen, living area, and patio. Free wine in the afternoons is a nice bonus. Had no issues with the service while we were there.

Very nice rooms, view, and location close to the strip. The fruit water in the lobby was wonderful and I loved the valet service. The restaurant was great as well.

This is by far my favorite Hotel Suite in Las Vegas. The rooms are around 1,000 Square feet and it comes with living room, dining room, full kitchen, balcony, and Jacuzzi tub. 1&2 bedroom suites and the bonus is the washer and dryer.

After settling in we were greeted with a complimentary gift from the hotel and me and my wife were completely surprised by their kind gesture

Employees are confused about how to check guest in, the pool was beyond disgusting dirty bandages, limes and straws floating in cloudy green water, if you cook just know that the smoke alarm will go off. The hotel isn't the worst place to stay but it defiantly is not worth the price you pay.

Large suite style rooms with kitchen, washer dryer and large bathroom with double bathtub. My first room was very noisy over the street but was quickly moved to a quiet high floor on request. Room seemed in good order despite some reviews suggesting a bit tired. Great location for walking to the strip.

The rooftop venue for weddings was amazing. Such a good view of the strip.

We stayed at a vacation rental property. The room is great and reasonably priced. The service we have received from both owner and staff of the hotel have been outstanding. The location is fantastic. Its just off the strip but within walking distance to several places.

Just had my best friend's wedding here and it was phenomenal, staff was extremely helpful

This hotel is off the strip and quite room service is great and the room is set up like a home very comfortable

So happy with my stay. I would absolutely stay here again! They have great prices a block from the strip.

Super clean, beautiful rooms. It was bigger than our first apartment, LOL. Check in and check out was a breeze. Our room had a full fridge, stove, dishes, massive jetted tub. The pool is on the 5th level and outside, with a section enclosed. The free parking was valet parking, so not completely free because of tipping.

Large room with kitchen. Climate and Blakon. Even the luggage is brought to the room and a pool on the 5th floor. Unfortunately, there is no food in the hotel

Reasonable rooms. Clean and good mattress. If you can't see the strip, sun rise over the mountains is beautiful.

* charged an undue amount, we do not agree. The staff at the front desk leave something to be desired. They make no effort to understand us. The bedding was grimy and even torn. The other staff are to be congratulated mainly one by name Jhimy.

Atmosphere was very quiet and relaxing and we felt great after the treatments we had.

This is a wonderful hotel. The room was beautiful, view was great, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend staying here. It is just a short walk to the strip.

Rooms are just okay for the price. Housekeeping was barely present. Pretty sure all they did was make the bed. Had to ask for clean towels each day, and they never replaced the coffee or gave us clean glasses in the suite and the restaurant didn't open until 7. Went to gas station next door for coffee.

Service was terrible from slow bellhops to rude staff also when entering room refrigerator was leaking all over floor my girlfriend almost broke her neck, crumbs all over countertop just a overall bad experience

Room 1114. Kitchen and bathroom floors were filthy and old. Tiles had wholes in them. Mattresses were old and sagged down. Couches And chairs were very low seating. In room safe was not working. Had someone look at it and was to send another to repair it but 3 days later it still wasn't working. Sliding door almost impossible to unlock And slide open. Stool ran constantly. Carpet was filthy. Spacious place. Pool nice. Pizza was very good.

Close to the strip. 4 stars because the couch bed is uncomfortable!

Enjoyed my stay at The Platinum I was on a work conference and the location along with the huge suite was excellent. Good views of the valley. The staff was courteous and very professional. To be honest for business travel I would choose this place everytime as its price is much better then any of the hotels just 1 block away on the strip.

One of Only hotels that doesn't have a casino but it's in walking distance from Ellis Island for some cheap gambling and great food specials.

Good hotel. Cable in my room didn't work. Kinda stunk during superbowl and olympics. Also, tvs are pretty old. No HDMI hookup, so I couldn't even hook my laptop up to watch movies. Other than that, great service and very clean.

Stayed here for two nights over a holiday weekend. Location was important because it is not on the strip so it's relatively quiet but it's also a very short trip (20 min walk) to the heart of the strip. The suite was very large and had plenty of amenities. The pool at the Platinum was very relaxing and had good views of the strip.

Attended a wedding here. Bar had good drinks and atmosphere. Their event setup wss great with an amazing view of the city.

I stay here every time I come to Vegas. It beats all the other hotels, in my opinion. It's about a half a mile off the strip, you get a balcony, kitchen, living room and bedroom and an amazing bathroom with a shower and jacuzzi tub. Free parking, valet only. This place is definitely for people who prefer quality over quantity. Service is always professional and awesome.

Nice hotel, friendly staff. Had received 5 stars if it had been more central. Is about fifteen minutes walk to the strip. Plus is the huge rooms with separate large bathroom with large bathtub, sitting room with large TV, large bedroom and kitchen!
We had 2x a defect (broken tap and clogged toilet), but within a few minutes of reporting housekeeping was at the door to remedy the problem. Very helpful people at the entrance.

Fantastic hotel for long stays. The staff is wonderful, there's no casino, and there lots of great food in walking distance if you don't want to cook in your full size in-room kitchen.

Hotel beds and bathrooms are amazing- if you're not sleeping on the pull out bed. You can feel absolutely every spring in the mattress and every metal bar on the frame, no matter how many blankets you attempt to cushion the mattress below with.

Large rooms, with great amenities. Close to Bally's Monorail stop. Decent happy hour too at the downstairs bar.

The room was very comfortable for 3 adults and a baby. We reserved one of the rooms with a view and we can actually see the Bellagio fountains which is pretty cool. One thing, I wish the crib was in a better shape. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!

Nice hotel with friendly staff and valet. Close to strip and the Linq High Roller. Gas station next door which was helpful. Pretty good view too. Recommend cleaning crew to scrub the jetted tubs better. Ran it the first night there and a bunch of gross material came out. Spacious rooms and stocked kitchen. Nice having filtered water from fridge.

It don't look too good from outside but the rooms are very big and clean all employees here very nice and attentive. And actually they do have a self park area.

We loved the location, the pool, and the service. The rooms are spacious and have all of the amenities you need. If you are looking for a great place slightly away from the strip with no casino, this is the place, for families, couples and teams. We loved it.

Traveling with my dog. They have a little dog park by the parking garage. It is clean and well maintained. They provide bags to pick up after your dog which is a huge plus. The hotel is clean, staff very nice and helpful. Only one complaint is there are not "do not disturb" signs to put on door.

Bastards, it turns out, you can't buy late check-out. They only have it until 1 o'clock. To go to Bellagio about 1 km.

Nothing but good things to say about this place. a short 10 minute walk from the strip with great amenities for a fantastic price. I was pleased by the room, the service and the view.

Beautiful hotel off the strip, stayed in marquis suite...quiet, clean, relaxing..
