**Stole My Money in which I paid for sewing classe...

**Stole My Money in which I paid for sewing classes!** After 'several' Calls and several Emails for Tiffany (owner) to call me back regarding a refund becs she never had subsequent sewing classes that I paid for in advance. She told her Cust. Rep person to tell me that their are no refunds and that I would be notified of classes being scheduled...well after a year and a half you would think SOMEBODY would call me to either 1) tell me about upcoming classes or 2) refund my money. After all the calls and emails (over 25 attempts) She personally NEVER, EVER returned my call; nor emailed me back. (I still have all the emails/text msg/call history to prove it). I was so disappointed regarding this that I opened a report at the Better Business Bureau complaint about business ethics and she still did nothing...smh. I originally paid for a sewing class that she marketed on Instagram. After that one class, I signed up for 4 addtl classes..smh. Which did NOT SAY NO REFUNDS when I signed up because I signed up on her paper NOTEPAD that we sitting on the counter (I should have known). Needless to say, integrity, building customer loyalty and keeping customer retention is NOT her focus. Piss poor business model. Unfortunate! Beware!

In response. I NEVER refused One on One classes..EVER. And YOU NEVER OFFER A CREDIT toward merchandise. I would have taken that. This is the first time I've ever heard you mention anything abt that. Well...this is the first time I've actually heard/read any type of message from you the owner'. After many request for you to actually contact me 'NOTHING'. I'm requesting either a REFUND or CREDIT? Which one?

I started communication and made a deposit in November, My daughter s prom date was May 18th, 2018. She ignored all of my ideas for the dress. It was made of a cheap material and was the ugliest dress I have ever seen. My daughters prom was ruined. She Will start on your dress one week prior to your Prom date , send you a picture of the dress 3 days before your Prom. I told her we didn t like it, Tiffany(Pink Lucy) will get mad, make something in less than 24 hours and ships it out the day before your Prom. On May 17, 2018 we received a dress that was beyond words that a REAL DESIGNER would be ashamed to have their name on. I paid over $1000 for it and I couldn t give it away. She is not a designer but a Scam. I will be contacting the attorney general in Texas and her local Better Business Bureau. Please do not choose Pink Lucy as your Dressmaker for your Dog s wedding Dress

I had a little issue after i placed my order because i failed to read the terms and conditions to its entirety. I realized after payment that because of production time i would'nt receive my order before my event. I was able to speak with Tiffany (owner) and explain my situation. She was very understanding, pleasant, and professional. With a few adjustments she made every effort to meet my needs. Pink Lucy provides great customer service & customer satisfaction at its best.I look forward to ordering from Pink Lucy again except this time I will read the terms and conditions!

Tiffany the owner of Pink Lucy called me to create a rare and unique dress design for my 40th birthday. She spent a lot of time asking questions about me to obtain my style sense over the phone. She also kept me in the loop constantly. The dress she made has been circulated, published on a photographer's business card, and was trending all over social media. She is creative, patient, very talented. Any occasion that I need whether it's red carpet, vow renewal, another birthday dress I'm calling Pink Lucy.

Fraud and Scam Artist Parents, Brides and Prom Dress lovers, please do not put your dreams of a Wow Dress in Pink Lucy s hands. Our May 2018 Prom Dress was complete disaster with a dress that was poorly made, did not fit, made of a cheap material and received a day before the Prom. She will start working on your dress 2-3 weeks before the Prom Date you give her and will ship it Overnight Express so that you are stuck with her Low Level Quality of Work . I started contacting her and making deposits in October of 2017. She sold my daughter and I a dream. We sent her pictures of what we wanted ,she told us she could do it and that she could order any material to make it. Fast forward to December, she required another deposit and assured this dress would be no problem. Come January, another deposit and I asked when to get to choose my material, she then sent me pictures of some cheap material that we did not like and assured she would send more and she didn t. February required another deposit and I started getting worried and asked again about material for the dress. They were awful. She started not returning my calls, texts or email. Come March, a large deposit was withdrawn from my account and I still don t have any idea what my dress will look like or material used and she started having her assistant Selena contact me. Come May, she calls me and says we are about to start on your dress and sent more pictures of material and dress designs that were horrible and not what we Agreed upon. She told me we are running out of time and you have to get something and a Day before Prom that what we got Something that was so awful that my daughter cried and said My one and only Prom has been Ruined. Tiffany (Pink Lucy) said it s her artistic impression and she can t make everyone happy. If she has told me that from the beginning I could have taken my $1200 elsewhere. Don t let her instagram pictures fool you, She is the absolute definition of FRAUD

Poor Customer Service and Business Ethics with a lack of ACCOUNTABILITY. Whoever does the emailing is very rude! I emailed about an order that s been over 60 days I was told it will be mailed out on 21 October 2020 I emailed again Shortly after the 21st and I got a response saying it would be mailed out Friday or Monday still no update. I emailed again just wanted an update. I Received this rude email that starts with grand rising and it will mail out in 20 more day. That is asinine! I support black business I would never in life treat any customer this way!

I would give them 0 stars!!! This place is a joke! They take forever to send you your items then offer a RUSH shipping fee to receive your items sooner than later. DON'T DO IT!! The $55 rush fee is a trick to take more of your money and not receive your items on your wear date. If she is overwhelmed with orders she should learn to take a minimum amount of orders. I paid for rush shipping and still have not received my items on the date of my event. I am now forced to spend more money on another outfit for the event and Tiffany does not offer any refunds of any kind only exchanges or store credit. I would never exchange or get store credit let alone purchase from them EVER AGAIN! This is ridiculous!!

If I could give ZERO stars, I would... I placed two orders from the distributor, to wear to my 30th bday party which took place on August 6. The first order was placed on July 1 and the other on July 6. I have still not received or heard anything about the order placed on July 1, but I did receive my order that was placed on the 6th. When I received my package, that arrived THE DAY BEFORE the party, I was disappointed to find out it was not even what I had ordered. I ordered and paid for an ALL sequin skirt, and only received a cheap-looking, poorly made, HALF sequin skirt, with threads popping and bunched up elastic waist band. When I contacted the owner, she took fault for not communicating she had only enough fabric to cover a front panel. She offered to assist with styling the skirt (I can style myself), but missed the complete point of me being unhappy and unsatisfied because I was not expecting something I did not pay for. I was only offered a partial refund as a resolution, despite her inability to make what I actually ordered because she was out of fabric. She was totally inconsiderate and acted as though she did me a favor, by sending me SOMETHING to wear to the party, regardless of it not being what I paid for and it not fitting the cocktail attire I set for my party. Her lack of communication and disregard for customer service, forced me to go out and spend more of my money on something else to wear, the day of my event. When looking up reviews on her, after all this had taken place, I see she has done the same thing to several others (check Yelp, BBB). I also shared my review On my social media, only to have others respond about how they never received their items or refund, or how they've experienced Tiffany's nasty attitude and terrible customer service. Once I left my review on her fb page, she disabled her reviews. Any quality business owner cares about customer feedback, regardless of it being good or bad, because they want to perfect their product. She has to be stopped! I may not be Trina or Deelishus, but I paid to be serviced just as they do, and my hard earned money spends just like theirs.

Extremely poor quality and service. I ordered a lace jumpsuit for my outfit change at my wedding. I spoke with them regarding sizing because there was no size chart on the site. I was instructed to get the stretch back design as the full lace doesn't have any stretch. My wedding was Jan 19, 2019, I ordered in November 2018 and paid extra for expedited shipping. I received the jumpsuit a week before me wedding and it was a disaster!!! The back of the jumpsuit had NO LACE, just cheap stretchy material. The jumpsuit was strapless but there was nothing sewn in to keep the top up..no boning or anything! On top of all that, there was no liner inside of the jumpsuit, it was completely see through!!! You could see everything from the chest down!! Also, the zipper didn t work. I had to pay a tailor to rework the jumpsuit and add a liner so that my wedding day wouldn't be ruined! I would not recommend anyone buying anything from this company period!!

I've called several times to be told the manager would call me back and still no call back. This establishment is unprofessional and untrustworthy. By my definition they are thieves! I would of given 5 stars but the fact that my order took so long to get done was baffling to me. I ordered the ensemble in September of 2016 I wanted to wear it to for a special church occasion in November but it still wasn't ready I actually didn't receive the piece until the very end of December. I will say that overall Iam very please with the garment it's really a statement piece I actually want to order the same piece in another color and some more pieces from Pink Lucy but my husband makes jokes and says I won't receive them until the summer time so I'm really skeptical at this point I think I may give them another try n see how long the next order will take.

Took wayy longer than expected. Ordered in NOVEMBE...

Took wayy longer than expected. Ordered in NOVEMBER and received in APRIL..... Had to call and follow up multiple times. After waiting months I did not receive any of the colors that were in my original order, I had to get what they had available(months later) I gave two stars because the pants that I was given, I liked, but not as much as I would have liked my requested colors. Have not experienced this before and was not expecting to.

There is so much to choose from.....Formal, semi formal, club wear and even wedding attire. The owner is very personable, professional and pays attention to detail. I ordered an item on July 5 it is now September 15 and I have yet to receive my purchase. I sent an email...no reply. Called the store..no answer when I finally got someone to call me back I was advised that since I used a promotion code they have up to 40 business days (T-F) and that I can expect my order no later than sep 9. Sep 9 was 5 days ago, still no email advising of shipping. I believe I have been patient and understanding enough since she the website does give a ridiculous time frame for orders to be completed and shipped but when you go over the date that was promised with no update or apology, it's unacceptable and bad business. I've read a number of reviews from people who have had the same issue. I don't even want the dress anymore. What a shame.

After ordering the dress she did not send my dress on time this left me with seeing the dress the day of my party to my surprise this dress was horrible it was slouchy and all wrong this dress looked nothing like the dress in the pic when I reached out to the woman about my dress she informed me she was resting and would talk to me later I in return informed her of the dress and all it s issues she refused to refund me back my money and said she could fix the fitting my party had passed and there was no need for the dress she again refused to refund my money she is very unreliable unprofessional and seems to be a scammer would never recommend her to anyone

I ordered 2 dresses September 21, 2016 I contacted the company in November via phone and was told it takes 8-10 weeks for the item to complete production and I should receive the dresses by the first week in January. At this point i was annoyed, because the dresses were ordered for holiday festivities i planned on Attending. I called again towards the end of January and Spoke with Dawn and Stated I NO LONGER WANTED THE ITEMS I WANTED A FULL REFUND and She assured me she would get Right ontop of it to see what the delay was. A few days later January 23, 2017 i recevied an E-Mail from Dawn Stating my items were currently in production and it would be wrapping up that week. January, Feb.March Came and went. Ive called several times and no one answers the Phone, It is NOW March 31, 2017 and I still have NOT received my items or a full refund I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK :( . NO one has Even contacted to let me Know What the Hell is Going on. Its Been 6 months I could have Gotten a Wedding Dress Made within that timeframe. I placed an order November 2016. I was excited to have a New Years Eve outfit. I started contacting owner in January and was told the material ran out. In February I was given another excuse. In March and April I was told it was prom season. In May she offered to make a new jumpsuit. It is now August and still NOTHING.

Update: Package came this week. Order placed November and March and received in August 2017.

I have now ordered three items from Pink Lucy, so I believe I can give an honest review. Yes, it takes a while for the item to be made because 1) it is custom to your body and your measurements, 2) she doesn't overwork her employees, and 3) most custom design places are like this. You have to think of Pink Lucy way in advance of your event. You can't do a week before - that's for GoJane or MakeMeChic, which aren't custom. Also, all the items I've received looked like the pictures. I got many compliments on the items when I wore them. Overall, it's a good business with a young black woman trying to make it. I support her and I wish her the best! I'm sorry for the bad reviews but as a businesswoman myself in the custom-made clothing business, every customer isn't going to be satisfied, unfortunately. You just do your best and hope they like it. Looking "cheap" is very relative - what are you used to? But all my items looked fine. That's just my two cents.

I placed an order in Aug on the checks and balances dress. After I ordered the dress, I realized on their instagram the dress was 50% off. Because I paid full price, I called to see if anything could be done about it. I was told they would overnight it to me which was fine. I emailed periodically to check on the status of the dress and emailed regarding a shipping date a week before my wear date. I was given a ship date but unfortunately Pres. Bush died and the day my dress was to be shipped was delayed due to it being a national holiday. Instead of receiving it on a Friday I got it the following Monday. I was able to find another outfit for my graduation and emailed them regarding my dissatisfaction. They responded very apologetic and understanding of my frustration and I was offered a compensation to a future purchase. I was hesistant to accept until I got the dress and tried it on. It was beautiful and the fabric had some weight to it. It was definitely a quality piece and better than anything I had ever purchased. I would totally recommend them to anyone in search of something high quality and custom to your body. Although this mishap occurred, the quality and customer service offered from Pink Lucy was priceless!

I had a Megan class reunion the end of June from class of 1971 thru class 2004. Tiffany and her staff made me a pair of wide legs jeans with an orchid overboard top for that Friday night. That Saturday night for the masquerade ball they made me this beautiful black dhalia dress. I must say that I was very satisfied. I got plenty of compliments. Someone even said that I walked in looking like million dollars. Everything fitted good and the material was awesome.

Tiffany and her staff did an awesome job on my daughter's dress. It was better than my daughter expected. Went in for the fitting , it was very small things that needed to be fixed. I wasn't home an hour and her staff called me and said the dress was ready for pick up. It was 9:29 at night!!!!! I asked her are yall still working, she said yes maam . I picked it up the next day. Beautiful dress. My daughter cant stop looking at it.

I ordered from this place on September 11! Contacted the shop about my order and was told it would take 8-10 business weeks... its now January well past the 8-10 week time frame and theres still no garment in hand, nothing has been shipped, the only communication I've received since was via email saying they would check to see what happened with my order, still nothing, no one was rude, just a lack of communication, and missed deadlines... This is the most disappointing experience I've had with an online boutique, the order was for my daughters senior dinner dance, looks like I'm out of money and now going to have to go find something elsewhere. Pink Lucy should practice more open and honest business dealings with their customers and upfront let the people know it will take at least 6 months before you will receive anything. I really just want my money back, they can keep the dress.

Update: no soon as I hit submit on this review I got an email saying that my money has been refunded!

That shines a little light on what was turning into a sour situation.

Wow is all I can say about this place. Her designs look even better in person than on Instagram. If you're a curvy chick that doesn't mind showing off what God has given you this is the spot for you. All of her things are custom to fit your body and Tiffany the designer/boutique owner is fabulous. She's so warm and inviting and even her dog greeted me at the door! Like what person do you know after you make a purchase gives you a hug for coming to shop in their store. She's super cool. I can't wait to rock my outfit to the Beyonce/Jay-Z concert. Will definitely be going back to make plenty of other purchases. I absolutely love Pink Lucy!

PSA!! Ladies..DO NOT..I REPEAT..DO NOT EVER let Pink Lucy make a dress for you!! I should have read the reviews 1st! I went to her in May to start the process for my wedding dress. She told me it would take 8 to 10 weeks. She didnt start on my dress until 10 days before my wedding which was in October and it was not the dress that she sketched for me. She didnt do my 1st fitting until 7 days before and She wasn't even there. And of course the dress didn't fit. Mind you she had taken my measurements and I had lost weight but the dress was too small?? Then had the nerve to tell me don't be a BRIDEZILLA and she can't do her best work if we both stressing. And come to find out she didnt even make the dress, She has a seamstress that makes most of her garments. I did not get my dress until the night before my wedding and even then I had to sit and wait for her seamstress to take it in. There is so much more that was wrong but long story short. My experience with Pink Lucy was amazing. I read some bad reviews and honestly I was a little hesitant at first to place an order, but I have to say my experience was nothing short of amazing! I had some trouble trying to get my measurements and the designer personally walked me through it over the phone. I was shocked! When my jump suit came it actually exceeded my expectations! As a curvy girl it's kind of hard to find things that fit, but this girl named my body type to the T! Thank you Pink Lucy! This won't be my last order!

I placed an order for the "Layers" necklace on April 20th. 2020 during a 50% off promotion being held on the website. This necklace was originally advertised at $72, I ordered at $36 plus shipping from her Dallas, TX showroom to my home about 20 minutes away in Lewisville, TX. I received an emailed titled "Ready to Ship" on May 18th with no other information but her advertisements. I attempted to do a chat on the Pinklucy.com site to get the status of my order but was told to enter my email address and someone would get back with me. Finally June 1, 2020 came and I still received no reply and no shipping information in regard to the May 18th email. I sent an email requesting a refund since my product must not be in stock seeing as how I had not received it. I received a reply on June 1 stating that the the product is in stock and the order would be going out on June 2nd, 2020. I did receive the tracking number on June 2nd. I also received the product in the mail June 6th, 2020...the pictures attached is what I paid $45.47 for and also a picture of what I received. This necklace has nowhere as many layers as the one pictured, nor does it the size as what's pictured, also the gold on one of the broken chains are a completely different color of gold than the rest of the necklace......also not as what is pictured on her advertisement. I also received a "No refunds" slip in my packaging as well. I don't mind a policy for no refunds, but when there is false advertising involved, not only is that poor business and poor professionalism but it is also disrespectful and an insult to me and my hard earned money that I earn Monday - Friday at my 9-5. I am not sure what of what the result will be of this report, but one thing is for sure....I wish Ms. TIffany better company ethics, service and professionalism with her future purchases with businesses she purchases from than the insult she has been to me.

I purchased face mask from this company located in the same metroplex that I am in on May 25th, I received a tracking number a couple days later stating it shipped. I waited and the tracking information was never updated. I reached out to the company via email and was advised they would check into it on June 1st when she returned to the showroom the following day. I never received an update, I had to reach out to the company yet again on June 5th and received no answer. I requested that my money be refunded on June 10th, when I finally received an email back I was told that my shipment was help up because the store was vandalized, this had nothing to do with the order I placed because it was placed prior to this and even the replacement should have been sent prior to that. I asked repeatedly to have my money refunded because obviously weeks later my order is not a priority. I am not even interested in doing business with this company at this point. Here it is over a month later I have not received the products nor my money, then I was told they can t refund it because a label has been printed but somehow I have still not received my items, not even so much as an updated tracking number. I am beyond disgusted and to see that 1. The mask are ill fitting and this seems to be a pattern dating back prior to any type of situation at that store angers me I will never under any circumstances do business with this company again. I was more than patient and it s ridiculous

UPDATE: The owner Tiffany has now issued me a refund for the goods that I never received. The issue has been resolved.

There was loose ravels everywhere and because of its poor construction the dress was unwearable. Also the quality of service provided by the staff in my purchase was extremely poor. I would no recommend this business for you designer needs.

TIFFANY THE "OWNER OF PINK LUCY IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DID A HORRIBLE JOB on my jumpsuit!! I called Pink Lucy to get a jumpsuit custom made for my 50th Birthday in Oct. When I called I didn't talk to Tiffany the owner but her "assistant" KeKe, although she was in the background giving instructions. The jumpsuit was suppose to have lace from top to bottom. 2 days before my event I went for my second fitting and there was no lace on the bottom, just on top. Keke told me Tiffany "forgot" to add lace on the bottom and said I could have anything in the store. Well, there was never anything in the store I wanted. So KeKe said that I could get another jumpsuit made...I chose the "chatter". Also there was not a zipper on the jumpsuit. I told them I needed a zipper. Came back the next day and the zipper that was put in did not work. Came back the day of my event and they put a Big purple zipper in the back(jumpsuit is wine). They told me that was the only zipper they had. So I had to find something else last minute. Tiffany never called me to say anything. So fast forward to Feb2019..I talked to Keke and she told me that I cant get the new jumpsuit because my original jumpsuit cost less the new one. Mines was $384 the chatter jumpsuit $310...
And keke told me that tiffany does not talk to customers. I then called the store and left a message and Tiffany never returned my call. I'm completely blown away by this treatment. I have never had to deal with someone so unprofessional. This speaks volumes for me that a blackowned business owned by a black woman could be so unprofessional and rude. She does not care how about the customer. Please know if something goes wrong with your order she does not care. She has your money and that's all she's about. Oh and one more thing...this lady has thousands of Instagram followers and she found my name and blocked me. I guess she knew I would probably dm her. I read the bad reviews but went against my better judgment because I thought things would be different. Please read the reviews and stay away from Pink Lucy.

They finally created a shipping label on Dec 22nd and to date it hasn't made it to the post office. I'm filing a claim with my credit card company. In my opinion they are a scam!

I just picked up my rush order custom dress and I AM IN LOVE !!!!

I was a last minute order, for that I apologize...but I appreciate that Tiffany took the time to fit me in. I went to get measured and had a personal consultation, I gave her my vision and she immediately sketched it and I loved it then. Normally I have to go pick up fabric but she had a gorgeous stock of fabric already on hand.

She started on my custom dress Sunday. By Tuesday it was ready for me to try it on to see about final alterations...and by 2pm the following day I was called back in to try it on and it was PERFECT!!

I did suggest alterations to the dress on Tuesday that Tiffany suggested against, I am so glad I went with what she said instead of what I thought I needed changed.

I am very curvy and hard to please, but I have no complaints at all!!

I will order again, everyone that has seen me in it so far says how gorgeous it is.

PS, she also made a tie and handkerchief for my date!!!

Thanks to Pink Lucy I was the center of attention at my bridal shower. My dress was an instant hit with my friends and the matching mask literally made my day. The fabric spoke for itself in terms of quality and resilience and the seamless fitting complimented my figure perfectly.
Taking advantage of the 2 for 20$ deal on masks, I went and bought one for all my friends and weren t they pleased! The quirky yet appealing masks were the life of my party and wound up as the perfect bridal shower favors, an everlasting reminder of our special time together.

On May 29th I ordered two face mask one blurring the lines and a flame thrower mask. I opened my package with disappointment on yesterday June 8th because my blurred lines face mask was extremely too big it literally kept falling off my face and the flame thrower fit but it was big as well. I immediately contacted the seller because I was just disappointed with my merchandise I purchased. I emailed a video and three pictures she was nice and offered me another mask and a store credit, but I decided not to take it because I doubt I would use it.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. I will do my best to only comment on facts during this review as it has been an exhausting process. It took over 100 business days to receive my items.

(7/3) Pink Lucy was having a sale online for the 4th of July. I wanted a couple of dresses for my birthday (8/22) so I found some and placed an order for (2) dresses on (7/3/16). I paid $156.96 with the discount for 1x Danielle Bandage Dress - L for $175.00 each 1x The Tease - L / Royal blue for $115.00 each.

A few weeks later, I sent an email requesting an update on my order. I was very rudely responded to that orders during sales can take 16-20 days for production and an additional 20 days if there is a sale happening. So they have up to 40 BUSINESS days to complete your order. Also, the quality of the bandage dress I ordered was not good enough so she offered to let me pick something else from the show room. Why I was not informed of the quality issue before so that my order was not delayed, I am not sure.

I explained to Tiffany that I was trying to have a dress for my birthday and she kindly said she would do her best. I received a call that the tease dress was ready on (8/19 - 35 business days after order). Whooo I was so excited! I show up and the dress is NOTHING like the photo. Completely different material, completely different neckline, I made notes on my order that I needed straight down straps instead of criss cross for a bra and that was not done and it was too short. (See photos). The seamstress added a wire hanger to the front to try to make it look like the picture and un- did the strap to make it up and down but it still looks like crap. I am to blame because I did not inform them of my extreme height (I am 5'8.5). They agree to remake it and include a complementary "rush". Their rush is a total joke as you will see later

(Mid November- nearly 100 BUSINESS DAYS) I am finally told dress is ready. At this point I don't even care.

(1/18/17) I finally call to set up fitting. This was my delay as I have been traveling. They say I missed two fittings that the designer comes in for so I would have to pay a fee if I wanted to have a fitting. Not true at all but ok... I'll just come to get the dress.

I walk in and very nice woman that I have not seen before (not Tiffany or Kat) helped me. She was looking for my order and I said "oh if it helps it is green." The designer Tiffany is on the phone with someone else and snaps back "no, you wanted royal blue." No actually, I agreed to Kelly green! At this point I don't even care... see email - I selected green but she made it blue. I thanked the woman and left. I just wanted to get the dress and be done with Pink Lucy forever.

Tiffany is extremely rude and fake to your face. The sales are a joke as the dresses normal cost is extremely above value. Horrible customer service, horrible follow up, extremely slow, and the dresses aren't like the pictures.

I would encourage you to run away as fast as you can.

If had not insisted on what had happened to my order I would be still waiting. I really wanted the items for a special occasion they have left me in a situation where I need to go searching again. They did not even offer a alternative this company's business ethics are appalling they have had my money for nearly months only to tell me they could not supply the goods. I paid my consultation fee which was included in my total price. When I went the shop was amazing inside out! I just could not decide what I wanted so she took control. Terrible customer service! Called on a Monday asked what I had to pay to receive my product on Saturday. Rep asked if I wanted to overnight I declined he $65 overnight fee because it was Monday and didn't need it overnight I needed it by Saturday. When I told her I don't need it til Saturday she said ok well "pay extra 30 rush fee and you will HAVE your dress on Saturday" I paid the additional fee. Friday I called and was advised that they had not started my dress nor mailed it and that the fee I paid was not to have the dress by Saturday but for them to "start making my dress by then" i understood that and when I was trying to explain to the supervisor that that isn't what I was advised on the phone when I paid the rush fee of 30 but she overtalked me and would not hear me out. I requested a refund and supervisor was very rude so I just hung up because she wasn't trying to listen to me. Then she left a nasty. Vm making it seem like they were doing me. Favor. I was purchasing from your business ma'am I could have gone to any other store so I do not have to take any attitude when I'm paying my money for a service. I needed the dress by Saturday and had to go find another dress at the mall; and if the manager had been nice when she called and apologized for worker giving incorrect info when I paid rush fee I would have been like ok cool no worries but she was not apologetic nor empathetic or even trying hear what I was advising that her employee told me I was going to have the dress by Saturday. This was terrible! Please don't waste your money ordering from this ladys boutique. I ordered a two piece boutique item and it took 2 months for her to ship off after i filed 3 disputes with paypal. Also she was very rude and i was blocked on social media for asking about my pieces. She kept giving me the run around and lies! When i finally recieve item i couldnt wear because it was not the material i ordee and item looked nothing like pictures! This place is a joke and a rip off i honestly dont see how she's still in business. Shes so rude and nasty just disquisting! The fact that i left my measurements so and she refused to take them also sent me a totally differnt item i was pissed wasted $114 on something sitting in my closet! When i recieve it was way too small and threads popin out. Just unprofessional, unfinished and distasteful! My daughter's prom dress was never received in time for her Senior Prom on May 31, 2018. Designer claimed to have shipped it on May 30, 2018. A dress of this magnitude and price should not have been shipped the day before a major life event. Instead of taking selfies all weekend and partying work should've been completed in order to guarantee the promise made of the product being on time. My child will never get this moment back again. Pink Lucy stated "no refunds" which means she needs to guarantee customers receive their PAID merchandise on time. This is the first of many complaints and my daughter will be reimbursed for her pain and suffering of missing her Senior Prom.

Please do not order from here unless you order 6 months to a year in advance. Your order will literally take 6 months to get to you. I ordered a Black Dainty dress and a red Dainty dress and a pink Hellraiser dress. They sent me a green dress and red dress instead of black and red. It took 6 months to get my order. They didn t give any status updates. The dresses were not very good quality like I was expecting from this design house. Overall very disappointed with my order and their customer service.

Absolutely worse experience of my life. I will never forget this place. Came in last year for assistance with my wedding dress they made sure to get that deposit ASAP. They took 75% of the price for my dress and never started. The designer called me personally and still didn t start on my dress 1 month before my wedding. She even drafted the final payment without having my dress ready. She tried to make me do a fitting for a dress without the fabric even bought. 1 month before my wedding and I ended up have to get my money back and go with a new designer in another state just so I would have something to walk down the aisle in. Thanks to the Atlanta designer for stepping in cleaning up Pink Lucy s mess. They over book take all the money then okay around with your time. Let me remind you that this was my wedding not a senior prom. I would never do business here again and I don t recommend this black owned business to anybody I know.

I got complimented from all my classmates even those who were haters. lol I was best dressed in 2004 and clearly best dress in 2014... I highly recommend her. My daughter and I have been customers for years and I introduced her to Tiffany (the designer), at the age of 14 after I made my first purchase in 2013 . Every time my daughter has had big milestone moments in her life, Pink Lucy has always been her choice to get an exclusive look and stand out from others. When it came to prom time, our experience was wonderful!! I believe I was more excited than my daughter. LOL! Tiffany, Dawn and Jasmine made everything so easy, stress free and absolutely enjoyable. I love the fact that they make you feel like you've been friends forever and able to accommodate any requests that we had. My daughter received so many compliments on her dress style and design, which absolutely made me that much happier. Bottom line....PINK LUCY IS FOREVER IN OUR HEARTS and WE ARE CUSTOMERS (AND FRIENDS) FOR LIFE!!
