My daughter's prom dress was never received in time for her Senior Prom on May 31, 2018. Designer claimed to have shipped it on May 30, 2018. A dress of this magnitude and price should not have been shipped the day before a major life event. Instead of taking selfies all weekend and partying work should've been completed in order to guarantee the promise made of the product being on time. My child will never get this moment back again. Pink Lucy stated "no refunds" which means she needs to guarantee customers receive their PAID merchandise on time. This is the first of many complaints and my daughter will be reimbursed for her pain and suffering of missing her Senior Prom.
