Terrible customer service! Called on a Monday as...

Terrible customer service! Called on a Monday asked what I had to pay to receive my product on Saturday. Rep asked if I wanted to overnight I declined he $65 overnight fee because it was Monday and didn't need it overnight I needed it by Saturday. When I told her I don't need it til Saturday she said ok well "pay extra 30 rush fee and you will HAVE your dress on Saturday" I paid the additional fee. Friday I called and was advised that they had not started my dress nor mailed it and that the fee I paid was not to have the dress by Saturday but for them to "start making my dress by then" i understood that and when I was trying to explain to the supervisor that that isn't what I was advised on the phone when I paid the rush fee of 30 but she overtalked me and would not hear me out. I requested a refund and supervisor was very rude so I just hung up because she wasn't trying to listen to me. Then she left a nasty. Vm making it seem like they were doing me. Favor. I was purchasing from your business ma'am I could have gone to any other store so I do not have to take any attitude when I'm paying my money for a service. I needed the dress by Saturday and had to go find another dress at the mall; and if the manager had been nice when she called and apologized for worker giving incorrect info when I paid rush fee I would have been like ok cool no worries but she was not apologetic nor empathetic or even trying hear what I was advising that her employee told me I was going to have the dress by Saturday. Rude and unappreciative of customers money
