If I could give ZERO stars, I would... I placed two orders from the distributor, to wear to my 30th bday party which took place on August 6. The first order was placed on July 1 and the other on July 6. I have still not received or heard anything about the order placed on July 1, but I did receive my order that was placed on the 6th. When I received my package, that arrived THE DAY BEFORE the party, I was disappointed to find out it was not even what I had ordered. I ordered and paid for an ALL sequin skirt, and only received a cheap-looking, poorly made, HALF sequin skirt, with threads popping and bunched up elastic waist band. When I contacted the owner, she took fault for not communicating she had only enough fabric to cover a front panel. She offered to assist with styling the skirt (I can style myself), but missed the complete point of me being unhappy and unsatisfied because I was not expecting something I did not pay for. I was only offered a partial refund as a resolution, despite her inability to make what I actually ordered because she was out of fabric. She was totally inconsiderate and acted as though she did me a favor, by sending me SOMETHING to wear to the party, regardless of it not being what I paid for and it not fitting the cocktail attire I set for my party. Her lack of communication and disregard for customer service, forced me to go out and spend more of my money on something else to wear, the day of my event. When looking up reviews on her, after all this had taken place, I see she has done the same thing to several others (check Yelp, BBB). I also shared my review On my social media, only to have others respond about how they never received their items or refund, or how they've experienced Tiffany's nasty attitude and terrible customer service. Once I left my review on her fb page, she disabled her reviews. Any quality business owner cares about customer feedback, regardless of it being good or bad, because they want to perfect their product. She has to be stopped! I may not be Trina or Deelishus, but I paid to be serviced just as they do, and my hard earned money spends just like theirs.
