I purchased face mask from this company located in...

I purchased face mask from this company located in the same metroplex that I am in on May 25th, I received a tracking number a couple days later stating it shipped. I waited and the tracking information was never updated. I reached out to the company via email and was advised they would check into it on June 1st when she returned to the showroom the following day. I never received an update, I had to reach out to the company yet again on June 5th and received no answer. I requested that my money be refunded on June 10th, when I finally received an email back I was told that my shipment was help up because the store was vandalized, this had nothing to do with the order I placed because it was placed prior to this and even the replacement should have been sent prior to that. I asked repeatedly to have my money refunded because obviously weeks later my order is not a priority. I am not even interested in doing business with this company at this point. Here it is over a month later I have not received the products nor my money, then I was told they can t refund it because a label has been printed but somehow I have still not received my items, not even so much as an updated tracking number. I am beyond disgusted and to see that 1. The mask are ill fitting and this seems to be a pattern dating back prior to any type of situation at that store angers me I will never under any circumstances do business with this company again. I was more than patient and it s ridiculous

UPDATE: The owner Tiffany has now issued me a refund for the goods that I never received. The issue has been resolved.
