**Stole My Money in which I paid for sewing classes!** After 'several' Calls and several Emails for Tiffany (owner) to call me back regarding a refund becs she never had subsequent sewing classes that I paid for in advance. She told her Cust. Rep person to tell me that their are no refunds and that I would be notified of classes being scheduled...well after a year and a half you would think SOMEBODY would call me to either 1) tell me about upcoming classes or 2) refund my money. After all the calls and emails (over 25 attempts) She personally NEVER, EVER returned my call; nor emailed me back. (I still have all the emails/text msg/call history to prove it). I was so disappointed regarding this that I opened a report at the Better Business Bureau complaint about business ethics and she still did nothing...smh. I originally paid for a sewing class that she marketed on Instagram. After that one class, I signed up for 4 addtl classes..smh. Which did NOT SAY NO REFUNDS when I signed up because I signed up on her paper NOTEPAD that we sitting on the counter (I should have known). Needless to say, integrity, building customer loyalty and keeping customer retention is NOT her focus. Piss poor business model. Unfortunate! Beware!

In response. I NEVER refused One on One classes..EVER. And YOU NEVER OFFER A CREDIT toward merchandise. I would have taken that. This is the first time I've ever heard you mention anything abt that. Well...this is the first time I've actually heard/read any type of message from you the owner'. After many request for you to actually contact me 'NOTHING'. I'm requesting either a REFUND or CREDIT? Which one?
