The smell!! As soon as you entered the Courtyard Wing there was an awful smell of old musty wood. It grew worse the farther into the wing you walked. The room itself had no: microwave, fridge, iron, do not disturb sign, black-out curtains, or proper lighting. The curtains it did have were sheer, so the parking lot lights shone in through the windows all night. There were 3 lamps for lighting the room. There was no lamp near the desk. It was completely dark in that corner. The fitted sheets were too small for the bed, every time I rolled over the sheet came off. The t.v. was above the desk. You could only watch it if you were sitting in the desk chair. The lone armchair was across the room facing away from the t.v.. The drain in the bathtub was clogged, so you had to stand in your shower water as you showered. The water was barely luke-warm, I shivered through my showers. The walls were so thin I could hear every word of the conversations in the room next door. There is no continental breakfast. The door was broken (I reported it 3x, no one ever came to fix it). I would not stay here again if they paid me to!

This is not my first time at Pheasant Run, but this place seems to get more and more enjoyable. They have things for all ages to do on holidays, and regular days in general. The rooms have plenty of space and are today, so you don't have to worry about losing something easily. The organization of the place is very well stuck to, your easily told where to go if needed and what you can do there. Pheasant Run is a great place for family visiting, activities and games available whenever you want. For special occasions, the hotel does provide transportation such as shuttles for local things in the area. I recommend Pheasant Run to anybody, because it gave me a blast :D

Quite rundown.Very pricey. Sunday breakfast? 1 cup of medium size black coffee was $7.00. 2 slices of white bread toasted with out butter or jelly was Ten Dollars. The swimming pool was wonderful, we came out here for my grandson.

Updating review, was initially written shortly after arriving: Very large property with a diverse range of services on-site. Rooms are dated, building has maintenance issues, and they are understaffed.

Always a great experience at Pheasant Run. Indoor-outdoor pool is fantastic. Rooms are perfectly clean and well-kept. The indoor entertainment district is fantastic: looks like an outdoor street but all indoors. A handful of cute stores, arcade, escape room, bars, restaurant, ice cream shop.

I've never been treated so poorly by hotel staff in my life. On our way bringing (sealed) drinks to our room we asked a member of staff if we could bring any of them into the mega center where an event was being held. This staff member asked to inspect the drinks, snatched them from our hands, and quickly walked away. A member of our group managed to chase after him and read his name tag. When I brought this to the front desk it became clear that this was not an isolated incident. As soon as I mentioned this staff member's name our attendant excused himself and brought out a manager who made it very clear that our concerns were not important to him. He took down my phone number and excused himself, saying he would contact me soon. That has not happened.

Each year in August Scrapbook Expo is held at this convention center. In 2012 we missed out on the deal at registration to book this hotel as a package thru Expo. So we book ourselves and we stayed in a 'tower' room. It was gorgeous. This year we were booked the package deal thru Scrapbook Expo and we were put into a 'courtyard' room. Day and night difference. Smell, mold old outdated everything ! This put a damper on our entire weekend. It was disgusting. We asked to be moved and were told the hotel was booked full. On the first night our free WIFI wasn't working - message that the host port was full ??? - we called the front desk and they wanted us to call tech support ! seriously?!?! I sent an email to the resort management expressing my disgust but have not gotten a reply. Needless to say, I will be staying at a nearby hotel next year.

I always enjoy staying at the Pheasant Run Resort. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean. Plenty of space for meetings and workshops. The food is delicious with a variety of choices. It's a great place for golfers and families.

Nice place. Lots of interesting features including the indoor pool that looks like a beach and another with a waterfall. The room was nice. Not very big, but comfortable. I was there for a conference and the facility worked well for that.

This place is a bit if a dump. Our room was not cleaned, there was trash and linens in the hall for two days, there are water stains on the ceiling. It's bad enough there has been no updates to this place, at least try to keep it clean. The Harvest Restaurant was poor as well.

Attended Combo Breaker 2018 at the mega center. Location was very convenient with many hotels and good food places all around. The event itself was ran very well and a must go to those interested in fighting games.

We stayed at Pheasant Run for a quick overnight while attending an event nearby. Parking was tough. We did later realize that there was valet ($10 overnight) but not until we had lugged our way across the parking lot. Check in was simple and quick. The room was clean and comfortable, however the bathtub was rusty around the drain. This was not an issue for us, but a more picky guest may take issue.

We stopped in the Bourbon Street bar on the way out for the night. Staff were pleasant and attentive. We didn't hang around the hotel much, but the pool area (indoor and outdoor) looked nice. Would probably stay again if in the area.

Had heard great things about the place for years. Sadly not our case. We were one of four families staying there overnight for a birthday party. Both days we were surprised at the pools closing because of U.F.O s F is for floating in this case. Staff was nice for the most part while we were there. After I let them know about our experience management pretty much said they can t control (accidents) and they were not responsible . Which I took like a slap in the face. So do I tell all the families in the party sorry for messing up your weekend? After finding this sight and seeing the responses to most of these complaints I m not surprised and even more disgusted that this place is getting away with this and more. At the minimal complaint at a 4 or 5 star hotel the management go out of their way to satisfy the customer. I hope this manager doesn t make light of this rating and doesn t respond with sarcasm of any sort like he did to the other reviews on here. I have the emails and sarcastic response including your $25 discount our next stay (second smack in the face) For I will find time in my very busy schedule to look for other sights to rite my review.

Overall this resort offers a lot. From restaurants to bars; from indoor pools to outdoor heated pools. This place has just about everything. Dont forget your wallet; this place is pricey. Drinks and food are far over priced for mediocre meals and cocktails. The rooms in the tower are outdated and elevator is a tad scary and dingy. I will come back and will recommend staying here. I however, bring my own cocktails/beer and order delivery from one of the many restaurants not on the resort campus.

Long sprawling resort building does allow you to stay indoors during bad or hot weather. I like the golf course. We have had a lot of fun at the comedy club (Zanies). You will have a good time here and at the Megacenter

The rooms are horrible and not updated. Long crack in the sink. The ceiling has water damage. Towels Weren t clean. The fridge in the room didn t work and I called front desk and I was told maintenance would come and look at it, however they never showed up. I was not impressed at all. The lobby area and restaurants were nice.

Stay here for work about 10 night a year, and it has been slowly declining. Hard to call it a 'resort' IMO as its just a big hotel...it would be like calling the Hyatt downtown a 'Resort'. Regardless of the semantics, if I had my choice I would actually choose the Hilton Garden Inn across the street to this place.

Was blown away by the feel of the resort. I liked the endless activities to do. Zanies was excellent, the beds were comfortable, and the food was good. Overall I enjoyes my stay and would stay again.
