I utilized the mega center for Scentsy World Tour/training.

It felt older. Some of the conference rooms had water damaged tiles.

The acoustics were not good at all, but I was able to get my training done otherwise.

I am quite grateful for the free parking that is offered.

I have to say I love this Resort very much but I'm very disappointed that they are closing by the end of February place has always been very near and dear to my girlfriend eyes heart we spent a lot of time here and take a lot of photos here as travel photographers I wish there was a way for them to stay open I felt really bad for the girl who was working at the actual gift shop because she's been there over 25 years and I feel terrible that they end up closing

Rooms is comfortable and service is pretty good. Bar closes at 10, despite the fact we all hang out there and want to pay for drinks, but otherwise facilities are what I'd expect from this type of place

Rooms seemed nice until you go into the bathroom. Very outdated and honestly just gross. If I could post pictures I would but, not what you would expect for a resort more like a motel.

I stayed for Mother's Day week end with my 94 year old mom. It was wonderful. They did everything possible to make our week end great and it was. Our room was clean and spacious. Pam and Janet are amazing people. They went above and beyond to make our week end special. Thank you.

I am writing my review. I have stayed here years ago I will never stay here again cup of coffee 3.51 and it's not that good the person at the counter gives you a cup you do the rest. They make your bed but that's all . By Wednesday we cleaned our own room. This is a "resort" who closes it restaurant's and bars on Thursday at 9PM . There is no place to get a bottle of soda or water. You are not permitted to bring any outside food or drinks other than your room. They don't like fun. I could go on but its point less dont spend y ok url money here.

Place is a dump. Tv in room was so old I had to pull it out and take a look at the date on the back.. 1999! Speaking of the tv the remote didn't work. If you want a snack or need something, too bad gift shop closes at 3pm! Decided to hit the vending machine, of course it is out of order. Looked for another one and could not find a functional one. Air conditioner in room is loud, bathroom had dead bugs on the floor, walls paper thin so you hear your neighbors talking. Many of the places in the "resort" are only open on the weekend. Place is pretty much a 1 star hotel with pools and a golf course.

I have stayed at Pheasant Run Resort three times. They all have been one night stays so I can't say anything about their room service. I have seen a play and a comedy show there before. There is also an area in the resort called Bourbon Street where it has sort of a New Orleans style theme. It's beautiful during Christmas time! They had a light show last year! There are a few bars in the resort. They are all small, but they look nice. The staff are all nice. There is a bar called Jambalaya where there is live entertainment (I believe on the weekends). The resort has 2 swimming pools. One of the pools is heated and you can swim from the indoor side, under a large window, and out to the outdoor pool. The other pool is indoors, inside a big beautiful room where there can be meetings or receptions held (which I think is a little weird for the swimmers). Overall, the resort is nice but I live in Illinois, so I wouldn't plan on staying for longer than a night. I would recommend staying here or going to a show if you are staying in the Chicago suburbs!

The place has so much potential, and my kids had a blast. It is badly in need of an update though. Very family friendly. The pools are great. It would be nice if Bourbon Street is open longer as we had some downtime. Overall we enjoyed ourselves.

I ve never complained about a room before and I ve stayed in hundreds. This was my first. The loft suite was booked by my company for a business trip. For $225 a night my room has 3 big holes in the carpet, which is very frayed, there are several puddle spots on the carpet where apparently dogs have urinated, the corners were chewed off of the coffee table, also probably by a dog, there is paint bubbling up on the walls, the entertainment center where the little fridge is has dry rot and possible mold, paint is chipping off the walls, the tv was from the 90s, the room was so dark my family could barely see me when I FaceTimed them, a big tear in the sheet, drink rings on the desk upstairs and to top it off there was a candy bar wrapper in the bathroom that was not mine. I asked the front desk for a different room and they showed me a room 2 doors down that was in about the same shape. Moving would have been a hassle to a room that wasn t an upgrade. I would not recommend staying here. There is a Hilton Garden right across the street that couldn t possibly be this much of a mess. Stay there. I have pictures of all of this but I can t figure out how to download them here.

My husband and I only looked at 2 venues. The first one was Pheasant Run and we only looked at another one because we thought we had to just to solidify the fact that loved Pheasant Run immediately. We worked with Debbie Fields and she was great! Very great at communicating with me, extremely responsive, and always friendly. There were plenty of options for the day of regarding food, booze, decorations, etc. What I loved about Pheasant Run was having everything be in one place: ceremony, reception, and overnight accommodations. People showed up, parked, and didn t see their car until the next morning! The fact that we didn t have to deal with transportation or a caterer or rental place was perfect. The week of the wedding, we had our final appointment where I dropped off all of the decorations, guest book, cake topper, escort cards, etc. It was such a load off being able to drop that off and not have to worry! The day came and we used the Arnold Palmer room as my bridal suite. It was a great, large space for me and the girls to get our hair and makeup done. It was also a great location, right off of the elevators, near a bar, and we could see right outside to wear the ceremony was going to be. Debbie was there to get everyone where they needed to be to line up for the wedding. It went so smoothly and having a ceremony outside (lakeside) was GORGEOUS. Warning though: Pheasant Run patrons at the pool will absolutely be guests at your ceremony. People at the pool turned their chairs around and watched. They were quiet though, so no complaints there! The reception turned out great. We didn t get to experience cocktail hour because we were taking pictures, but from what I heard, it was fun! The New Orleans Bourbon Street area was so cute and full of character. The first time I saw the room (New Orleans Ballroom) was when our DJ announced us. I spent the first 5 minutes sitting in my seat just smiling and looking at all of the details. I was so over-the-moon happy. All of the stuff I dropped off earlier in the week was exactly where I wanted it to be. Pheasant Run turned my dream wedding into a reality. Such a seamless process and great execution. I recommend it to anyone and everyone!

I attended the iPanic escape room at Pheasant Run. My group had a blast, as did the group we we're partnered with. It's a great new addition to everything Pheasant Run offers. I will definitely be back to try the other room at this location.

Went to see a play preformance there. Great atmosphere and theatre, good concessions. I have also been to the pool and it is great, the inside pool is equally as great as the outside pool.

My husband and I stay here every so often with friends. The last room we stayed in 2 nights in the tower 3rd floor, our sink was cracked, the drain in sink & tub/shower wasn't draining very good, the tile was cracked in bathroom. The thermostat was broken, kinda hot in the room, the beds are pretty comfortable. Pools are pretty nice, and the bar by the outside pool is convenient. Harvest restaurant is very good, and Zanies is a fun time.

The number of amenities onsite makes this resort worth the bill. However, don't expect a lot of fancy. Most of the amenities meet an average expectation, hence the three star rating. The deal is factoring in the numerous options, like Bourbon St, Jambalaya, the pools, and the beautiful green out back.

Getting ready to check out of this establishment and wanted to let those know that plan to stay here. Its worth it. Staff nice and professional in all areas of the resort. Clean, comfy rooms and areas. Only ate breakfast at the Terrace Cafe delicious. My only complaint that lead to the 4 stars is when we dine at the Jambalaya restaurant. It was a group of 10. Some order food some ordered drinks. Since we sat together and wanted separate bills. They took it upon themselves to add the gratuity to each bill. They interfere with the waitress tip by doing this. She would have gotten a bigger tip if they didn't add on gratuity. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay here.

Currently staying at the resort. For the size of the resort and number of rooms there are shamefully few handicap parking spaces. And the few that are there are have cars parked in them without placards. Yet nobody is calling the police or assigning fines. Having so few disabled parking spaces almost feels discriminatory. Chances are we will not stay here again.

One of the dirtiest hotels I ve ever stayed in. It definitely needs remodeling! The bathtub has rust in it. Our air conditioner was set at 60 for two days and never worked, constantly blew hot air. The outside window was cracked and all they did to fix it was put tape over the crack. The water that comes out of the shower and faucets smell like rotten eggs. I had to use bottled water to brush my teeth cause the smell of the water is so horrible! When we got here they gave us our room keys that didn t work! I had to go down to the desk twice to get the correct room keys. Come to find out they were giving us room keys to the wrong room! Another issue is they only give us 3 towels per day but we have 4 people in our room. So everyday we have to call to get more towels. I happened to be in the room when they were cleaning our room and I asked if they could leave us 5 towels and she said we are only allowed to leave 3. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy!

Nice resort in the Fox Valley. Some of it is a little dated but VERY well kept for the most part. The tennis and basketball courts could definitely use some love. Lots of activities for adults and kids. The indoor village with ice cream shop, multiple restaurants, live music, a few bars, etc. The golf course is very nice. Nice for a weekend getaway close to home.
