Large parking lot. Easy to get in / out. Was able to bypass ticket booth with prepurchased ticket saving a lot of time!!

Was there for a craft event. Hotel and staff seemed nice.

Attended a company holiday party here. Good atmosphere and food.

We were here for a life celebration. The room was nice. We liked the patio access from our room, with the pond and fountain. The indoor-outdoor pool was really enjoyable, and the longer pool hours a really great plus, since we came a good distance and still got to relax in the pool that night! The campfire circle is also nice. We don't golf and didn't try the restaurants, so I have no idea there, but the rest was nice and the staff was friendly.

Worked for the old house new house home show (not part of pheasant run staff). Utilized the mega center and st. Charles ballroom. Had a few issues the head staff (management) could have handled better but overall the main people (everyday crew) I worked with were amazing and helpful.

At the check in they had everyone's new years packet set up but ours was missing. Took them a few minutes but they located it. The room was clean but the beds were so hard we ended up leaving 7 hours before check out to go home and sleep. The new years event was small and a little unorganized. People were walking around for 45 minutes trying to kill time because the ballroom doors opened 45 minutes later then the flyer advised. Good thing we didn't pay for anything or it would have been 1 star review.

Great for families, plenty of activities to do. A little dated though. Rooms are nothing special. Price was very reasonable.

Space not used very efficiently in the resort. We had to walk through another guest's wedding to get to our event. The restaurant's quality seems to be declining every time I eat there.

Tower rooms are nice. Older wings need significant work

Very poorly laid out facility. Seems to be a random assortment of additions, with little thought given to coherent design.

Interesting location, multiple bars, shops and event centers. Mauricio at the Jumbalaya was an awesome guy.
