I just picked up me vehicle which needed suspension work (replaced shock and 2 wheels). The job took 3 weeks after I was initially told 2 days. I was also told loaner vehicles were only available in this situation where the shop was behind on repairs for people paying out of pocket, not if insurance was being used. What is the difference to them, they are being paid either way for their service? But the most bothersome is that my odometer has been tampered with and reads 20miles less than when it was brought in,so I have no clue what they have really been doing with my car these past 3 weeks. I will be reporting them for this fraudulent activity. Also do not work with Albin. He will not answer calls and was incredibly unhelpful.

Less than a month ago I bought a 740il from Jason Neagu @ Perillo BMW Chicago. Jason was able to make the purchase process happen in less than four days (including the first test drive). There was no pressure and total transparency. Plus, we agreed on a great price that was fair for both parties in less than an hour. He is professional and has an awesome personality to match. You will roll out in an incredible Bavarian piece of art while laughing all the way home. Plus, he's a great dad.

Believe the negative reviews. Jason Neagu promised me a 36 mo lease and then sent me paperwork for balloon financing on a monthly payment thats $100 higher. They wasted a lot more of their time and money than I wasted mine. Pretty stupid and desperate move on their part. Oh well.

My sales rep, Eddy D, really made the sale happen. He understood my detailed needs regarding the car options/features I needed and found a model in stock which checked all of my boxes. Knowing that I was an out of towner from 500 miles away, in Chicago for 1 day only, he cut through the red tape to put the keys in my hand.

If you re buying your next BMW, make sure you get it from Ken. After searching around for 4 months, talking to pretty much every single BMW dealership in the surrounding area, I called in and was put into touch with Ken. After asking him a simple question about the M340i, without really having too much motivation to purchase a vehicle, Ken was able to find the perfect configuration for me, give me a great deal from the jump, and provide me with all of the answers to my questions throughout the process. His eagerness and simplicity made me excited and reassured me I was making a great decision. There is no doubting that Ken is truly a master of his craft.

I am in car sales as well, and it was refreshing to see there are other honest, professional, and enjoyable dealerships to work with. Everyone at the dealership was accommodating, and I was in and out in less than an hour with my new ride. A day before the purchase, I found out about a slightly better offer from a different dealership (not by much), but still chose to work with Ken. Best decision I could ve made. Thanks Ken and the Perillo BMW team.

If it was possible to give Perillo BMW less than o...

If it was possible to give Perillo BMW less than one star, I would definitely do that.
I carried my BMW 428i to them after I had an accident; as I was in rush and my car was being towed. One of their collision center agents Aman Tahiliani took my car. At the time of accident, I didn t have insurance and I explained this issue to Aman. He told me the cost of repairing your car is about $5000 and it's going to be ready in 3 or maximum 4 weeks.
One week later he sent me a pdf and told me the cost of repairing your car is $8000. I had no other choice except accepting this price because I lived in Indiana and I am far away from Chicago and it was one week passed from the accident. After 4 weeks I called them to see if my car is ready or not; but he didn t answer my phone. He called me one week later and told me your car is going to be ready in next two days. At the morning of the delivery day, I called Aman to make sure that my car is ready because I had to drive 3 hours from Indiana to Chicago to get my car and he told me your car is ready. When I was near Chicago he called me and said your car is not ready and it is going to be ready in next 3 days. He was so irresponsible. Finally, when my car was ready to pick up, he called me and said the price of repairing your car is $9700 and it was unacceptable. Because I didn t have insurance and the cost of my car went up from $5000 to $9700. They didn t even give me exact pricing on what they have done on my car. The only thing they care is money and satisfaction of the customer is not even %1 important for them. They delivered my car in 7 weeks instead of 4 weeks and the car costs $9700 instead of $5000 that they initially told me. They are the exact definition of thief. Please do a favor for yourself and do not even stop by there. I once again must express how unhappy I am with their service. I honestly should have listened to all the bad and negative reviews I had read on yelp and google about this company. I simply ignored them as I was in rush and my car was towed.

Snobby, rude, poor service, horrible uneducated service advisors. Sales might be nice, but three times I ve taken my 328ix for warranty service and am treated poorly. Unless you own a 150k+ vehicle and/or willing to spend a bunch on service, you re not important to them and they will make it clear another client is more important. In addition to the rude service, they misdiagnose issues into something that costs you $, warranty or not. They once tried to charge me $180 just to look at why my breaks they installed are squeaking and I m still under warranty!! Save yourself frustration and take your baby to somewhere that actually cares, it ll be worth the trip to the burbs.

Avoid this dealership! The service certain will make up any excuse to charge you more money for something that should be covered under warranty.

I just had to cough up over $2,100 to replace a battery on my 2018 BMW M3 (purchased brand new April 2019) because the service center claims the battery was not "properly maintained". The vehicle is only one and half years old. It has been garage kept and driven normally, excluding a two-week period when I was forced to be away from the vehicle due to COVID19. It was an unplanned event, however it should not have resulted in a battery replacement.

The symptoms of an electrical problem initially manifested just before the first service interval (approximately 3 months old) when I noticed an alert upon starting the vehicle one day. The alert said the battery was weak and if the problem persisted to contact the service center (not the exact verbiage, however that is the summary of the alert). Still, the car started fine and I did not see any follow up warnings in the days to follow. Almost one week later I took the vehicle in to Perillo BMW service center for its initial service. I informed the service agent of the recently displayed battery warning and asked that it be investigated. The vehicle was returned to me several hours later and the report said the battery was in good condition. Obviously this was false!

Fast forward a few months and the car will not start after having to be away from it for reasons related to COVID as aforementioned. The service advisor told me the battery was not properly maintained and would not be covered under warranty. I explained to the advisor that diagnosis did not align with how the vehicle was operated on a regular basis. He then tried to use the mileage as an indicator that the vehicle is not driven much, as if that justifies a new battery dying within the first year. The vehicle had approximately 5,400 miles on at the time. Prior to the pandemic the car was driven regularly, albeit not very far on average. After explaining this to the service advisor he then indicated that the battery should be put on a charger when it's not being driven. This makes absolutely no sense to me, as I have NEVER had to put my vehicle on a trickle charger if it is not driven in two weeks. I've had an Acura TL that had to be out in the cold for over a month and the battery was fine. Never had a problem with any other car's battery under normal operating conditions. I could see if I left the M3 in the elements for several months, then sure, a trickle charger would be required. TWO WEEKS? In a garage, away from the elements? No! All signs point to faulty battery!

My previous vehicle was a 2016 M3, and I never had this issue. I had to leave that car in my garage for 2 weeks from time to time because of travel for work and it always fired right up. So this is clearly an issue specific to the battery that was put in the vehicle prior to purchase and BMW refuses to take ownership of a pre-existing problem.

I raised a case with BMW directly on the issue. After 3+ weeks of no response I eventually received a message that the battery will not be covered under warranty. My friends and family members all told me about the horror stories of owning a BMW. Unfortunately I did not listen. I had such an exceptional experience with my first BMW that I thought it was safe to become a return customer. Even trying to convince them that the issues they experienced were things of the past and BMW is reliable. Sadly, I now have to eat those words. I now agree with them 100%. This has been a major headache, and a costly one at that. There is no reason a new vehicle should require a battery replacement within 1 year of operation. Even more alarming is that BMW refused to cover it. I have a relative that purchased a new BMW X7 and from the time it was driven off the lot the vehicle had warnings and errors. It had to be taken to service over 5 times! At this point I am done with BMW and I highly recommend not using Perillo BMW, as you will be taking a gamble the could cost you big!

Brought car in for service. Was given loaner. I was updated pretty much daily on status of car. Car was ready and was switched out with loaner. Seamless process. Always a pleasure dealing with the guys at Perillo. Frank Billman, my sales contact and Mario De Stefano, my service contact, are always EXTREMELY accommodating. ALL dealers should take a lesson from them on customer service.

Purchased an X3 from Perillo and can't say enough good things about our salesman, Jason Neagu. He was a prompt communicator, professional and upfront in all aspects of the sale, and dedicated to making sure I was 100% satisfied. His customer service is above and beyond and I would not hesitate to purchase from him again or refer friends to him. Thank you, Jason and thank you, Perillo.

Please never buy CPO from here. They usually cheat customers if they are not careful. They replace the original parts with worn out parts, so u have to get them replaced after ur warranty is over.
Just after my free service ended, my front brakes had to be replaced ($1300) at <20k miles, and rear brakes at <30k miles ($1300-1400). Tires had to be changed too. I mostly do highway drives at very normal speeds.
Long story short, just after warranty and free service got over, I had to spend around ($6000) in less than two years. I m planning to sue them.
Please email me at ankh0201@gmail.com if you had similar experience, and we can do a class action law suite. Also, get your vehicle checked at another dealership to ascertain any foul play.

The only thing I regret about working with Perillo BMW is that I didn't find them sooner! Their service department is top notch -- Brad always brings his "A" game. Appointments are available almost immediately (if a loaner isn't needed), and my car was ready within 1.5 days -- on-time as promised. Looking forward to many more BMWs (sold to me by Ken) and great service experiences!

Since 2013 my husband and I have purchased a total of 6 BMWs from Perillo. We always work with Sean Dwyer who is sure to get us just the right car. Sean is very personable with a great sense of humor.

So far, I've never felt like Sean was "selling us a car". We tell him what we're looking for, he provides his top picks, then we select the car we want. He's not pushy and does not try to force you into something you don't like. This is extremely important when making a huge purchase. No one wants to feel as though they are being forced into something they're not sure of. Additionally, after each purchase, Sean has sent us a follow-up text message to find out how we're loving the car and to see if we have any questions or concerns. He's thorough.

As long as we continue to drive BMWs, we'll always return to Perillo and Sean.

Sales process was super easy. The internet helps. Lots of choices but we were able to drill down to the car we liked quickly. Not too exciting after that. Closing went quickly. Thought the car could have had better detailing prior to pick up. Dan Mariano was great and accommodating.

I had an exceptional experience getting my new car. Working with Eddy Duarte to get the perfect car was very satisfying. He is incredibly knowledgeable and not a pushy in your face salesman, which was one of the reasons why I left Loeber Mercedes after getting my vehicles from them for many years. Sebastian, the finance manager, was also very respectful and kind. Thank you Eddy and Sebastian!

Drove 5 hours round trip to look at the car. When I got there my "sales" person was on his phone the whole time. Did not really welcome us was a complete rude person. I have never dealt with a ruder sales person in my life did not want to listen to anything we had to say. We sat down and waited for him while waiting for him another sales guy was nice enough to give us water and welcome us. Not our sales person though he was way to cool and busy on his phone. After that he did not even go on the test drive George which was very nice and very kind to us and was telling us about the car. Let me say George is not a sales person (even though I think he should be because of how nice he was and professional he was). George was awesome and nice he deserves to be moved up and Sean Cueva deserves not to be there, if your sales person is Sean Cueva don't even go not worth it he will be to busy on his iPhone 6 plus to pay attention. I bought a Mercedes S55 AMG 2013 not from them but from another dealership and he went down a little and I bought it on the spot. Sean on the other hand I felt like judged us and thought we did not have money. What he did not know was that if he would went down just 900 bucks I would have paid him straight cash for the car on the spot. I threw out a price to except one back, all he said was no cya. What?! I mean disrespected right away walked out right away from his office. Why would I want to put money in his pocket after he said that to me. Really liked the car I just wish I had a different sales person maybe George or anyone else but Sean Cueva he had no communication skills what so ever...unless you are texting him then maybe he made you a priority. Disappointed in the whole sales pitch I have bought many cars, but someone to be on there phone the whole time and not talking about the car was a first. Really thought Sean judged us and thought we were there for a joy ride. He was wrong we had cash money ready to buy that car even though the retail price of the car was way higher than it really should be. I have bought NEW cars and the price has been lowered a little to let a lone on a used car. Stay away from Sean Cueva he lacks communication skills and also lacks sales pitch, but what he does excel in is texting and being on his phone! Really wish I had different sales person, hey Sean Cueva don't judge a book by its cover buddy, and please do not mix him up with the other Sean there.

I recently purchased a CPO 2016 BMW 3 Series from Perillo. My sales person worked his tail off to make the deal come together and he was great.

However the overall deal was a bust and I would not buy my next vehicle from Perillo. In 20 years of buying cars I have NEVER bought a CPO car that had to be serviced the day it drove off the lot. That was the case with this one.

I was also charge a title processing fee even though they didn't process the title.

A genuine rip off and cheat of a dealer. If your shopping, shop elsewhere!

Still the best

Still the best

I recently dropped my 2010 X5 off to have its 30,000 mile service. Since my service warranty had expired I was expecting a lot of work needing to be done. Alex took great care of me and when all was said and done I walked out of there with a minimal bill and a truck that was ready to go. At Perillo they hustle for you and make sure that you are kept up with any work that might need to be done ahead of time.

I finally got my dream car, F90 M5 at Perillo BMW. The sales adviser was helpful during the entire purchase process. It's not the first time this dealer offers bad service/experience. First I came for a checkup on my car which was making front suspension noises, they weren't able to figure out the issue and told me to wait, so hopefully if it gets worse they will be able to figure it out.
Anyway, just called them again for a safety recall being instructed by an official BMW letter that the remedy is available and should be performed asap. They told me that the part is not available yet and I will get another letter when ot becomes available, what a BS. Called Northfield BMW anf got an appointment for the recall with no issues. Shame on you Perillo for such unprofessional behavior!

I had a pleasant experience doing business with Sean Dwyer at Perillo BMW. Purchased a used Lexus GS 350 from them. Sean Dwyer is very professional and friendly. All my questions regarding the car and process were clearly answered over the phone. He kept a hold on the vehicle until I arrived on the next day. Vehicle has 70,000 miles and is like new. Vehicle was thoroughly washed and detailed with a full tank of gas. Customer service is excellent when I was taking delivery one of the Key fob was missing. Sales man Sean Dwyer has reached out to the previous owner collected the other key fob and mailed it to me. Overall paperwork and transaction went smooth. They even gave me a ride to drop off my rental Vehicle. Overall very satisfied with the purchase and customer service. Will do business with them again and I would recommend to a friend.

I have experienced poor service, and over multiple service visits. First they cannot figure out that the car is leased from Enterprise, and bill them directly. Enterprise even gave up dealing with them. So I pay and get reimbursed. latest is trying to get new tires. we called ahead with tire info and made reservation. Went in - no tires in stock - didn't hold the tires - they said I should have requested a hold on the tires!! then would not expedite replacement, so had to reschedule.

I bought a certified/used X1 and had a very positive experience. I live out of state, so I had to handle most of the transaction online and by text/phone calls with my salesman, Peter. Initially I had some concerns about this, most notably over whether they would offer me a deal by phone and then try to switch things around after I'd already made the 3+ hour drive in. But I had no problems like that whatsoever. I got the car and the deal I wanted, and the dealer followed up and shipped to me a few things that weren't immediately available when I picked the car up. All in all, it was a good experience.

Scum. Liars. Thieves.

I came from Cleveland Ohio to Chicago to purchase a BMW X3 manual. They lied to me to get me out there. I purchased the vehicle with a check. They said they would overnight the title to me but it took them two weeks to do it. After I was half way home I had lights come on the dashboard and they wouldn't even pay for an inspection. I register the car and the title says "buyback lemon law".

Then I find out they replaced the cluster on a new car.

Don't go there they are hustlers and liars.

Rhoy Montes is a crook, lazy, doesn't help you out and just wants your money.
And he is cheap to he won't budge on the price.

I originally went in for a maintenance check. After having my car all day I was told I needed a new battery and oil change. The week after my service check my brake light came on. I reached out to my service consultant, Albin, who said they would have check the brakes if the light was on. I asked what the maintenance check included and all he would tell me is that if the light was on it would have been checked. Still confused - I asked what WAS checked and he still did not answer my question. He asked me to come back in and drop my car off. I informed him how inconvenient this was since they had already had my car for an entire day.

I brought my car back to the dealer for my oil change and had my brakes checked since they apparently were not at the original maintenance check. After having my car half the day I was informed my brake pads were at 35% and my routers were rusted - I asked my service consultant, Dannette, why this was not checked at my routine maintenance check and she would not answer my question. I asked her to tell me what is included in a maintenance check and got an automatic response that she was now out of the office and would not return. My car was still at the service center at that time.

I finally got a call that my oil change was complete and when I went in to pick my car up the individuals I messaged with were not available and no one else could answer my questions about the routine maintenance.

I feel completely ripped off. The service consultants make it seem like the only thing the maintenance check looks are at issues that are already displayed on my dashboard. I can read my dashboard myself. These mechanics and service consultants are supposed to be professionals.

We love buying cars from Ken! We've been doing so for years; i won't say how many because it might reveal how old we all are. Suffice to say he has always made buying our cars a pleasure. Perillo is a wonderful dealership which stands behind its cars, its service, and of course, its sales staff. i also love the 'genius guys' who can answer any questions you have about your car in a moment when you drive up in front (if it's a quick question). Today i dealt with Tyler who was terrific. My husband and i purchased two cars within the last 3 weeks -- now that's a statement!

Drove for almost an hour to get to the Gold Coast Perillo BMW location after emailing my interest in a specific vehicle and setting up an appointment. Met a sales person, test drove the vehicle, kick the tires, everything you do before buying. When we were going to buy the car, we were told the automobile had been sold early that morning with wired funds. We wasted nearly 5 hours of our time, driving to and from the dealership and time spent with the sales rep to hear that someone forgot to tell any one who would listen that the car had been sold. Manager was nonchalant about it and basically told the salesman, it is what it is. She had the file on her desk and couldn't tell the salesman, who's desk was across hers, that the car we were test driving was sold. There was no remorse, no trying to make things right. Never again going to any Perillo automobile dealerships. Especially avoid Perillo BMW.

Sean Cueva, the salesman, made the negotiation process also very easy. However, they did not disclose prior of the sale of the pre-existing bumper damage. This was resolved by Perillo management and new bumpers were installed and painted. They went above and beyond to make the purchase right and now the BMW looks great. Thank you Perillo!!
