I originally went in for a maintenance check. After having my car all day I was told I needed a new battery and oil change. The week after my service check my brake light came on. I reached out to my service consultant, Albin, who said they would have check the brakes if the light was on. I asked what the maintenance check included and all he would tell me is that if the light was on it would have been checked. Still confused - I asked what WAS checked and he still did not answer my question. He asked me to come back in and drop my car off. I informed him how inconvenient this was since they had already had my car for an entire day.

I brought my car back to the dealer for my oil change and had my brakes checked since they apparently were not at the original maintenance check. After having my car half the day I was informed my brake pads were at 35% and my routers were rusted - I asked my service consultant, Dannette, why this was not checked at my routine maintenance check and she would not answer my question. I asked her to tell me what is included in a maintenance check and got an automatic response that she was now out of the office and would not return. My car was still at the service center at that time.

I finally got a call that my oil change was complete and when I went in to pick my car up the individuals I messaged with were not available and no one else could answer my questions about the routine maintenance.

I feel completely ripped off. The service consultants make it seem like the only thing the maintenance check looks are at issues that are already displayed on my dashboard. I can read my dashboard myself. These mechanics and service consultants are supposed to be professionals.
