I bought a certified/used X1 and had a very positive experience. I live out of state, so I had to handle most of the transaction online and by text/phone calls with my salesman, Peter. Initially I had some concerns about this, most notably over whether they would offer me a deal by phone and then try to switch things around after I'd already made the 3+ hour drive in. But I had no problems like that whatsoever. I got the car and the deal I wanted, and the dealer followed up and shipped to me a few things that weren't immediately available when I picked the car up. All in all, it was a good experience.
