Bought our BMW 3 Series a little over a year ago. First off, it's a great car. Have had several BMWs, and Perillo is the best dealer we've worked with. We had just moved back to Chicago, stopped in knowing exactly what car we wanted. Started briefly with another salesperson who suddenly had to deliver another car, so we were turned over to Sebastian. We were glad. Sebastian is very professional and caring, and knows the line, and how things operate. Nothing is too much for him to do for you. He considered what our needs were, and advised us on things that we should have as first time city dwellers, while steering us away from things that would only cost us more and would be unnecessary options. The two times I've needed advice, I've texted or called Sebastian and he seemed delighted to help, always making it a must that I should get in touch. Highly recommend.

Not impressed. The service consultant had a hard time relaying the mechanic's findings with any level of detail without having to go ask follow up questions. Multiple expensive recommendations that are not normally needed based on mileage. Terrible troubleshooting. Felt like a complete waste of money to go to this location. Very disappointed. Really liked one of my previous service consultants but do no not plan to take my BMW nor recommend anyone else to take their cars to this location.

Last year, I purchased a pre-owned 2016 BMV 7 series. I love this car.

I was later informed that the car was a "buy back" with a branded title.

Recently, I was told that the initial warranty could not be extended and that a service warranty could not be purchased for this car, because it is a lemon.

I now have a car that I cannot drive on the open road, as it has no warranty!

Dishonest salespeople and management at this dealership.

DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!

BMW buyers.......contact me that I know some place for cheaper service with same product . this location always does mischarge and when you are upset , they give you 10% discount but thats a lie. NEVER RECONMEND THIS PLACE EVER !

After a few really bad experiences with BMW Perill...

After a few really bad experiences with BMW Perillo a few years ago, i have to say i have been extremely happy with my past service at Perillo. I came in for an exploded tire due to a pot hole. Danette took really good care of me. She said she would give me an update by phone within 2 hours and she did. She said the service was full but she'll do her best to deliver as quickly as possible and she did! 2 hours after dropping off my car, i picked it up and could barely recognize! I brought it in as dirty as i have rarely seen it, and they give it back to me with something i would call an almost full interior and exterior detail. The car looked brand new! I was so impressed i came back in after picking it up to thank the service team! BMW treated me and made me feel like a BMW owner and i love it! Thank you! Keep the pace going!

I went in to look because my lease was up in a couple months. The sales guy sent me some cars via text asked me to come in and have a look. I advised him I wanted a darker color car like black or blue. He came back said we only have white available. So when I get home and see black and blues cars same price he says one was sold one is not certified. They both show on the internet certified. The very next day I return to try and change from white to black exact same car, now I need more money. Its about making the most money, not about the customer's needs or want. Whatever car they want off there lot they will push you toward, then say your stuck with it!!!!

Had a great experience at Perillo BMW this week. This is my go to dealer for servicing my BMW X3. Had a problem where some smoke was coming out of my exhaust. i worked with Chris Doko and he worked with my extended warranty company to make sure the issue was covered and fixed under my warranty which it was. A big relief so I didnt have out of pocket costs for this expensive fix. They also set me up with a loaner car so I was inconvenienced while my car was in the shop. Also, the staff that work there are always pleasant and easy to deal with. A real no nonsense operation. Thanks again Perillo BMW

Joe Perillo and his staff are always wonderful to deal with. Every time I bring my Rolls Royce for service they always treat me right. Angelo and Israel have gone above and beyond to assure I am happy every single time I have contacted them or brought my car in. I have my car transported from Michigan specifically to work with these guys. Unmatched service. Highly recommended. Thanks guys!

From the moment we met he worked to make sure I knew everything about the car I was looking to get and even stayed late to work through some last minute changes we had to make with the deal. Overall I had a wonderful experience and plan on coming back when I m in the market for a new vehicle.

I called from out of state and spoke to Sean. If we talk about service, he truly felt like he didn't want to the sell a car. He was very short in his answers and did not apply much effort. I asked him for detailed pictures of the car including any dings, scratches, etc as I would be coming in from out of town. He send me some pics of not so good quality. I then asked to facetime about the car, and he had one of his helpers do it. I decided to order Lemon Squad to inspect the car before flying down there. The next day they sent me back a report with very close up detailed pics. There were lots cosmetic issues such as rust spots on the car that I wasn't told about at all. I would not trust this dealer.

No one EVER answers the phone! I've been trying for over a month to pick up a part I ordered, but their parts department never answers, the operator is never available. It's just a constant loop on their automated system. That's NOT customer service!

Horrible service, because you work @ BMW doesn t mean you own one. Snobby attitudes with the techs, did not get greeted. I had to stand outside my BMW 5mins before a porter greeted me. Sad!! I would never go back

There's good, and there's bad. 1. The salesman that I had was pretty nice and seemed pretty honest. That much wasn't an issue. 2. Price haggling was not a pain/chore. They didn't do the long drawn out "wait and hold on" game, which I appreciated. However, the accounts manager that gives all the paperwork at the end was a basically the worst person I've ever happened across. And if you aren't specific/careful, they will swap out whichever VIN number they were originally negotiating with you on for a less expensive option, so watch that.

I only came in with intentions to check out a few cars and ended up comfortable enough to move forward with a purchase that same day. This is my 3rd car I purchased from Perillo. Garrett is the best salesperson there. If you want a good salesperson see Garrett. You won t be disappointed. He made all 3 of my transactions smooth. I told him what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend and he was able to meet my needs over half way. After I brought my truck he checked in on me to make sure things were going good with the car. If I had questions about the car I purchased months later I can send him a text and he will respond. The finance lady was nice as well. She didn t waste my time. Everything was ready when I arrived to pick up my car. All I had to do is test drive and sign. I completed the entire process online and over the phone except the signing of the contract.

It s a car dealership, what do you expect? Took my car in for a safety recall airbag replacement, didn t notice until I got home that they scraped up the passenger side while it was in their care. Took a while to get them to admit they did it, got shuffled around between several departments, one hand had no clue what the other hand was doing. They finally fixed it after wasting a lot of my time and didn t do a very good job of it at that. Didn t even get a free pen out of it or anything. Probably would ve been better off overall with the unsafe airbag.

Can't even get them to answer the phone. Twice, as soon as the line picks up, it hangs up. One try, the operator couldn't answer my question and sent me to the cashiers office, where the voicemail picks up, then hangs up. Horrible service!

By far the best BMW dealer any where in Chicagoland. They will go over and above and beyond to help thier customers. I would recommend this dealer over any BMW dealer I have ever dealt with. This team is quick professional and always willing to help.

I was covered under the certified pre-owned warran...

I was covered under the certified pre-owned warranty. I went in to get an issue with my 'adaptive headlights' fixed. They stated that they would charge me a fee of $160 if they looked at the car and determined nothing was wrong. The identified a malfunction with the part but stated it wasn't covered under the pre-owned certification warranty. They said they could replace the part for $700 the cost of parts/labor - or I would have to pay $160 for just checking. I decided to opt for replacing the part, 3 days later the light came back on. I called them back and they said that it must be the other headlight. They said they could check it out again for me, but I would have to pay $160 and that it was probably that the 'other side' was broken.

Also, called for scheduling a service appointment. Spoke to someone on the phone inquiring how much the service would cost and was told 'it depends'. I asked for just a ballpark on what a basic service would cost and the answer was 'depends'. Then finally I just asked how much an oil change costs and again 'it depends' but finally determined that it was between $160 and $190...

Will not be going back here... and makes me question why I purchased a BMW in the first place if their parts aren't covered under the warranty that I paid extra for.

Scheduled a service for my bmw. Loaner manager Cathy tells me that they cant give a loaner as my license has expired in May 2020. The federal and local governments have extended validity on all licenses until oct 2020 due to covid, I think this was an unreasonable request. They could have offered other ways to help a customer i.e do a drop off.

I wrote a review earlier that I was not satisfied because after the service when I got my car back it was not cleaned but I got call back from Cesar Marin asking me to bring my car back anytime so they will detail clean my car. I really appreciate Perillo BMW and Cesar Marin for understanding me and treating me with respect and going beyond my expectation and making it a overall great experience for me. Very Satisfied with the Service.

Although I didn't purchase my BMW here, I have been bringing my car here for service. Over the years, I have learned to ask for Alex Padalko. He is honest, trustworthy and an all around good guy. Recently, I was having a problem with my sunroof making creaking noises leading to a very unenjoyable ride but Alex took care of it right away allowing me to enjoy my quiet ride again! Thanks Alex!

I am normally not the type to write reviews, but I just had a tremendously positive experience here at Perillo BMW that I wanted to leave a great review. We did a trade-in and bought a 430i xDrive Coupe.

If you want to have an enjoyable and pleasant experience, Jason Neagu is the man to meet with. He is engaging, thoroughly explains all details surrounding the situation, and genuinely cares for the customer s desires. He was able to finalize a great deal for us and we are extremely thankful for that. Jason is courteous, passionate, and practical which is very refreshing to see in the car business. Moreover, he went above and beyond our expectations and saved us a lot of time by personally moving all of our belongings in our trade-in car into our new car. Epitome of a class act!

Our finance manager was Sebastian Zielinski. He was also extremely thorough, kind, and simply good at what he does. He was able to quickly get us through the process and was engaging through it all.

I bought a certified 2016 550i X-drive and Garrett and Perillo have gone out of their way to make this an amazing experience for my wife and I. Truly I have not yet seen this type of professionalism and customer service from another dealership.

If it was possible yo give Perillo BMW a less than...

If it was possible yo give Perillo BMW a less than one start, I would gladly do it.

My original experience with Perillo started with Perillo Collision Center repairing a damaged window/door. During the repair they managed to scratch the door in a different spot and then to add an insult to an injury they also scratched the rear bumper. Of course they repaired both but as an owner of a brand new car its the last thing you want to see happen.

Today I serviced my car at Perillo for the first time. After the service (oil change) all of seats/mirror presets where erased and the start-stop "feature" that was disabled by my original dealer was turned on. Now I need to go back and spend my time to program it off again.

If you have other choices, avoid them at all costs.

Disrespectful. This one word sums up my experience at Joe Perillo. My family walked in and received nothing but a glance, no hello or even simply a smile. I had to walk up to the front desk and request to see the person I had spoken to on the phone. I was directed to Sean Cueva, the Pre-Owned Sales Consultant. Mr. Cueva was looking at his phone the entire time we were there, and did not once make us feel welcome at this dealership. I walked out and took my business to Fletcher Jones Volkswagen and was immediately greeted by not one, but 4 sales representatives. They made me feel like a customer should: welcome. I will never be going back to this dealership and I will definitely not be recommending it to my friends any time soon.

The service department is built for volume and not...

The service department is built for volume and not focused on the quality of the client experience. If you have expectations from your experience at other bmw dealerships please leave them at the door if you decide to use this shop. Fortunately for Perillo they are the only BMW shop in downtown Chicago.

I am not a car mechanic, that said I assume the actual work done is satisfactory - but does it really matter if you leave feeling disrespected. I have been in contact with management on multiple occasions over the past several years so this is not an issue of poor communication - they just don t care.

Please review your client experience from the client s first point of contact to retrieving the vehicle - strive to meet and exceed established best practices seen across the BMW brand in the USA and globally.

My blood is literally boiling of outrage for having spent over 5hrs in the waiting room for my car that was apparently completed hours ago. I was given an estimated time of 3pm from my appointment at 930am and i arrived at 130pm to wait an hour or so. However, at 330pm i received a text stating my inspection report has been completed with issues that needed to be addressed. I declined and informed the service rep. I was here in house and that i knew of the issues already. Hours go by and I'm seeing every employee walk past me multiple times including my service rep. as if I'm so homeless man waiting in a chair with no business being there. And not a single employee felt the need to ask if I'm waiting on anything. And what made the problem worse was the fact that the service rep. That's supposed to be contacting me, hasn't even informed me that my vehicle has been completed and ready for pick up. And i finally text her before my phone was about to die on 3%, they tell me, you can come in before 7pm to pick up your car. And I a tell them that I've been here since around 2pm waiting and they say oh i sent you a text at 4pm saying "we're getting your paper work ready" as if that's a clear indication my car is complete. I will never bring my car here ever again. The customer service employees take no ownership of who's sitting in their own office. and considering there wasn't even a follow-up upon completion from the service rep. themselves nor help from employees walking around seeing me multiple times, from porters to managers. I didn't get my car back until 630pm, it wasnt until i reached out. This experience just Shows the carelessness/selfish of the entire establishment. This service doesn't even deserve one star.

A week ago I had a rather unsatisfactory experience with Perillo. I am happy to report that the company is true in their commitment to customer service and quality as they have gone above and beyond to make things right. The customer service department reached out to me when they heard from my service technician what had happened. They asked me what went wrong, they took notes, they took actionable steps to make sure it doesn't happen to someone else. They gave me an additional service my car required for free to prove that they can service my car well. I would bring my car back to Perillo they are a professional bunch.

I've contacted 3 BMW dealers now in the last couple of weeks regarding information for a car on their lot. The other two dealers responded within an hour with a phone call and email. Perillo did not respond at all. I think the reviews speak for themselves for this dealership.

I recently visited Perillo BMW to see a car I desired to purchase. Now upon entering the facility I was ignored by multiple salesmen on the showroom floor. I was completely disregarded. I asked to speak to a certain salesman and upon requesting the vehicle I wanted to see it took over 15 minutes just to get the car to ground level. As I waited in the showroom the stares began, I would walk over to cars in the showroom to view them because I do love BMWs and every move I made was slowly being watched by the salesmen. Then an assumed salesmen has no attempt to hide his attitude when asking me So, do you have an appointment? which to I replied yes I do and stated my salespersons name. To this the gentleman scoffed and walked away. Overall I felt I wasn t taken serious, I was disregarded, and treated unfairly. I believe that if I was white I would not have received this treatment at all. I would never expect a top tier dealer such as Perillo BMW to have such an ill mannered staff. Serious customer lost.

The finance team lied to me and told me the cosmetic insurance package I purchased from them for $2,000 to cover dings on the bumper and wheels for 36 months could be used at any BMW. When in fact it can't. I had to move out of state and they won't refund me the money. They are liars at this location!

Very professional and customer oriented service! With the help of Sean Cueva we bought a low mileage 2008 Porsche 911S Cabrio this past weekend and very much appreciated Sean's high level of professionalism and attentive customer service. Overall, Perillo's management team had a very low pressure approach, without the unwarranted up sell attempts. Again, we are very thankful to Sean and the Perillo team for a car we're looking forward to enjoying for a long time. We highly recommend Perillo BMW!
