My daughter and I visited the Chgo Showroom after phoning and making an appt several days prior to see a vehicle viewed online.
The porter attendant was very a pleasant young man upon entering. However, once reaching the showroom, no one acknowledged or greeted us-the receptionist was indifferent when we informed her we were seeking "Jason" for an appt-the person who communicated via their website. She said have a seat, we sat for nearly 10min, a guy approached & asked what do you need, we repeated "we're waiting on an appt with Jason"-he walked away-another guy came & asked who are you here for "we repeated", he said which one"we have 2 here"-we replied "we don't know since Jason did NOT specify a last name...then he walked away...Now, 20 min has passed-clearly no one is at planning to service 2 chocolate women in this elite-showroom at all. We immediately, phoned another dealer-showroom, checked inventory and walked right out of Perillo in the Loop and no one said a word, lifted a finger or raised an eyebrow. The porter asked "wow" are you finished? I tipped him (as he was the most friendly person in the entire bldg), told him to PLEASE inform your mgr that NO ONE ever assisted, serviced or attempted to help 2 Sistahs planning to purchase the X-4 today!!! We went to Elmhurst BMW received amazing concierge before we even exited our vehicle, had a great experience and drove home with a awesome X-4 that evening....since we paid CASH!! . What a Blessing when businesses treat all clients with amazing RESPECT!! Dr T Wms.

I recently purchased a CPO 4 Series from Perillo BMW and had a nice and pleasant experience! All the staff were courteous and professional. In particular, Garrett Goldstein from the Sales Team who personally worked with me, has been extremely helpful, professional, and nice! I had to go back to Perillo a couple of times after my purchase for some follow ups and he enormously helped me set up my service appointments and always followed up with me before and after the appointment to make sure my visit went smoothly! I could not have asked for a better sales adviser than Garrett!

I want to share the facts and let you decide if it...

I want to share the facts and let you decide if it is worth buying your next vehicle at Perillo.

I purchased a used vehicle. It was a 2007 BMW with just over 88,000 miles on it. The buying process was as smooth as could be expected. I test drove the car, it was beautifully detailed and had it's obvious marks from the years it been driven prior. We opened up the engine compartment, and the obvious next step was to talk about the car's history.

I was given an inspection report that is branded Perillo. There are three grades. A number 1 is good, 2 is acceptable and a 3 is service. The report runs over just about everything. The bumpers showed a 2 as they had quite a few dings on them but nothing else was alarming. Specifically all leaks passed with a 1 because when Perillo received the car, they had the leak in the oil housing "repaired."

With this I purchased the car. I didn't haggle much. I didn't care to. I just wanted the car. It was beautiful as far I could see, it had been inspected at the dealerships request and I had paperwork documenting a repair. So I went home the proud owner of the car.

A month later I took the BMW in for a brake fluid change. I dropped it off in the morning and received a call in the afternoon. I was informed that the engine had several leaks which subsequently failed the car's maintenance inspection, one of which was the oil housing. Alarmed I informed the getlemen on the phone that I had purchased the car a month prior and that the salesmen told me that repair was taken care of. He didn't say much of anything and I asked if I'd get a copy of the report.

When I picked up the car I had to ask for the report again and the young man came out. Again I stressed to him that the repair was done prior to purchase from his own dealership. And again he didn't have much of anything to say and let me go on my way.

Incredibly alarmed that I may be driving a bad car, I quickly requested the inspection of the car by an independent mechanic and another BMW dealership. Both verified two things:

1.) The oil housing gasket was indeed leaking.
2.) The oil housing gasket "repair" was not performed properly according to BMW spec. One of the inspections noted that the repair probably hadn't been done by a BMW mechanic.

I settled on getting about $3,300 worth of work done at another BMW dealership whose inspection of the car yielded the following assessment:

This BMW dealership said that given the engine oil leaks, they would've never even perused selling the car on their own lot. The car simply wouldn't have been worth the money and they would've been forced to send the car to auction.

Each dealership, however, operates differently and BMW has no set standard by which they recommend selling used cars as dealerships are independent businesses.

Armed with information I confronted Perillo on the issue.

I very quickly found out that Perillo does not perform inspections or repairs on low margin cars. Instead they seek the services of a third party mechanic that inspects the vehicle and makes repairs. Up to this point, I had though Perillo BMW looked at the car and made the repair. I never thought to ask if they inspected the car as I was purchasing a BMW from a BMW dealership for a reason.

They investigated my case and my request for them to cover the cost of the roughly $700 repair for the documented leak that they claimed was fixed at their request prior to service. It is unfortunate that they denied my request. They did say they intended to offer to buy back the car, but this was after I had already said I wasn't willing to give the car up.

I'm simply sharing this experience so that hopefully in the future purchasers of what Perillo considers low margin cars can ask all of the proper questions and have the car properly inspected. It is unfortunate that these are questions that you have to ask in the sales process of purchasing a BMW at a BMW dealership. But I guess that is simply the sad reality.

I worked with Garrett on leasing a new 2021 BMW X3 and he could not have been more helpful or responsive to all the questions and curveballs I threw him. He was transparent, easy to communicate with, and most of all willing to go the extra mile in closing a sale. If you're in the market for a BMW in the region, I highly recommend working with Garrett.

They did such an impressive job losing a customer....

They did such an impressive job losing a customer. Maybe they are very conscious and selective in showing their rudeness, snobbery, and ignorance to people in certain demographics. Or they are trained to judge people who walk in by their appearance and use some abusive sales tactics on certain people so that they can take advantage of them. But sorry, you picked the wrong target this time. I can tell from other reviews that it is not always the case when they interact with other customers. But please be aware that they are most certainly ready and willing to treat some customers in a completely unacceptable manner. I was surprised that a luxury brand dealer will have sales personnel who would give one word answers or no answer at all to customer's legitimate questions. I was shocked and at the same time amused that they would even question your questions. This is what happens when a dealership does not need to worry about lack of sales. This is what happens when some employees have managed to get away from the consequence of their behaviors.

This is the first review I have ever posted online. And you can rest assured that I will use every bit of my social influence to persuade other BMW customers in every possible way to go to another dealer.

They rip you off ! I can't see how people buy from them. Worst deals ever. Their cpo is fraud. I bought a cpo vehicle from them, and had to replace the brakes and rotors after less than 20k miles of driving (mostly highway driving).

The service is very bad too. They don't do much during the free service and eventually tell you that you have to change/service so many parts during the paid service routine. The staff at the service station is very rude and don't give out much information.
(My first paid service cost around $1300 !!). I heard similar stories from friends later on.

I'm fairly convinced they charge you for services they don't even do. I haven't tried other dealerships/ service centers, but won't be going to this one anymore.

Peter Mers was great to work with. He made us feel welcome. We are a younger couple from rural Indiana. We traveled into the city because Perillo had the exact vehicle we wanted. We don t look like the stereotype that people think of when they picture a downtown Chicago B.M.W. buyer in their mind. We were treated with respect the entire time we were there and went home with the vehicle we came to see. Go see Peter Mers at Perillo B.M.W. if you re looking for a hassle free, no pressure car buying experience.

No compassion! My battery was weak this morning and I needed a jump from local shop. Took the car to Perilo they wanted $189.- for diagnostics...whence they could ( given the low temperature in. Chicago ) offer to recharge the battery and if that fails proceed with optional repair - such as new battery ir whatever else might have been. Had I accepted for a CPO vehicle I would have ended paying over half a Grand for diagnostics, new battery ( which they didn't have and would have to wait two days for and no loaner for the time being for I purchased the car at BMW Motorworks Barrington.
Something's vot to change the way customers are treated at Perilo BMW.

This place is horrible. Customer service is sub par. I assume they just stalk the old white guy circling the new M3 & having a mid life crisis because it s gonna be an easy sell. I m an owner of 3 BMW s & I was there W/ my wife to buy another. I m young and so they ignored me until I asked for help. Once I got it the salesman, bald guy-I forget his name, because he was so unenthusiastic. I was like act like you have bills to pay and sell me an M4! He tried dissuading me from ordering a M4 when he only wanted to sell the one in his lot right there and for a horrible deal. I ve bought 3 BMW s before, one from BMW Northfield! BTW BMW NORTHFIELD is waaaaaaay better, nicer, luxurious, cafe, great salesmen/women & actually let you test drive cars...ALONE!!!
Perillo is a poor mans BMW stealership that offers nothing but ghetto service and overpriced cars for a ghastly horrible shopping experience. Haven t been back since 2014. I ve shopped at Westmont, Zimbrick & Northfield-GREAT BMW DEALERS!

Bought my CPO 5 Series back in March 2017. After s...

Bought my CPO 5 Series back in March 2017. After smelling something burning I took the car in for an inspection to my local BMW dealership (Not Perillo) which found a significant transmission leak. This was only two weeks after purchasing from Perillo and was told by another BMW dealership that the leak would have led to a complete transmission failure if not corrected immediately. Further, I was told it was obvious the car had been leaking for quite some time as the undercarriage pan was saturated, and that the car should have never been sold as a CPO until the issue was corrected.

The vehicle also had wheel damage covered up with some type of semi-professional spray painting. I discovered the hidden damage when the weather got warm enough to wash the car by hand. As I was washing the wheels the paint seemed really rough, so I applied some pressure with a fingernail and the paint came off, revealing the actual finish underneath. There is significant damage to the wheels and they will require reconditioning.

The key takeaway is to understand that Perillo does not sell CPO vehicles, they sell used cars with issues and (in my opinion) do so illegitimately by adding the BMW CPO designation as vehicles sold as such are supposed to be trouble free. I tried reaching out to Burim Bezeri, the salesman I had worked with. His position was that " I must have run over something to have caused the transmission leak" and "I must have hit some curbs and caused the damage to each of the 4 wheels". I am not making this up...

I also tried to contact BMW customer relations, who more or less said I was at the mercy of the dealership. The bottom line is that the trans was fixed for free, and the wheels are what they are- "Fool me once.." The CPO designation as I have learned is nothing more than an extended warranty by the manufacturer and dealerships are not held to any standards when designating vehicles as CPO, despite how Trish (Owner) responds, so don't be fooled into thinking the vehicle will be as new or better than any other used vehicle.

Trish (Owner), if Perillo took this matter seriously, I would have received a much more appropriate response from Burim Beziri and even some effort to make the situation right. That did not happen and was more or less turned away. I think the comments you post on here are a disservice to those trying to warn unsuspecting car shoppers to stay as far as possible from your dealership.

Respnose to Mrs. Perillo's feedback:

Trish,

-Thanks for having a Service Advisor pull my vehicle's service history; I also have a copy of the record. When having the burning smell checked I was approached by the Service Advisor who stated the vehicle had a significant transmission leak, that the undercharge pan was saturated and that I could not drive the vehicle until it was repaired. What concerns me is that instead of trying to understand how the vehicle was never inspected properly, be it a small or significant leak of any kind, your dealership again has chosen to discredit my claims in an attempt invalidate my review, just as you have done with every negative review here on yelp. I would strongly recommend taking the high road and attempt to provide customer service to your customers, rather than slamming the door on them.

-The wheels had structural damage and were spray painted. They were not refinished by any standards that would be deemed acceptable by the CPO program. Unfortunately, Perillo is not required to adhere to said guidelines, which effectively makes the CPO program nothing more than an overpriced OEM extended warranty.

Again, you would be more successful helping customers instead of discrediting them.

I had a bad experience here last week. I paid way too much but was glad to for the service I expect from a dealer. Instead I over paid for regular tires and bad service. I had a flat tire and ask the dealership to replace all four tires since I was due for a full change. I put on the spare and drove it to the dealer. When I got my car and drove home I found out they just threw the spare in the trunk with my golf clubs. Not in the compartment it belongs in. They also didnt make sure all the parts for the spare were out back for the next time I might need them. A service I expected. Now all the spare parts are just rolling around in the me trunk. I also wasn't sure if it was the original spare I drove in on or if they replaced it with a new sore. I called Albin - the service provider assigned to me - and he could not tell me if the spare tire was new and said the service department could not find the compartment for the spare. So they threw it in the trunk.

I expect the dealership to know where the compartments are in a BMW. I called to ask if they tire was new and he did not know. When he called back and left a voicemail he still did not know. I was told that if I wanted to drive all the way back to the dealership they would put it away for me. Not the response I expected. They should have gone above and beyond in the first place to put the spare back. And when I called they should have made me feel like a valued customer. Instead I got poor service and over paid.

Update:

I heard from the dealer and Israel went above and beyond to accommodate for the service. I am grateful that he reached out and felt that they took my concerns seriously. Will continue to use the dealer. Thanks Israel for following up.

We have been trying to buy a vehicle for the last few months, but to be honest, most dealers are not interested in getting you the car you want, so we have had to contact a lot of dealers. A lot!

We had the car picked out at Perillo and my husband made the call, with some requests of a precheck before he made the trip out there. The sales guy Eddy Duarte was so kind to actually do our precheck for us and had the car waiting for him to test drive. Then when the deal was made, they gave me a call to figure out the financial details, and he got an Uber for my husband to get to the train station afterwards. Eddy made things super convenient. We will definitely be back to Perillo's for our next car purchase.

I had a great experience working with Chris Shanahan and Peter Mer at Perillo. They gave me a very good price without a lot of haggling and they made the transaction very quick (I was trying to get to a Wilco concert!) and easy.

I could kick myself for not going to Perillo sooner! It was especially nice to find a woman as the sales manager. Never seen that before! Both Chris and Peter were great.

The dealership facilities was at par with what you would expect at a BMW dealership.
But it took me almost the whole day on a Saturday to get everything done despite having shortlisted specific cars in advance and having an appointment for my visit.
Since they don t have all their inventory at the store, it took time to get some of the car over.
Finally the car that I selected needed some work to be done on which I appreciate the dealership to do without charging me for it. But I expected better post-sales service from them. I have had to follow up couple of times and still don t know when I will get my car ready for pick up.

Wanted to send out a great big thank you to Sean Dwyer and Saleem Beg for my 2013 BMW X6. Sean was excellent throughout the sales process, well informed, pointing out unique vehicle features and options that I wasn t aware of. He did a great job making sure that the vehicle would meet all of my expectations when I came to pick it up, and the few items that needed additional follow-up, he promptly scheduled a service appointment to ensure that they would be completed. Overall, couldn t be happier with the sales and service experience at Perillo BMW. Thank you!

I live in California but wanted a specific car that Perillo BMW wound up having. Jason Neagu and I worked the whole deal almost exclusively over text and he not only arranged for my California registration but also for the car to be shipped. Overall, it was a relatively easy experience and best of all there were no "surprises". Needless to say, I'm in love with BMW M4 and if you're out of state and considering a car at Perillo, definitely ask for Jason.

Previously owned cars are not safety checked before being sold. Grinding brakes (all 4 rotors had to be replaced 2017 w/ 9500 miles) are as obvious as it gets, but Perillo BMW dealer prioritizes buyer to first sign a release statement before proceeding with sale. My salesman did not have the integrity to inform me of the various issues of the I3 before flying in to Chicago, but he did give me a coffee and a set of free floor mats.

Stopped at this location to test drive a "certified" pre-owned BMW. It was pretty busy, and I understand that new car sales probably take precedence... but when I said I was interested in a pre-owned listing, the sales rep looked decidedly disgusted and escorted me to the corner where "used cars" were sold. When I described the model I found in their listing, even the used car rep looked disgusted. He reluctantly called the lot, where the "used" models must gather dust, and informed me that it would be a half hour "or so" before they could bring it around for a test drive.

The overall vibe was that recycling pre-owned vehicles was a low priority. I like to buy used because it lowers the production pipeline of giant metal things on the planet. But then again, if you are parking your showroom near Michigan Avenue, you probably just want to sell shiny things for inflated prices. I had $20k cash in pocket to buy. Might have been a nice cash pop for them that day.

I tipped the dealer valet instead who moved my car 2 inches and headed to a dealer in Schaumberg. Maybe the suburban BMW folks will want to find owners for their certified pre-owned stock. We shall see!

I ve tried twice with Perillo BMW both times I ve had to deal with snobby, shady service people with elites attitudes. My X1 was there from November 13 to December 14 and I had to call to see if the repairs were complete. No calls or txt from anyone. No courtesy car or car services over 20 miles and the rudest in that office. I witnessed a costumer being smirked at, I can only guess it was his appearance. I was treated with a certain disdain by staff it made me uncomfortable. Even though my insurance paid for the repairs I can t see the cost because it s not on the receipt I was given. I feel some scamming going on.

I had my X5 serviced this week and the customer service from Brad I. and the team was excellent. He was friendly and professional, gave me a fair quote that he stuck to, and was flexible with my need to pick up the car. I only did the quick drive back to the condo, but don t anticipate any trouble with the service performed once I can get out on the highway for a proper drive. Before taking the car there, I read a number of glowing reviews for sales and poor ones for service. My experience was the opposite of those reviews, and I m glad to have Brad and team helping me with my car service. Highly recommended.

Went here for an oil change and a spark plug. Paid 1k for Oil change, filter and a diagnostic. Diagnostic didn't include information I initially inquired about. (Parking sensor) When they brought my car down there was a flat tire. There was no indication the tire was leaking before I dropped it off. Also on the diagnostic it stated I need a rear brake caliper. Went to take the car to another place. On the way there the car trembles badly when stepping on the breaks. (Wasn't like that on the way to Perillo) Left with more issues than I came with and I believe they're back there F'n ish up and handing you the bill. Never again. Zero stars for Perillo BMW.

Zero stars for Perillo BMW.

I have dealt with many car dealers, and Perillo BMW is by far the greatest collection of crooks and buffoons I have ever encountered.

They have consistently provided such sub-par products and services that I will never lease or purchase another vehicle from these idiots. They make the worst of used car dealers seem like choir boys.

I leased a 2012 X3 from Perillo, and, after just 16K miles of normal driving, the tires were completely shredded. BMW agreed that the tires were of inferior quality and replaced them at no charge.

Unfortunately, they put the same crappy tires on the car. After less than 12,000 additional miles, these tires were also completely destroyed, leaving me in the middle of nowhere. When I finally got the car back to the dealership, Perillo's service technician, Shaun Keyer, told me there was no way those tires should be completely worn after less than 12K miles.

This time, however, Perillo refused to acknowledge the inferior quality and demanded $2,300 for a new set of tires. They also kept the car for more than a week while Joe Perillo was out of the country.

When Joe returned, I received a nasty letter from him confirming they will not be accountable for the inferior product and would charge me an additional fee for the time they kept the vehicle.

This is just the latest in a string of bad experiences I have had with these bozos.

Their service department, for example, requires nothing less than 30 minutes to retrieve your vehicle when you arrive at the appointed time, and they usually bring down the wrong car. At the same time, their service reps spend more time convincing you to give them a good rating than they do actually taking care of you and your vehicle.

Do not do business with Perillo BMW under any circumstances. It is my opinion their only concern is making a profit at the expense of their customers.

UPDATE: These thugs apparently don't like my review, so they have refused to put tires on the car at all.

Do not do business with Perillo BMW.

Hey Folks,... Just wanted to put a shout out for Sean Cueva,
a Awesome Salesman at Perillo BMW. I had been in the market for over a month. I'd checked various sites & read numerous reviews regarding people's experiences. Based on that information, I visited suburban and Chicago area BMW dealerships. After all the reading, traveling, and visiting, I felt fortunate to have met Sean. He was very knowledgable, never pressuring me anytime throughout our dealings. I purchased a vehicle and I'm very happy with it! Life is full of experiences and my time with Sean was well spent. Delivery of the vehicle was outstanding! I would be remiss if I didn't mention my appreciation for BMW Genius-Max Ross. The tutorial of what the vehicle has to offer was helpful & very informative. Thank You Gentlemen......

This place is best example of Racism. This is the worst place to look for cars / SUVs. I really disappointed with customer care services.
I went with my friends yesterday at 6 pm and visited this location. Once I went inside no one was there on the desk. One lady was eating her food on the her desk. I inquired her about SUVs. Her name is Venessa Carr. She was too rude. She didn't smile, she just asked me what car are you looking for ? I said I m looking for SUVs. She asked me which model I said I don't know exactly. She asked me again that if she has to run the quote, She has to know which SUV model. This is her job to provide information about different SUVs. I researched online and told her the model. She run the quote and told me how much it will cost me. In this whole conversation, she didn't ask me or my friends to sit down. I am really disappointing with this place. I will never go here. This is nothing but racism.

Just went in& got my certified bmw 328i serviced which I ve had for about a year and a half now. Angelo was very friendly, answered all my questions, & followed up when my car was ready. Was told the maintenance would no longer be covered since the warranty was up, which is fine the car needed service regardless. Basic maintenance was $660, not a complete shocker, but the part that got me was that they didn t even bother to wash the car... i expected AT LEAST that when paying so much for both the car& the service. Not impressed to say the least.

The dealership is extremely transparent and helpful. I was paired with Ryan. He was extremely polite and always a phone call away. Called him like 100 times and he would always make himself available. The entire purchase was done online (thanks to the seamless process the team has created in the light of COVID). Ryan was extremely delligent took care of all the finances, paperwork and went above and beyond to arrange for shipment. I would highly recommend to ask for Ryan if you are making an out of state purchase. The guy knows everything.

I ve bought my last 3 cars from Perillo and the service seems to get better every time. Especially working with Garrett Goldstein. He is direct, thoughtful and wants you to get what fits you best. The rest of the staff is excellent to interact with as well. Never had any complains with service either.

I just bought a pre-owned 2008 E93 335i few weeks ago. The car was lowered and after driving it for few days I noticed it makes a loud sound if I hit a small bumper or pot whole. Also I noticed my head light LED is not working.
I called my sale person 2-3 times to get hold of him and I told him my issue. When I finally got an appointment with him I noticed he even didn't talk to any service center. After that, he simply said you would have noticed before buying the car. This kind of behavior is not a called customer service. I did not go through any pot whole while drive test...

I've had my car serviced with Perillo for the last 3-4 years. I continue to take my car to Perillo and to rank them highly in their service because they earn it. Here's what they do really well:
1) they are respectful to customers and they listen to your situation;
2) they understand that time matters and people have difficult schedules; consequently the staff work to find ways to accommodate customer needs concerning loaner/rental cars;
3) they communicate with the customer - you always know what's happening with your vehicle concerning problems, recommendations, cost, and timeline for completion;
4) one person oversees your vehicle from start to finish - you have a direct contact for the person responsible for your vehicle.

Overall, great experience!!!

I bought a 2015 535i xDrive in June 2016 with arou...

I bought a 2015 535i xDrive in June 2016 with around 10k miles on it. The overall sales experience was positive, and I thought it was a fair price.

The next morning I got in the car and the tire pressure was low in the right front tire. I let my sales person (Don Mariano) know and it wasn't a big deal. The leak was very slow, so didn't make another trip in to have it fixed until it needed regular service in December 2016. The service advisor (Danette Surges) told me there was a leak and it needed to be replaced for $300+. I re-explained to her that it was an issue when I bought the car. After Don got involved, they offered to plug the leak. When i asked Danette why she hadn't given me that option when she thought I was going to be paying, she said it is because they don't recommend plugging run flat tires. Seems odd, but still not that big of deal. They did the scheduled maintenance, fixed the tire, and I got the car back.

A couple weeks ago I felt like my car was sliding all over the road and noticed the back tires were worn. I took it into a tire shop and they said the back tires were "legally bald" and wrote in big letters on the form "not safe to drive." I would have just had them replace the tires, but they told me they thought there could be a bigger issue because the rear tires were so much more worn than the front tires.

I called Perillo and the first service adviser I talked to (didn't get his name) immediately said "Oh, that happens with these terrible Chicago roads." Fair point, but I commute from the suburbs on a pretty decent highway. He then said it wouldn't be unusual for the rear tires to wear out first because my car had rear wheel drive. Fair point, except my car has all wheel drive. He said he would have Danette call me back. She never did.

After Danette never called back I ended up talking to Angelo Montalbano. He seemed sympathetic, and agreed with me that it was unusual that even if the tire wear was "normal," it didn't all happen in the three months since my last visit and Danette should have advised me that the tires needed to be replaced when I was in for my scheduled maintenance. (My theory: She knew there was something wrong, they were already fixing a different issue with the tires, and if she said something Perillo would end up having to replace the back tires at their expense)

After playing phone tag with Angelo for a couple days, he finally told me that he checked the certifed pre owned report form before I bought the tires and that they had 4 mm of tread depth, which is above the 3mm of tread depth before the tires need to be replaced, so there was nothing he could do. He did a lot of talking in circles, but he would not acknowledge that it was unusual that the back tires wore so much faster than the front tires. He also said they weren't bald, they were just worn.

You can decide for yourself if you want to deal with these people, but I've included photos below to help you make up your mind. The picture on the left is the driver side front, the one on the right is the driver side rear.

As for me, I regret having done business with them in the first place and will certainly never go back.

Jason N was great to work with. Very fast customer service, easy to talk to, and knew about the car that I specifically asked for. The only hold up that I encountered was from BMW financing, but that was no fault of the dealership.

I tried to lease an X3 from another BMW dealership and found communication severely lacking. I contacted Perillo and within 24 hours Ken Reffsin provided several options that met my needs, answered my many questions, and finalized the sale. The price negotiation was quick, honest, and free of BS. The process was incredibly easy and after reaching agreement by email, we came in the next night and within an hour were trained on the car's features and signed the paperwork.

My experience here is probably specific to me, but I'll share for the sake of keeping people informed.

I went here to get my e82 BMW 135i serviced under third party (Non-BMW) warranty. Customer service was good, professional, friendly and straight to the point.

When I got to the car loaning service desk, I was told that a loaner wasn't available for me, because my BMW is no longer under BMW factory/extended warranty.

Which is perfectly fine.....if I was told that originally when I called to make the appointment, instead of letting me drive 1 hour to downtown Chicago, just to be told that.

Some kind of an alternative program for non-BMW warranties, should be offered, even if its at cost to the vehicle owner.

My husband and I went into Perillo to look at a certified used car in June of 2016 and were given nothing but the best from Sean Cueva. and Connie. They were both professional through and through. We purchased a 2011 535i Sport and could not be happier with our choice. Sean's sales staff stayed an hour past closing to assist us with our purchase which was greatly appreciated. Before purchase we noticed an issue with the cupholder and one of the key fobs. They took care of both issues the next day after purchase at no cost to us, even though it wasn't required on of them. Since then, Sean has been there to answer all of our questions. The service staff has also been great. They've topped of the expensive oil for us and have had fast service turn around times for us. We both couldn't be happier with our purchase and Sean.
