The chic in service that schedules repairs doesn't know anything whatsoever about cars. Expect to pay 100% Full Retail Price for your repair. Don't call them, they will call you in about a week when your car is finished. Don't think just because they are a Ford Dealer that the work done on your Ford will be done correctly the first time, you might need to bring it back and have it repaired again and your cost not theirs! People that are foolish enough to use this dealer have another vehicle at home to drive!
