As an employee who recently left this company, I have many things that I can say that can turn your possibly high opinion of Pearson Ford. For a full story, I'll refer you to yelp and Pearson Fords sight (if they actually post my complaint), However, know this; Any time I had a problem with how I was treated there, the quicklane manager, accountant, and higher ups immediately blamed me. Upon further investigation it was found that due to accountant error I was paid up to a week late for 2-3 months. I was also the recipient of constant excuses as to why I wasn't getting paid the amount I had understood I was supposed to be paid. And Finally, after voicing my concerns, was neglected to be contacted for explanation as to why I wasn't receiving said payment. If a company can't even be honest with their employee's, how can you expect them to be honest with you. While there I worked over 40 hours a week and exhausted myself for the customer. If awards are all you care about, Pearson Ford has plenty for you, but know that it's at the expense of several overworked employee's. The tech's of the Quicklane being among those overworked. So if you come back for work you paid for but did not receive, point not to the tech (which will be the first to blamed), but yet the management overseeing them.
