One of the ways to tell someone who's there for the long run and cares about the customers' complete satisfaction is how they handle situations when something goes wrong. My car was in for service and the workshop accidentally chipped some paint on the hood of the car. Initially, I did not have a good experience discussing this with the service manager, but the GM Chris Brenner did all he could to correct the situation. The damage was repaired to my satisfaction and warranted. I was provided a loaner car for the duration of the repair.

I would like to change my one star experience to four stars. Would've rated it five stars if there was no incident at all and I was saved from the trouble, but it's more or less five stars with the excellent follow-up service. Many thanks to Chris/Park Place.
