Park Place Lexus Review

This is our 4th car to buy from Park Place Lexus. We love the customer service and how everyone takes care of us! Our car is beautiful, and we could not be happier!

Stephen made the purchase fast, easy and efficient with the right price for me. We needed the new car fast but not at the cost of the price. Tristan happily answered our questions and explained the details. They both tried to accommodate us and made us feel comfortable.
As we paid our new car, Kyle, explain the different types of insurance/protection available. He is professional and not pushy. We left feeling happy knowing we bought what we wanted and needed, and not pressured at all.
We bought the tire protection which is very very worth it. In fact, I'm writing this while waiting for the Park Place Lexus to fix my tire. It's a brand new car, I haven't even got a chance to put on the license plate and a piece of metal pierced to the tire. I called the 24/7 service. When he gave me the news, I was not worry at all because of the tire protection I bought. I can be at peace knowing that our brand new car will have good tire without me have to spend any penny more. With Plano and Murphy area under construction all the time, I can drive at peace.

We purchased our first Lexus last week from Park Place Plano. From start to finish, the purchasing experience was flawless. Our sales manager was Darren Wagoner. He was patient (we couldn t decide on the RX 350 or RX 350L) and an expert at educating us about Lexus vehicles. We highly recommend doing business with Darren & Park Place!

At first I was skeptical because 2 salesman looked at me and my husband and walked right by us. They just stood in the middle of the floor taking and laughing with each other. Then Dean walked and to us and asked if anyone was helping us I said no and said no and seems no one wants to either. He said he would help us which he did and indicated he has clients coming in. We test drove one auto because I knew what I wanted and the he took us to another gentleman named James after the test drive because we did tell us we had clients coming in. . They both made me feel so welcome and my husband liked the really good customer service they both provided. My credit app was done in 10 mins (on a Friday night) then we proceeded to pick out my car which I picked up Saturday afternoon after we got out of church. Then today I had a question about my car called Dean and I kid you not he called me back in 15 mins. I love my car and very pleased. The additional bonus is the facility it is spectacular I just want to go and hand out its better than Starbucks. With the drinks and lounge seating though out, televisions and other refreshments you can come and get your car serviced or washed while at lunch or any other time . Love Lexus In Plano.

Park Place Lexus Plano and Anthony Grant were very good to work with. On my previous lease, we used another dealer and the service level was not near as good as we had received in the past from Park Place on our first Lexus. Anthony Grant worked very hard to fine the vehicle we wanted in the short time we had to finalize the deal. His price was better than offered from the competitor Lexus dealership and the followup was great. That coupled with the better service experiences we have had with Park Place Lexus in the past made the decision an easy one. I highly recommend Anthony Grant and Park Place Lexus to anyone in the market for a Lexus.

I had the best team- Bill Lang and Mike McAllister provided an exceptional car buying experience. I purchased a new vehicle in record time. I had remote start installed the following week and Richard Johnson went above and beyond to take care of me. I would highly recommend Park Place Lexus.

Compared to the lemon dealership, rude. They also charged me to diagnose a recall by Lexus - $150, it's free at Autozone. They truly remind you why you should avoid dealers at all cost. The Lexus brand is amazing, the dealers are the problem.
Update 7/1/20 - I went there to have my radio reset due to a corrupt install. The radio kept rebooting. After 24 hours of trying to figure the problem, even after I told them what happened, their solution was a radio replacement. Per their parts department, it would cost me 6k for the basic OEM radio. Decided to hold off and research some more, thank goodness for YouTube. I found the solution and it was so simple, took me 2 minutes to fix the problem. It was under settings. Problem solved. Scotty Kilmer was right, dealers is code for scam artists. They have fancy buildings and ambience, but you get to pay for it. They are there to rip you off. Even one of the guys working there saw my receipt and said he felt sorry for me. My advice to anybody, avoid the dealer at all cost.

Our experience was not up to par as to what our previous Park Place experiences have been. Is it because I did not purchase a Lexus but another brand? Also, sales person was not knowledgeable about financing at all (didn t know percentage rates), never asked us if we were putting any money down, insisted we get 60-72(?) month loan when we were only looking to finance 36 months or less.
Very disappointing experience.

Transferred to endlessly ringing phones multiple times and days. Promised call backs multiple times and no one called back. These people do not seem to care about the customers once they have purchased.

Park Place Lexus Plano offered the most pleasing car buying experience that I have ever had. I showed up to the dealership a bit after 7PM on a Friday night (3/6/20). I wanted to lease a vehicle that weekend, but had not decided on what to get. At the time, I was leasing a 2016 Nissan 370Z, but I wanted to switch to an SUV for more cargo space. I showed up after work on Friday for a test drive because I wasn't sure I could make a Luxury car price work for me, and I did not want to take up my car buying time on Saturday if that was the case. I asked to test drive a 2020 UX200 and a 2020 NX300. My salesperson, James Aberle, got me into the NX300 first. I fell in love with the vehicle and told him I did not need to drive the UX200.

James asked me to give him details of everything that I wanted on the car so that he could get numbers together for me, and I could not decide. He did not try to pressure me, but instead told me to go sleep on it and he would text me the next morning. He did and I told him two vehicle stock numbers that I found on their website that matched my desires. He had the vehicles ready for me to drive when I arrived. After driving the first, I asked him to let me find another one (the colors of the interior, in person, were not quite as they appeared on the website pictures). He took me around to all of the ones that did not have the navigation package, since I would end up using my phone for Nav anyway. I picked the one I liked, test drove it, but did not like the numbers they were giving me. I showed him the Lexus offers I saw on the website, and he immediately had his manager re-run the numbers and they came back much more favorable. I went from a Nissan 5 year lease, to a Lexus 3 year lease where the buying prices were almost identical, but ended up saving $224 per month on the Lexus. Couldn't be happier with the dealership or salesman.

I took my car there for inspection and not only they did not fix my car, they made me spend more money to fix the parts that had NOTHING TO DO with the original issue.
They just want to rip you off until you give up and are left with no money because that s what they do.

Richard Russell, excellent and beyond what I expected, I was always afraid of going to dealerships but after my visit to lexus which was over an hour away due to the reviews on here, I have to admit , clean, fast, friendly and professional, not only the did the job right, (btw way cheaper than the other lexus dealers near me or any mechanic shop ) they returned the car clean and detailed also told me about other issues that were covered under warranty and really took care of me. Fast very fast service I couldn't ask for more they earned my business .

Park Place Lexus Plano is a top-notch dealership! I waited a long time to buy a new car, and my first contact with Park Place occurred via the internet. Service here is always great. I've also purchased a car from here & they are 100% honest & easy to work with. I just had a recall replacement needed & they had it done in under 24 hours plus gave me a rental car free of charge.

My wife has leased three cars from Park Place in Plano and has been extremely happy with them . Our Experience Sales Manager , Jimmy Bryan has been a pleasure to work with . This is my first Lexus and again Jimmy has been very professional , easy to work with and wants our experience to be seamless . In my opinion , he accomplishes each of these . Our sales person was Anish Rajput and he made the process of purchasing a car as simple and straight forward as possible. I was helping my parents purchase a ES350 from out of town. I knew I was going to be in town for 1 day and need to make the process as painless as possible. I spoke with Anish since he is the internet sales manager and told him that I needed his best price. He offered a great price without any haggling or drama and matched the financing deal that I was going to receive from an out side bank. I was able to send him all my parent's information before coming in and all paper work was ready for us. We were able to close the purchase and the financing in about 1 hour and leave with the car. A fabulous way to purchase a car.

We can't begin to tell you how great we were treated at Park Place Lexus. Don Mitchell was the salesman we dealt with. There was no pressure selling and he did an outstanding job explaining the car. I will continue to use Park Place in the future. Don even sent an very experienced man to our home to further explain the car and its navigation system. Very impressed with this dealership. Recently bought a Certified Pre Owned GX460, from Tony Acosta.
Tony was very knowledgeable, and never rushed us while were looking at several GX460s. He was able to go over every detail and operation of the vehicle with us, without having to look anything up in manual or otherwise.

At Park Place Lexus Greg gave us a great experience when purchasing our Lexus. He answered all our questions and kept in touch with us while we were waiting for the car to get detailed. Always went of his way to accommodate us.

Came in to look at the GX and LX suv on a rainy day not one of the ten salesman sitting inside came up to greet us or ask if we needed help Why? Maybe because we were not dressed up and fancy looking with our Hermes/Chanel/Louis Vuitton Bag or Rolex. That s exactly how we felt. So after reading previous reviews it is TRUE that they have horrible customer service. Awful experience. Shouldn t judge people by the way they look. We will never come back here and will take our business somewhere else. Too bad you guys loss a sale or we will stick with Cadillac instead.

Service was disappointing to say the least... managers are absolutely uncaring about customers and sales people follow suit based on training the person I took there ended up buying a car but for such a large company they're not focused on repeat business or retention of existing clients what a shame

My Lexus was delivered to my home by Sam Perez who set up the Lexus technology for me as well as the garage door opener. Lots of personal service and checking back with me to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. Very happy customer!

How do I add 0 stars? I went there to purchase for December to remember sale but came out empty handed. The salesman Gabriel was too busy talking to some girl when we were there waiting. When we went for test drive he sat and in the back on his phone did not really talk to us except for where to turn. When we came back he told us "i am going. To return the vehicle " but i saw in the back talking to the same girl from before on the couch. I don't know if she a customer or girlfriend but that was very disrespectful. Then when we started talking about the car he claimed they didnt have the car (color and interior combination) at the dealership,when there was one parked right outside. I told him what about that white RX? To he responded "oh sorry, it didn't show up on my computer."
They did not want to bargain or even talk. I felt like we basically got treated like crap coz we probably did not fit stereotype or something. Like we were not good enough to buy a Lexus. Well guess what we are and we did park place. Went to sewell and go the exact car we wanted and the price that we wanted to.

Best car buying experience I have ever had! Two visits in two days for a total of abou 1 hour from start to finish. First day was a test drive and intitial price info second day was picking up my keys. Stephen Wedderburn is a pleasure to work with! Highly recommend!

We just purchased our first lexus rx 350 from park place. We visited other lexus dealers in the dallas area, and found the experience incredible and enjoyable. We knew what options in the vehicle we wanted when we came into park place. Gabriel Delgado sat us down, and explained to us what the different options we wanted were, and how those options would affect the price of our vehicle. In the end Gabriel gave us a great price for the vehicle.
The park place facility was enormous, and had some incredible benefits such as donuts, coffee, and wifi.
We cant wait to go back.

I would like to share my experience today at Park Place Lexus in Plano TX. My wife and I were exited to visit the dealership as it was very large and impressive. We spoke with our sales experience manager and we worked out a deal that worked for both parties. We wanted to work out a few more details and requested to speak with our sales manager's manager. Shawn shows up and we introduce ourselves. We explain the history of the deal we are working on for an RX350. Shawn seemed to be upset that he had to be brought out to speak with us. He said he was doing us a favor at the deal we were currently given and he was just trying to do favors. As if it should be an honor for us to give him MONEY for a vehicle. He definitely had a superiority complex about him. Up until this point we have been treated very well by our sales experience manager and we would have walked out of there with the vehicle if it wasn t for the horrible experience with Shawn Clary. His demeanor, body language and tone were not what we would expect from a luxury dealership such as Park Place Lexus. We felt as if we had been briefly teleported to a mom and pop used car sales lot on Harry Hines where this type of behavior is the norm.
I just wanted to share my negative experience as it does NOT embody the core convictions that Park Place Lexus has, to provide unparalleled experiences with integrity, passionate service and the personal commitment to excellence.

I just got my brand new car service done at 5000 miles and I have bought a key online for them to program but guess what service guy keep telling me my key will not work n can't be program after I insist him he said it will be charge to try it m I agreed on it
Three days later I get a call n he said we can't program yr key n we have to charge u the fees n than he offer me new key again n I denied
I took my car m left n call the company who do these kind of key they send a guy to my office n he set my keys in 15 minutes
This is very very bad that Lexus dealership can't program there own key and want customer to buy the new key
I been going to Sewell Lexus on Lemmon Ave n it never happens there

My wife took our ML550 in to the Park Place Lexus dealer for the "Complimentary" car washes, and the Manager had one of his lot worker give my wife a VERY disrespectful card titled "Come Clean" describing their refusal to wash cars that haven't had "Scheduled Maintenance" done at their facility. I called the Park Place Mercedes dealership, and they told me this was NOT policy, and very unprofessional for them to refuse a courtesy that we are entitled to! To Lexus, You will NEVER sell us a car in the future, and I will continue to let EVERY person I know hear of the disgusting little card you gave my wife. It takes a brave individual to send a lot worker to do your dirty work, especially to a Lady with her 6 year son in tow.

My salesman, Jason Huber, seemed rushed and wasn't too interested in getting a deal done. I ended up going to Sewell Lexus Dallas and got a great deal with a much more friendly sales team.

What a wonderful buying experience! This is my second Lexus (the first a '97' ES that I bought in in 1997) and I am totally sold on the brand... and now on this dealership. My salesman, Eric Lu, worked with me on every aspect of the sale delivering what I wanted at a fair purchase price and a very generous (IMHO) trade-in for my 17 year old ES.

I met Jimmy and he was prepared to look at IS250's that had the features I wanted. He showed me everything with every feature I had asked for and within my budget. We test drove them , he explained features of the car and also the services offered on the car with Lexus and Park Place Lexus, in no time had the offer for my car was presented and was very fair. In 3 hours I was approved and in the said the car would be ready Friday with my windows tinted. I came in Friday and Jimmy went over all aspects car again Jimmy was down to Earth and made me feel comfortable.
