Descreminatory treatment throughtout the process. I have had better experience buying a peice of bread than buying 50 grand car from this place, and before you doubt, this is not my first luxury car. I recently leased a luxury SUV from this dealership, while the initial sales process was comparable to my previous purchases the handover of the vehicle was a complete let down. It took a total of 6 hours including 3 hours for credit and contract signing. Apart from feeling most neglected people waiting for hours at end the handover process was just a huge letdown. None of the following pretty standard industry practices happen:
1. No overview of the car or demo of features 2. No Key handover- I picked up the keys without a keychain from the desk, no bow, no cermenoy not even a thank you 3. No answer to how to release spare tire 4. In spite of repeated concerns on what looked like scratches/fog on headlamps, no effort to clean it or even invite us to fix the issue later in the week. 5. The worst part - sales person did not have courtesy to say thank you for your business or to see us to the car being handed over. In fact we did not see he sales person after negotiations.
This was by far the best vehicle transaction that I've ever been involved with. The lot is huge with many vehicles to choose from and everyone was just as friendly and helpful as possible. Kelli Hansen was my sales representative and she did a fantastic job. I was in and out within 1 hour.
The service team is great and very knowledge paying attention down to the smallest details . The service manager Martin and the technician Lee paid attention to my concerns and all my questions were answered.

Sean was cold like Ice, When I mentioned the Crack on front Bumer and few other damages on front bumper and rear bumper and negotiate price, his respond was : WE ARE AWEAR OF ALL THE DAMAGES, THANK YOUYYY. why would thank me ? here is the vin # 2T2ZZMCA0HC054162 DO NOT WORK WITH SEAN AND KYLE. find someone who will respect you and willing to work with you to make a deal happen. same day after i walked out of their location, i went to Lexus of Dallas and they take care of me and they gave me better vehicle with lower milage for even better price. I called Kyle 2 days before i go to their location, I contacted their interenet sale people and they said you already talked to Kyle and we cant do anything for you, on the day when i actually went to location and talked to Sean, he said the same thing, Looks like if you talk to Kyle you are stuck with him. I FORGOT TO MENTIONED THIS VEHICLE WAS MAKING SOME NOISE, Sean said : I have the same vehicle and they all like that, bUT I TELL YOU WHAT: they one i purchased at Dallas location doesnt make that noise. LEXUS IS A GREAT VEHICLE, BUT MY EXPERIANCE WITH THESE PEOPLE WAS NOT GOOD AT ALL. i will keep shering my experiance with others in all social medias till I get 40,777 views which is the price of the vehicle i was trying to buy.
It's been awhile since we have been to Park Place Lexus to purchase a vehicle(buying Toyotas). Last one from Stuart McMillan in Grapevine (quite a few from him). So Dean McCaskill had some big shoes to fill, literally. We were pleasantly surprised by Dean. We are glad to be back and Dean made us feel at home.
I have been working with Greg Ebenholz for years on purchasing our RX 350. Finally we were ready to take the big step and made the move into the luxury experience.

I had a bad experience with a manager here. Well, he basically told us that we try to negotiate because we don't have money. and when you try to buy a nice, luxury car, things are different. When I walked out, I decided not to do any business with this dealership. I have no reason to do any business when you are insulted.
Update : Lexus called and apologized for what happened. I almost decided not to buy Lexus, but they tried hard to make it up. The sales manager who worked with us was very professional. - Don Mitchell. We went back because of him. Highly recommend him to anybody. Changed to 5 star from 1. We had a Lexus customer service which we expected from the beginning when we went back. Respect that they tried to correct things in a professional way.

Bought a Lexus RX 350 in July and was satisfied with this dealership. But today was quite an experience. Wouldn t start, message display to call dealership. This was 3:30 this afternoon. Service representative was courteous and arranged to have field staff representative come to my home to check. Arturo arrived at 5:00. He told me he would start car and if I could drive to dealership, I would get loaner. Did so, staff all responsive and Assistant Manager Rolland Ismert took care of us and gave us a new RX 350 loaner. Life is good, almost back home to Wylie and realize we forgot the garage door opener and have no way to enter house. As we had stopped to buy dinner plus the long drive, by the time we realized our problem, we were within a few minutes from home, and the dealership was closed. So, with no logical plan, we drove back to the dealership, gates are closed but my wife sees some activity. We park the loaner, walk through an opening in the closed gate and aimlessly go forward. We see a vehicle, walk to it and we re offered assistance. We explained our dilemma and my wife had her Lexus fob so if we could locate our vehicle, we could get our garage door opener. This gentleman invited us into his vehicle, took her key and drove us to the service area, pressed the panic button, and voila, we found our Lexus. My wife took the opener, and Trumaine Stanbury, in new car sales, saved the day! So instead of spending a night in a hotel, with no change of clothes, no medications (we re both seniors, nuff said), and our iPhones almost out of battery power, we were able to come home, I poured myself a stiff drink (she doesn t drink), we ate our purchased dinners and will sleep in our own bed tonight. Thanks for the prompt service, but most of all to Mr. Stanbury, who stopped, listened, became involved and saved our night. This dealership is a consolidation of wonderful people as illustrated in this story. Recommend them with no reservations.
This is my second vehicle purchase experience with Lexus and just like the first second experience was Great if not even better. Customer service has all been top notch and for me like no other. Cameron was great throughout the process and made our experience with Lexus even better one!
Park Place Lexus exceeded my expectations. I just bought a preowned Camry Hybrid. My salesperson was Tony Acosta.
I had went to six different dealerships test driving hybrid and electric cars. I never felt in a high pressure sale situation at Park Place Lexus. I also test drove two cars, a Lexus hybrid and a Camry Hybrid. When I told Tony the Lexus exceeded our budget, we only discussed the Camry.
The dealership itself is incredibly nice with amenities like soda, snacks, and free WiFi.

Disrespectful and horrible car buying experience!! Went to buy my 2nd new Lexus SUV from this dealership in Dec'16- made an appointment but when i got there the salesman never came to meet me even after calling for him for more than 1 hour! Only upon calling the manager and walking out we got any attention! Few other friends at work had similar experience at this location and actually walked out! I eventually bought a new RX350.Very "green" untrained sales staff who irritate you with their smart arse comments!
In May'17 - I went there to buy a NX-200T - after offering a price and waiting for the manager to see if they would accept - I request to see and test drive the vehicle. The salesman took me to a car that was parked , blocked and could test drive but just opened the door to show.Walked back to see if they accept my offer - the manager and sale guy disappeared and never came back !!! after insisting i see them the salesman came back to say the manager was not coming out to meet me ! That's it ! So obnoxious & no plain courtesy !! I went to SEWELL LEXUS and got teh best car buying experience in my life ! ! up for SEWELL and thumbs down for Park Place for treating a loyal customer soooo bad !!!
First service visit. Beautiful facilities. And even more beautiful people. Adam is just cool. A consummate professional. A gentleman passed me alone one of the walkways. Friendly acknowledgment. Adam later informed me that he was the GM. Certainly busy but not too busy to remember the soft touch. They should change the name from Park Place to Great Place! (Exclamation included)

Immaculate building. Friendly people, Gabriel provided the information we needed to quickly decide on the correct vehicle for us and made the buying experience a pleasure. I have used the service department for my older Lexus and have been pleased with Craig, my service director, and the overall service experience. Also it's hard to beat those free car washes. I only wish the popcorn machine hadn't disappeared.

We set up an appointment to look at the car later during the evening, test drove it and purchased it--all within a couple of hours! It's as simple as that! When you are working with experienced and dedicated professionals like Mark and the finance manager Nicole Roshto, all questions are answered and the customer is left with a sense of confidence that they purchased the right vehicle for a fair price, as well as an unwavering lifetime commitment of Park Place's customer satisfaction. Now this is how a car buying experience should be.
This was my third Lexus from Park Place and each purchase experience has been great. My new car sales person this time was Michael Ruscoe and I highly recommend him. Although I knew what I wanted when I walked into Park Place, Michael was very professional and helpful in being knowledgeable about the Lexus I had in mind. He pointed out some of the newer features that we improved from my current Lexus. He is very personable, straight forward and I felt very comfortable dealing with him. He went the extra mile in going to bat for me on an issue I had after the initial purchase and waiting for my car to arrive. The car arrived when Michael said it would and when I picked it up, it was perfect!

We went to at least 6 dealers looking for our next vehicle and were open to either new or a lightly used pre-owned. We found a late model pre-owned vehicle we were interested at Park Place Lexus. Lets start with the good. Location is easy to access and very nice. Selection of high end vehicles is outstanding. Showroom is A+. 90% of the staff were helpful, professional, courteous and knowledgeable, with one exception that I will mention in a minute that cost them one star in my review.
Our sales professional, Billy, was great. He was helpful, courteous, professional and had a positive attitude. We test drove the vehicle we came to see and after discussion, decided to purchase if we could work out terms. We brought in our trade vehicle and had it valued by their used car team. We negotiated that and worked out terms that were acceptable to all. All well and good. THEN, to my chagrin, when it came time to produce the title to our car, we could not find it, even thought the car had been paid of 4-5 years prior. I was extremely upset with myself to not have the title in our files as we stay on top of our paperwork, but Billy reassured us that this happens frequently and that they would just file a "VIX" and there would be no problem. THEN we found out that on top of not having the title, the bank, CHASE BANK, also showed an existing lien on the vehicle. If I was upset with myself before, I was extremely so now. Again, Billy was reassuring (I know he was also trying to save the sale, but this was truly above and beyond in my book). He went to his manager and asked what needed to be done. He came back from talking with his manager and Billy told me that if I could get a statement faxed from CHASE stating that the loan was paid off, they could proceed until a statement of lien clearance could be sent by CHASE. I got on the phone with CHASE immediately, and after multiple phone calls, worked out the details to have the loan letter faxed showing paid in full, and the lien release document Fed-Exed to my home, after which we would drive it immediately to the dealership. I will admit again, I was embarrassed by my lapse in having the proper documentation which is MY responsibility, but Billy was reassuring that this should suffice. About this time, the manager walked up and Billy explained to him everything that CHASE had said and that we were waiting on the fax and then the lien release Fed-Exed to my home. The manager didn't say a word, other than looking at me and saying, "Good luck", as in, "Good luck with that," and walked away. I was stunned by the lack of professionalism and rudeness and have to admit I was close to walking out. Billy apologized profusely and about that time, the fax came in from Chase Bank and we could proceed with purchase. As Billy had been so professional and patient, and the vehicle WAS the one we wanted, we went ahead with the purchase. We were cash buyers along with the trade, signed the paperwork and wrote a check for the balance.
On another positive note, when we took possession of the vehicle, it was absolutely immaculate, as Billy had promised. The lien release came 4 business days later and my wife drove it to the dealership immediately.
So, long story short, Park Place Lexus would have earned a raving 5 star review from me, but for the lapse of one manager at a stressful moment. As I am a national sales manager myself, it is a lesson that no matter how stressful the day, an impression and reputation can be damaged by a thoughtless, sarcastic or critical comment. How does one well known dealer put it? "The easiest way to set the right tone is to think of your business as your home. You are inviting friends and neighbors in. You want them to feel comfortable.....Since we don't control the product, service was something we could control and make much more desirable for our customers....Don't tolerate people who are not interested in working on behalf of the company and the customer. If they don't want to do those things, don't wait. Get rid of them fast."

Brian listened to our concerns that we strive to get all our work done at Lexus as you will see in the history of our service records however I have recently have been underemployed in my skill set and we are struggling to make ends meet.
Brian is empathetic and took our situation and thought outside the box . He was able to assist us with the cost on the repair due to the battery being just off 100% warranty and other discounts in an effort to keep a happy customer.
I can tell you we are very happy and my wife has always said when she is ready to part with the 2008 Lexus ES350 and we are financially able she will be back for another vehicle.

I found my Lexus online where I found Billie to help me. He helped me with all my questions and I bought the SUV. I flew to Dallas where Billie picked me up at the airport, drove me to the dealership and drove it home. It was a very easy transaction. Park Place Lexus made it easy.
Paper work process was slow numerous errors. Asked General Manager several questions, he stated he would get back to us . He never emailed or called. Filed a complaint with Lexus and still no contact with General Manager. There is no accountability on the part of Lexus Corporate office or the dealership. If you have any issues you are definitely on your own. The registration paper work was off by $507 and required to further attention on my part to correct the dealers errors. In summary the dealership failed to meet expectations in all area s of this transaction.
I was shopping for a new vehicle and Lexus was just one of the several models I was considering. Chris Kim waited on me, answered all my questions and showed me everything I wanted to see. I went on to look at other dealerships, but ended up choosing Lexus. Lexus had everything I wanted, plus a salesman that was patient and not pushy, which I really appreciated. This is from minutes ago. Have Lexus LX 570. Just got serviced a week ago. Driving to oklahoma , stopped at gas station and car just not moving and there is a sign blinking. Could not figure out what that was, checked the owners manual but not a great help, panicking as I have two kids in the car and we are in the middle of nowhere,hence called Lexus customer service Plano. Got Zero help from the agent. He did not even try understanding the problem. Said" I don't know what's going on with your vehicle, check manual ". very disappointed, we have two lexus cars that we bought from them and this is our main service place. Shame on them .
Over the weekend, I stopped in at Park Place to look at new vehicles as its about time to trade mine in! I was in awe at the new smaller SUV. It was perfect and was just what I was looking for! I spent hours at the dealership. First, picked out the car - test drove it, then chose the color, etc. When we went back inside to begin working on everything that is when service slowed down tremendously. My sales representative provided me with a proposal, asked me to look over it and I then advised that I was ready to proceed in obtaining financing to seal the deal. Apparently the credit scoring that car dealerships use is different than your usual FICO score, according to my rep. I have a credit monitoring system that I pay for monthly and am very aware of my current credit standing. Once the dealership pulled my credit, things REALLY began to slow down. He brought my score card back, and advised that I had a conditional approval pending a couple items. To bring back those items on Monday for him and he would get it done. I then told the rep I was able to pull those items for him immediately, in hopes to speed up the process. I had my heart set on leaving with the car I wanted. I pulled all the documentation for him, then sat for 45 minutes waiting on him to come back to his desk. When he arrived back, he said all of finance department had left for the day and it would be "first thing Monday morning". Now, because I had a conditional approval pending the items I provided, I was under the impression b/c I had provided the documentation, I would be approved. I have worked in the consumer finance industry for 10+ years. This is typically the process if all matches as reported. I followed up Monday morning, was told I would have an answer by 11... Nope, nothing until 1:00 advising that I needed to add my husband to the loan "because I previously co-signed for him". I have great history on all car notes, good income, etc. I really feel like once I left the building with "less than perfect credit" findings, I was no longer important. Working in sales & finance, I know sometimes you cant get what you want. But if thats the case, be upfront about it initally. Do not sell someone to only bring them down later and make it appear as you are not doing all that you could to get the deal done. Sure, you may make a percentage less or dollar amount less on your commission, but isn't some commission on a deal better than none, as long as you're profitable? I was very impressed with the dealership on Saturday. But, by end of day yesterday I was so extremely frustrated. A dealership in Fort Worth not only told me I was approved by myself, for a payment only about $20 more than anticipated, but also offered to give me $4000 more for my trade. I wish it would have worked out at Park Place as the car I really wanted (color interior/exterior) was the only I could find.

This is the 2nd experience with the Park Place Lexus dealer and I couldn't be more satisfied. This time I did the majority of the work "online" via email. I knew exactly what I wanted and the sales rep gave me my options and pricing. I went in for a test drive and a 2nd visit to finalize the deal with finance. Their price was very competitive with the other dealers in the area. They were extremely prompt and did everything they could to minimize the time I spent at the dealer.
Lexus has top-notch cars and their staff is a cut above anyone else I've ever dealt with. They have a lifetime customer with me.

Fantastic sales experience. Anish is extremely pleasant, and made every aspect of the buying process a great one. I had previously owned a Lexus a number of years ago, and I switched to a BMW. Park Place Lexus service and professionalism is why I came back to Lexus. I highly, highly recommend Park Place Lexus. It is a great dealership. No other dealership, in the almost 30 years I have lived in the Dallas Metroplex, comes remotely close.

Brought in the GX460 for 65k maintenance service. Efran was a nice and very professional Service Advisor. The turnaround was quicker than expected. My only issue is, during this pandemic I sincerely appreciate PPL staff wearing their masks. I appreciated the fact the service guy wiped down the steering wheel (sprayed paper towel with a substance and wiped the perimeter) when they delivered the SUV. However since the rep was not wearing gloves, for safer measures I would like to suggest that you go one step farther and also wipe down the keyless entry remote.

It was a very good experience. I only shopped at one other dealership that was close to me but it was definitely worth the 3 hour drive to Plano instead. I was able to get the next model up fully loaded for less money than the other dealership. Brett was great to deal with. I have been a customer since 1996, when my husband bought a 1996 LS 400 which I still have, I bought a 2006 LX 470 in 2008 certified. Both are great autos and because of this I have bought my daughter 2 Lexus's which 1 of them, she handed down to her daughter. (she traded it in with almost 300,000 miles and still running great) The autos are great I love them but since park place has moved to the new location there service sucks. I use Dallas the mechanic who is the only one I let touch my auto's, its everybody else or someone up there not taking care of things. I brought the LS 400 in for service and they bent the antenna so bad it won't go up when I called there about it they were very unconcerned about it, they also scratched the door on my LX 470 and can't seem to get anything done on time. My daughter bought herself a new car in 2015 from them it is a Lexus they have scratched it not done the work they said they have done, told her things were wrong or needing replacement and when taking it somewhere else we were told they were lying to get business, she has paid for full detail's which when she picked up her car both times the inside was never touched and you can tell ( for $250 you expect a clean car) also a 1 day job according to this dealership took 3 days even with her making an appointment in advance. Because of the ongoing disappointment and lack of care from this dealership we are changing to Sewel Lexus. As much as I respect Dallas as a mechanic I can no longer tolerate this dealership. Had great experiences here until my water pump went out 32 days out of warranty. Noone in service in Plano or Richardson had any interest in helping me purchase an extended warranty. Plano I couldn't even get the guy to look up my car. Never again I'll go to huffines Plano where they help customers
I am so shocked - what used to be a phone system that allowed you to talk to a person is now like the cheapest place in town - call center, dropped calls, and voicemails. 20 minutes wasted, and I still didn't get thru to schedule my car for routine service.

I bought my car a 2018 ES 350 from a SUPER FABULOUS salesman Naseem Mushtaq just over a week ago. I am super picky about everything on a car and have every right to be if I'm spending a lot of money to get something I love. He was extremely patient with me and did not pressure me at all and worked with me through all my nit picking. I got the exact car I wanted along with everything I wanted it to come with and he really just made my week extra fabulous! Not to mention he gave me the cutest key chain when I came to pick up some stuff I left behind in my old car. He explained everything very thoroughly and I was extremely satisfied and happy. This guy I'd give him 10 stars if I could. If you go to Plano Park Lexus ask for Naseem!!
