I love Park Place Plano and will forever bring my business here, to Kelly specifically. She listened to every single thing I wanted and showed me only options that met all of my needs. I trust Kelly, and more than that my parents trust her; to put me in a car that is safe, and that she will 1000% get me the best deal possible.

We had the opportunity to visit with another member of the team we hadn t met before, Tim, and he was knowedablge, honest, experienced, and relaxed. Really lovely!

I find that customers reflect sales people behaviors, and Tim and Kelly put my family and I at ease.

The team at Park Place Plano preowned is incredible. My family and I have bought 6 cars here over the years and every time we go back we are reminded why; excellent customer care, quality products, transparency through ethical sales and genuine communication, and the way the staff interact and support one another makes you feel at home.
