I'm from the Houston area and I found the car that I had been wanting at Park Place in Plano. I called the dealership and spoke with Parker Thomas, and he is great! This was my first time buying a car for myself, as I just graduated college, and he made the process quick and easy, and that is what I was looking for. The whole process was completed in 2 days, and Parker even brought the car from Dallas to Houston for me on his day off. The customer service was more than I could have ever expected. Thanks, Parker!
We had a great experience at Park Place Lexus in Plano. The facility is extremely comfortable and accommodating. The amenities are high end and the staff is friendly. We especially appreciate our stellar sales person, Parker Thomas. He is extremely professional and patient. He answered any questions we had any time we had them. He made himself available to us even if it was quitting time and we never felt pressured or dismissed.
I would rate Park Place a 5 but my salesman for the last few purchases proved that he just wanted to sell a car versus giving me the Park Place Experience... No Names! The service staff are very accommodating and seem to care about their clients. Don t expect much from the free car wash and you won t be disappointed.
I rate the detail service a 2...because I had to go back and ask the staff to clean door jams and dash board. SMH Come on Lexus!
The facility is very nice, Free unsecured WiFi, private areas to work while you wait...free bagels, snacks, coffee, tea and soft drinks... the restrooms are always clean and smelling nice.
The showroom displays the current models and you can ask questions and not feel pressured...unless you get certain sales reps.
Overall I don t have horror stories but definitely will get a new sales person for future purchases.

This is purely for the great experience we had from Park Place Lexus in Plano. We bought a certified RX 350 from here. There were a few minor issues during the whole process but the way it was handled was very well. A big shout out to Naseem in Sales for being with us and walking through the entire sale process. And after it too, when we had a couple issues with the car. I hope this support continues :) I'm sure to recommend the place to my friends.

My experience at Park Place was extremely disappointing. We were spoken to like we were an inconvenience for the sales associate and he reacted very unprofessionally to our questions. For a place that claims outstanding service and attention, Park Place needs to learn better customer service. Will definitely not be giving them my business in the future.
As part of our search for a hybrid car, we contacted Park Place Lexus by e-mail and were promptly contacted by telephone and invited to visit the dealership by a very nice sales representative, Anish. We found that Anish and everyone else at the dealership went above and beyond our expectations in order to provide us with exactly the vehicle we were looking for at a price we could afford. Anish was not only friendly, helpful, and professional, he was straight forward, and the entire sales process was transparent. Nothing was hidden. Everything was put on paper. Our only real surprise was the uncompromising excellent customer service that was provided, a level we had not previously experienced at other dealerships. As an example, after taking the vehicle home, a technician (David Anton) came out to our house to show us how to use some of the vehicle s more high tech features. Our only regret with our purchasing experience is not discovering Park Place Lexus sooner than we did.

We first approached Park Place to test drive several vehicles a few months ago. Our sales experience manager Greg E. was very helpful and patient with our questions, and made sure we had a thorough picture of what the vehicles had to offer. We selected him to be our first choice to go back and purchase a vehicle. We had to select our colors as we had not been able to make a clear decision. He was again patient as we figured out our choices. The purchase experience was very pleasant and smooth. Thanks to our prior research and budgeting as well as his understanding of our needs, we were able to reach agreement quickly. Paper work and documentation was very well done. All told, the process of selection of car and all legal paperwork took 3 hours. We have been prior Lexus owners and we continue to experience their world class customer experience. I think once we get past the jazzy features, the key element of our decision to purchase here was simply the vehicle's fundamental reliability and the expectation of high satisfaction during ownership.

I have been using Park Place Lexus Grapevine for 8 years, and I have found them to be extremely professional, thoughtful and on the ball, not only in Sales but in the Service Department as well.
I recently relocated to Dallas from Fort Worth, and now that I've gone to the Park Place Lexus Plano dealership, and I can say that those attributes above do not carry over, at least on the service side, based on my initial observations.
The first time I stopped in to get my car washed, I pointed out to the service advisor that one of the protective films on the car (at my right rear door) was gashed and needed to be replaced. The service advisor was very helpful in getting me set with the parts dept so I could buy the part, but somehow the carwash guys didn't get it applied, and when I came out to get the car, I noticed it was not there. I ended up having to wait a little longer for it to be applied. This was a minor nuisance and I just wrote it off as a one-time thing.
For my second appointment, I called the main line for the Plano location to set up an appointment to have my trunk cleaned. It took me 3 tries (and 3 hours) to even speak to a service advisor. The first time, the woman was very rude and told me to call back later. The second woman was very helpful and said she would have a service advisor call me back -- no one did (over an hour and a half waiting). The third time, I was able to speak to a service advisor who gave me good info. He was very helpful, and got me taken care of.
As I was walking inside to wait, I noticed the car wash guys back into a customer's car, and not one person on the service drive reacted as if anything was wrong. One of the folks on the service drive said to me "well, don't worry, that won't happen to your car".
Really, the whole experience I've had at Park Place Plano is embarrassing for the brand, especially considering how amazing the Grapevine location has been for me. It's unfortunate that this location needs improvement, as I work close by and I was hoping to get my car washed a few times a week and utilize it for service. However, given what I have experienced and seen, I would be afraid to leave my car in the hands of your car wash folks. I would rather drive 25 minutes out of my way to a dealership where I know my car will be taken care of and leave in one piece.

A world class experience! From the moment you are greeted by the front desk staff to the low pressure sales team that you work with, the buying experience in Park Place Lexus is second to none. This dealership is brand new and when you do have to bring your car in for service, there are amenities, more than most, to make you feel right at home. The environment, the people, and most importantly, the vehicles from Park Place Lexus are first class.
4th Lexus that I have purchased from Park Place Lexus Plano. The sales experience along with the new car hand-off was the best that it has ever been.
Unfortunately, since I had not received a coupon book I decided to go to the Toyota Financial Services website. I found my old car still listed and no record of my newly acquired vehicle. I called customer service to explain that 1. old Lexus is still showing as not paid off, 2. my new Lexus is not listed, and 3. there is is a mysterious $500 payment made a month ago that no one can explain.
The representative told me that I had to manually add and remove the vehicles. That is definitely something within my area of expertise; however, it seems that this activity should happen transparently without my involvement.
So I give the sales and hand-off: 5 Stars

I'm a ''picky' buyer. Jerry is not only patient, but very professional. I never felt that I was being rushed. That would have ended the process. Although I made a couple of visits to the dealership, most of my shopping and questions were handled via the internet and phone. The ipackets that Jerry provided were perfect for me.
Too often in business, integrity and ethics are lacking. That was not the case with this transaction.
The day I took delivery on my vehicle, I received a text from Jerry thanking me. What a nice gesture. A couple of days later it was a phone call.

We were even in a hurry (this was a last minute stop for us) and he was so accommodating to my family and I and valued our time. Got my baby back today. My car was at Park Place Lexus Plano for routine 40k maintenance. During the service they replaced a battery that was losing charge, originally it was replaced in 2015 but they prorated the price, replaced wipers, and replaced entire front end lower and upper control arms. This was the most costly part of the service. Thank god I purchased a after market warranty with a 200 dollar deductible because it covered the parts and labor with amounted to about 6k. For all of you wondering this was through Allstate. I couldn't be happier. Finally car was detailed and looks like a million bucks!!! Shout out to Adam at Park Place for taking care of my baby!!! 900 in total spent to make the car look and drive like its brand new!!! Everything took about a week but I had a loaner while they kept me informed about the progress. A+ and highly recommended!!

I found a car online that I really liked at Park Place Lexus of Plano. I called in and spoke with Rodney and he was able to get all the numbers put together and the car ready for a test drive within a matter of hours. My wife and I came in to meet Rodney and drive the car around. The whole sales process was painless and they use a one touch process which means Rodney was the only person we needed to speak with the entire time. That includes signing all of our paperwork! If you're looking for a new or used Lexus I would highly recommend this dealership! Not only are they upfront about pricing but they stick to their word when they make you an offer on your vehicle.

Don't ever buy a pre-owned car from them. They don't stand behind them. Bought a $130k car from them and was told that car washes are included, but learned on my first visit that it was a lie. No reason to pay the mark up when you get no benefit from purchasing there.
This was a car buying experience like no other, David Parks was the absolute best! He sized me up pretty quickly, could see I knew what I wanted, I didn't have a lot of time to waste sitting around playing with numbers. After the test drive he got me in the exact CT200h I asked for within 2 hours. Maybe less. And delivered it to my home so I wouldn't have to wait for the detailing! I did go in with my own loan, that always saves time, still, David made it easy and VERY CLEAR what I could get for the budget I wanted to try and stick close to. He worked WITH me, not against me. It was a stress-less purchase, in a gorgeous dealership. What's not to love about that?

First, I want to say I bought my new lexus at park place grapevine and didn't have many problems at all during my car buying experience there. I'm actually closer to Plano location, which when I bought the vehicle, I thought owned dealerships would be the same. Boy was I wrong. I've been here 3 times already for service and I have to say it's not worth going to at all. First, I went in for actual service with the brakes squealing 1 week after I bought the car. I didn't know you needed to make an appointment at first, that I could come in and they would address it like any other service dept. Ended up making an appointment over the phone, only to arrive and told they didn't put me down and it would be 2 days before they could even look at it. Obviously pretty upset about that, had to get the service manager involved (this is my first time ever visiting this location). Dropping off the car the attendants were very pushy, like I was supposed to know what to do when it's my first time there. After 2 days, was told nothing wrong with it. During pick up of the vehicle I was in and out of the service desk in 3 mins. Then another 40 mins to actually get my vehicle from their "valet" line. standing out in the cold. I told them I'd just walk and pick it up myself but they refused to give me my own keys.
I've been back twice now, both for their car wash incentive sold with the car. Both times during the week as I fear the weekend would be far more busy. So far, I've YET to get it washed because they can never seem to get to it under 2-3 hours and they only offer it in the middle of the day when normal people have a job to go to. I really love the car, but I've thought very seriously about taking it back because the service here is horrible. I spent the extra money for a certified car for the warranty and service plans. After spending over 40k on a luxury vehicle, nearly 8k more for the service packages to make sure when I bring it in, it's covered and well maintained, I just feel like I've been ripped off. I debated sewell or park place, I've heard good things about sewell, but thought they would all be the same. I feel like I picked the wrong place to do business. I don't think I would ever come back and do business with them again at this point and it's only been a month. If you just want a car, I guess but they are overpriced. The reason you go to a dealership is for excellent service after the initial purchase, otherwise what's the point unless you just like spending more. I certainly expected a LOT more for buying a luxury vehicle.

went there in memorial day I was assigned to a guy name Chris. I told him I am interested on NX 200t I even showed him I did my research about it. However, he was reluctant to show any interest he just showed me the car told me it will cost you this and then he started to look away and told me he needed to go for customer and there will be someone else to help. I waited for 10 minute no one showed up and I left. perhaps if I told him I am an engineer and work with cisco he might have been nicer.

Billy was on point, straight foward and honest. Not once did we feel like we had to deal with "salesman"! The whole process once we landed on the car we wanted was about 3 hours (which in car buying time was quick!) While they were getting paperwork together they let us leave and go eat (usually at other dealerships they kinda make you sit around waiting to talk to the next guy in the chain). As Billy (and apparently all the sales professionals there) was the ONLY guy we had to talk to the whole time, he handled everything even the closing! It was great!
We left with an amazing vehicle, they gave us what we wanted for our trade (which I had researched and found out what a TRUE value was, so we were honest as well and didnt go in there with some kind of crazy number) and after this experience I dont think I will ever buy from anywhere else! The inventory is amazing, the people were all super and they all treated us like royalty!
