How do I add 0 stars? I went there to purchase for December to remember sale but came out empty handed. The salesman Gabriel was too busy talking to some girl when we were there waiting. When we went for test drive he sat and in the back on his phone did not really talk to us except for where to turn. When we came back he told us "i am going. To return the vehicle " but i saw in the back talking to the same girl from before on the couch. I don't know if she a customer or girlfriend but that was very disrespectful. Then when we started talking about the car he claimed they didnt have the car (color and interior combination) at the dealership,when there was one parked right outside. I told him what about that white RX? To he responded "oh sorry, it didn't show up on my computer."
They did not want to bargain or even talk. I felt like we basically got treated like crap coz we probably did not fit stereotype or something. Like we were not good enough to buy a Lexus. Well guess what we are and we did park place. Went to sewell and go the exact car we wanted and the price that we wanted to.
