My wife took our ML550 in to the Park Place Lexus ...

My wife took our ML550 in to the Park Place Lexus dealer for the "Complimentary" car washes, and the Manager had one of his lot worker give my wife a VERY disrespectful card titled "Come Clean" describing their refusal to wash cars that haven't had "Scheduled Maintenance" done at their facility. I called the Park Place Mercedes dealership, and they told me this was NOT policy, and very unprofessional for them to refuse a courtesy that we are entitled to! To Lexus, You will NEVER sell us a car in the future, and I will continue to let EVERY person I know hear of the disgusting little card you gave my wife. It takes a brave individual to send a lot worker to do your dirty work, especially to a Lady with her 6 year son in tow.
