Paran Homes LLC Review

I relocated to Georgia and moved into my new Paran Home last month. I am loving the small community and location. I am especially thankful to the sales rep. She helped me find the perfect retirement home for me.

Very good and excellent work specially in house construction.

Very bad home builders stay away from this builders i got my house from this company now my house got water flashing in to the walls and it s damages the whole section of the wall , it s only been 2 and haft years, home owners insurance got denied because its the builders fault, and the builders said its out of warranty they don t want to fix it , it s bad builders, people keep in mind just stay away from this builders, now my house got moisture and mold , my 2 boys and my pregnant wife got sick , every body have to stay away this company, they re hired unprofessional contractors to build it fast and sell faster, stay away from this home builders, now I have to figure it out the way to fix it by myself because I don t have money to hire the contractor fix it , I wish I can post some of the pictures here so everyone can look at it , it s really bad .

I Really don' t see how this company stays in business. Purchased a home 6 months ago and electrical outlets don't work, master shower leaking into downstairs, irrigation pop ups don't work half the time I could go on and on. Try and submit a warranty claim that's a joke! They send a person with absolutely no knowledge of what to do and he just tries to talk to you like everything will be taken care of. I've now been waiting 2 months and will be getting a lawyer and building inspector to clean house. Paran Home had their opportunity as now I will handle this. The contractors they use are a joke. Probably not even licensed and bonded. Worst mistake I've made in my life buying Paran homes .

Quality Construction Delivered with our community is perfect for us.!We got our house constructed from Paran Homes LLC Construction company. They have built a wonderful house and we are really thankful to them for doing it on time. They delivered a great house which is complete in all respects and the quality promised was delivered to us. They have complete services under one roof and we did not had to go to any authority for getting things done.

Not sure about the work quality with this builder. One month after their warranty is over we are having electrical issues in the living room. Luckily we purchased the extended warranty so we get to pay $75 to have an electrical issue resolved in a house that's not even 1.5 years old. I reached out to the builder at first and was told sorry I'm out of warranty the issue is my family's to deal with. And that is only one issue of others that I have had

Please DO NOT do business with them!!! Unskilled workers who trash worksites. Unprofessional & unintelligent agents/managers who will not address your concerns. Are not knowledgeable about the business!!!

Do not buy a home from these people, the warranty is crap, and they only do temporary fixes until the unit is out of warranty then say its your problem when it breaks again.

The best society with best facilities. We bought with Paran because of all of the extras that were included in the price.I am very much satisfied with the effort and qualities that are provided by Paran Homes group. I got my flat on time mentioned by the company. I have not only a single reason to praise them but there are sevral that are Support staff , Best location and timely delivered.

My wife and I purchased this home and couldn t be happier! Great layout for our family and no problems with buying!

Paran homes did an excellent job finishing our new home. Our builder Dennis was amazing & took care of each and everything that we pointed out. Everything was completed with high quality and in a timely manner and we were always kept informed about the progress. We are really happy to have chosen Paran Homes.

II REGRET BUYING IN TO A PARAN HOME THE OWENER HIN SELF HAD TO COME TO HOME TO SEE THE CRAPPY WORK FROM THODE HE HIRED AND NOW THE WARRANTY DIRECTOR /MANAGER IS HIDING BEHINDA LAWYER THEY HIRED TO AVOID WORK .THEY HAVE TO FINISH. THEY KEEP SENDING DAY LABORERS TO DO WORK THAT THEY THEM SELVES HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING HOME HAS UNFINISHED WALLS UNPAINTED TRIM .CEILING PATCHES UNPAINTED DONT BUY A PARAN HOME I WISH THE WHOLE COMPANY WOULD FALL IN TO A SINKHOLE THEY RUINED MY HOME BUYING EXPERIANCE AND THE HOUSE AINT EVEN A YEAR OLD PLEASSE !!!!!!!!!!!!!! BUY ELSE WHERE I AM IN OAKLEIGH POINT SUBDIVISION DALLAS GA

Everything went smoothly and we were kept up to date with any delays or issues immediately, and these were minor. The contract process was smooth and timely, and all pricing for upgrades was available at our fingertips. We love our new home.

First off, paran homes sold over 100 homes in our overpriced neighborhood to a rental company! Will ruin values and cause problems which we found out about too late to back out, same as the rest if community! They sold us out. Second, the workmanship is horrible, I have owned a lit if homes and this place is falling apart withing couple months. Air conditioner has a liud buzzing noise and we had to get box fans to be able to cover the noise at night to sleep. Ceiling panels falling off, half painted doors and walls, crooked walls in 2 areas very noticeable, floor boards broken on stairs, glue on floor boards, patches on walls never sanded or painted over. Stay away from paran! Seems like with so few home plans, they would be able to perfect them but they slap together so fast you could find a nicer mobile home!

Great place to live, construction is good. Dennis who is our builder is great with coordination and helping to fix any small issue that arises. HOA is ridiculously expensive considering that we do not even have a park or anything. Parking can be bad as people from the other builder tend to park on both sides of the road thus making navigation difficult in the subdivision

Worse company ever. I bought a home in the winter and when spring came around the grass and trees are mostly all dead. They have gone through 4 different customer service people and all of them have either been fired or quit. They promise to fix things based on their 1 year promise. The customer is service this company offers is the absolute worse I have ever experienced. They told me they needed me to sign off on everything to close and they would fix it immediately after the closing.

My stairs are 3 colors and have nails sticking out. There are nail pops and cracks through out the sheet rock and all we get in return is a smug comment saying that its tolerable. Now I have to take time out of my life to sue them. By the way quit a few people have had to sue them in our neighborhood.

Stay away spend an extra 30000 and buy a house from a reputable builder. These people are scammers.

I m so tired, upset, angry, and really worry about the house which I bought in 2016. I got water damage to whole wall . I have Allstate insurance and was denied to cover . Because they said those mistaken was belonged to the Builder. ( Paran Home builder). Next, I called the builder and was rejected . Now my house smells like mold really badly.

I m pregnant now and I can t stand by everyday like this.

If anyone see this and know any lawyers or ideas . Please help me and my children. We got sick every other days because of it.

Their quality really bad . Only 3 years and home structured broken down . I reported to the Stateboard , I just wait someone can help us out.

I recommend nobody purchase a house with this poor quality builder. My house have 2 years 3 months and now is leaking on master room back wall. I called and they told me warranty expired even thought this is a structural problem. This builder is the worst poor service, materials. If you have an offer with this builder please don t do it will be your worst nightmare.

It is clear to me that these guys at Paran is just about the $$$ money. The people that they hire to do the work of building the properties project manager, contractors, 1job foreman, carpenters, concrete finishers, HVAC, and painters or unqualified. The company Paran can't find honest good americans to do the work. I guess they will have to get those Illegal aliens to make money for them. That they don't want here because they are taking our jobs.

Unfortunate, than I cannot give Paran 0 Stars. Had them built a very expensive home for me, multiple issues couple of years after the construction. They repaired just enough for warranty to expire. Cracked brick mortar, ceiling leaks, horrific job on the front yard, stains on the brick, cracked driveway, cracked garage concrete, cracked master bathroom grouting, master bathroom floor actually moves when you walk on it. STAY AWAY...STAY AWAY...

Paran did a good job on our home. We have been in the home just over 1 year and have not had any of the issue on some of these other negative reviews. They were very responsive to any fixes or adjustments that were needed and the quality of the build appears to be good.

Changing this review of Paran. We have now been in house 4 years and have had considerable issue with leaks. Paran completely took no responsibility for faulty plumbing. We had to have it all ripped out and re-piped. We are not the only people in paran homes just on our street that have had the same issues. We were lucky we could refinance to cover the cost! They are like all the rest... bare minimum and in this case below!

Unfortunately, I moved into a new home from Paran Homes and have been trying to work with their team to fix the issues that they have on the property for my 45 day Warranty but they are extremely unprofessional and unresponsive. It's been over a month that I've had my inspection and still no answer from Paran Homes. I've called their team over 7 times to get an ETA and no answer or feedback. Additionally, I've asked for the issue to be escalated to management but no answer. If you have the option I would not recommend doing business with the Paran Homes team at all.

My family bought a Paran Home because of the floor plan. I had such a positive experience working with Paran Homes Construction company. It is perfect!They are very professional and move quickly. Would highly recommend their services!

We were so excited to buy a brand new home and not have the headache of repairing and replacing major appliances for years to come. Right after our one year builders warranty was up, our dishwasher stopped working completely. It wouldn t pump water out of it anymore. A couple days later our upstairs A/C unit stopped blowing cold air. When we had it repaired, the technician said it was damaged during installation. There was a crack in the unit that could have only gotten there during installation and it slowly leaked all of the fluids. We are now out quite a bit of money just a year and two months into homeownership.
We contacted Paran about the issues. I was happily surprised with how quickly they offered to come over and speak with us. They came over basically to tell us, too bad it s just over a year and that they basically won t do anything.
I would not recommend Paran based on their response, nor would we buy from them again. Disappointed!

Paran Homes is a very unprofessional company. I'm not getting a home built by them, I just happen to stay next to some people who are. The process has been a nightmare for me. They cut down trees that were surrounding my property. I have called, text, and emailed them. They have an I don't care attitude. They have finally replied to me since I contacted the BBB. I have even had to go to my HOA about the loud music coming from their workers.

It's unfortunate that this developer bought into our neighborhood. Their homes look to be of shoddy quality, which has reduced the value of the other homes in this neighborhood. For example, their houses have driveways at the front of the house, whereas every other house has them on the side. Their contractors do not respect the existing homeowners, leaving debris in the roads and allowing it to spill into neighbors' yards. And, they blame our homeowners' association for trying to reign them into our neighborhood standards. Please do yourself a favor and ask neighbors about Parans' reputation before you make one of the biggest investments of your life. If they don't respect the existing homeowners, why would they respect you?
